Every week he posts this personal chart, and every week (or close to it), someone asks what it's about. I believe it's based on number of weeks on the chart. Shouldn't that belong in the personal charts section? What are the criteria for gold and platinum, anyway?

Well, maybe "personal" isn't the best word, as I don't believe it's based on his like of an album. He has some sort of threshold for number of weeks, for titles to reach gold, platinum, etc. designations.

Yes @ Red finally crossing the 4-million mark! Probably gonna be her last album to achieve that feat.

www.billboard.com/biz/articles/news/chart-alert/5915591/chart-moves-bruno-mars-jukebox-hits-2-million-sales-wickedChart Moves: Bruno Mars' 'Jukebox' Hits 2 Million Sales, 'Wicked' Album Logs Big Week for BroadwayBy Keith Caulfield, Los Angeles | February 21, 2014 This week on the Billboard 200 albums chart, Eric Church scored his second No. 1 album, as "The Outsiders" sold 288,000 copies in the week ending February 16. It was the only debut within the top 10, as the next-highest debut belongs to the Glitch Mob's second album, "Love Death Immortality," at No. 13 with 22,000. Let's take a look at some of movers and shakers on the chart this week: -- Bruno Mars, "Unorthodox Jukebox" - No. 5 - In the week ending February 9, the album surpassed 2 million in sales, becoming Mars' second -- of two -- albums to reach that sales threshold. At the present, with 2.10 million, it's only a little over 100,000 copies away from matching the sum of his first album, "Doo-Wops & Hooligans" (2.21 million). -- Garth Brooks, "Blame It All On My Roots" - No. 40 - The box set has its first weekly sales gain (9,000; up 46%) since the SoundScan sales week ending December 22 (199,000; up 16%). Credit the uptick to Valentine's Day shopping and promotion by the album's exclusive retailer, Walmart. -- Original Broadway Cast Recording, "Wicked" - No. 66 - Thanks to Valentine's Day sale pricing at iTunes for $6.99, the album sells 6,000 (up 152%) for the week. It's the largest sales week for a cast recording since "Kinky Boots" debuted with 7,000 on the June 15, 2013, chart. (It also doesn't hurt that much of the "Wicked" album is voiced by Idina Menzel, who also is a key player in the success of the movie "Frozen" and its soundtrack.) -- Neil Finn, "Dizzy Heights" - No. 130 - The Crowded House front man charts his first entry as a soloist on the Billboard 200 with this release, which also bows at No. 22 on Alternative Albums. This month in 1987, Crowded House was rising up the top 40 on the Hot 100 with its first hit, the eventual No. 2-peaking "Don't Dream It's Over." -- The Beatles, "1962-1966" - No. 154 - The Beatles' catalog of albums see large sales gains this week thanks to CBS' concert special "The Night That Changed America: A Grammy Salute to the Beatles." The show premiered on Feb. 9, and then repeated on Feb. 12. This title is up by 104%. -- Queen, "Greatest Hits" - No. 176 - The album was recently announced as the first to sell more than six million copies in the U.K., according to the Official U.K. Charts Company. In the U.S., it is the band's biggest-selling album, as well (7.2 million).
