Ok so we share all the multi week #1's that must've all started their run at the top around your birthday cause mine is July 3rd, which would be 3 or 4 weeks after yours. :) Wasn't "Good Directions" a 2006 single? lol that one is off by a bit

It was released in September of 2006 but didn't hit #1 till late May. Here's what my charts say for 2007. Week Ending:5/25 - "Good Directions" 6/1 - "Good Directions" 6/8 - "Moments" 6/15 - "Find Out Who Your Friends Are" 6/22 - "Ticks" ("Find Out Who Your Friends Are" got a second week at Mediabase) 6/29 - "Lucky Man" 7/6 - "Lucky Man" ("Wrapped" by George Strait got to #1 on Mediabase) 7/13 - "Lost In This Moment"

I've been holding back looking this up, but i finally did. According to my notes, "We've Got Tonight" by Kenny Rogers and Sheena Easton was #1 on my year of birth. I've never heard the song so I gave it a listen. Not bad, actually. The week after my birth "Dixieland Delight" was #1. Seriously, I am only 30 and yet feeling old...

I like the phrasing and overall shape of Martina's best, but I definitely enjoy all of them very much.

I have to say Seger's will probably always be my favorite version, though this is a good Seger song for Martina to cover, whereas a song like "Like a Rock", just didn't work for me coming from Jennifer Nettles (but that could just be because I have a hard time hearing anyone else sing that and not thinking it's inferior).

Mine is "Good Times" by Dan Seals. Never heard of him or the song. Let us relive the 'Good Times' with Dan Seals by revealing the chart he was at #1. It turned out to be his eleventh and final chart topping hit, his last top ten, and final top 40 hit. I know the reason is the artist Seals replaced-Garth Brooks. Capitol then started putting all their money, time, and energy behind Brooks. BILLBOARD TOP TEN FOR WEEK ENDING AUGUST 4, 1990: 1. GOOD TIMES-DAN SEALS-CAPITOL 2. The Dance-Garth Brooks-Capitol 3. Richest Man On Earth-Paul Overstreet-RCA 4. He Walked On Water-Randy Travis-Warner Bros. 5. On Down The Line-Patty Loveless-MCA 6. He Talks To Me-Lorrie Morgan-RCA 7. When I Call Your Name-Vince Gill-MCA 8. I'm Gonna Be Somebody-Travis Tritt-Warner Bros. 9. Next To You, Next To Me-Shenandoah-Columbia 10. Wrong-Waylon Jennings-Epic

Garth Brooks- Two Piña Coladas. I can't say I've heard this one. Is it good? For Garth, it's one of his weaker tracks in my opinion, but I prefer slow songs over all others. Still, it's Garth during his prime, it's not bad at all lol.

Garth Brooks- Two Piña Coladas. I can't say I've heard this one. Is it good? First, welcome to Pulse Music Board, katrinap. Second, Two Pina Coladas was the third single from Garth Brooks' 1997 CD, Sevens. Longneck Bottle reached #1 in late 1997 while She's Gonna Make It peaked at #2 in 1998. Two Pina Coladas became Brooks' 17th #1 hit. Here is the top ten chart where Brooks was #1 and a video: BILLBOARD TOP TEN FOR WEEK ENDING MAY 9, 1998: 1. TWO PINA COLADAS-GARTH BROOKS-CAPITOL 2. This Kiss-Faith Hill-Warner Bros. 3. You're Still The One-Shania Twain-Mercury 4. Out Of My Bones-Randy Travis-DreamWorks 5. I'm From The Country-Tracy Byrd-MCA 6. Dream Walkin'-Toby Keith-Mercury 7. Bye Bye-Jo De Messina-Curb 8. Holes In The Floor Of Heaven-Steve Wariner-Capitol 9. I Just Want To Dance With You-George Strait-MCA 10. Too Good To Be True-Michael Peterson-Reprise

Mine is "I Swear" by John Michael Montgomery.
I haven't heard of it, so I decided to give it a listen. I had no idea that a song I love so much (the All-4-One version) was originally a country hit. Now I love both versions.
