While what Diplo Tweeted was pathetic (Katy Perry relationship or not) and it's great that Lorde fired back on behalf of her friend (especially since she's previously spoken very highly of Diplo and has even collaborated with him), I do find it weird that the media is effectively celebrating her for stooping to his level. What happened to the whole "Turn the Other Cheek" thing? Or, better yet, Shaking it Off? Diplo is the one to criticize, not Lorde, but I don't think that means we need to pretend that there's something righteous about retaliating with a penis joke.

I don't really think Lorde should have said it, but this doesn't reflect on Taylor, so I wouldn't use this against her necessarily. Lorde has been known as a loud spoken celebrity who isn't afraid to say what she's thinking. I personally don't mind people firing back... so I'm not applauding Lorde, but I'm not going to think any worse of her for doing it.

I like Lorde's comment. It's not necessarily high-brow but Diplo tweeted several follow-ups and it seemed like he thought he could get away with obnoxious, unnecessary body-shaming. So I'm happy that the internet is bowing down to Lorde for giving him a taste of his own medicine.

Neither Diplo nor Lorde told any lies. It's refreshing to see people making fools of themselves with the truth.
On a better note, they added another NJ show for July 10. Presale is on the 18th.

Spotify is getting so fucking thirsty. It's almost petty. They just made this website www.taylorswiftvsspotify.com/Funny though, Taylor's winning.

Google his name and Twitter or something. He accidentally tweeted it then with a confession to having a small one.

The CNN Spotlight doc on Taylor skipped the whole Speak Now era. Weird how can they forget to mention Taylor's best album.

I think Speak Now will go down as her 'forgotten' album as it included zero pop hits as opposed to the rest of her albums. Kind of like Brit's Britney (hers 3rd album as well).

The fact that she wrote this entire album by herself and has a Grammy for best country song would make it hard to forget. And for me personally, that is my all time favorite album by her so I will never forget it. But I do get where you're coming from.

BS is easily my favorite video of hers; it captured the essence of the song perfectly.

So...she finally won me over. Finally had a chance to listen to parts of the album and it's great. "Out of the Woods" is just...amazing. Dare I say I may purchase my first T . Swift album?! ;)

Grr...this is neck and neck with Red for me now. All You Had To Do Is...STAAAY is my new jam. I never disliked it but it was definitely not one of my favorites. Now, I think it is.

This is my first Taylor album too, I really love 1989. It is all around a great album in my opinion! I really like Out of the Woods, I Know Places, Shake it Off, Blank Space, Style....wait, I think I really like all of them, LOL!

Welcome To New York Out Of The Woods We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together All You Had To Do Was Stay You Belong With Me I Wish You Would Love Story Blank Space I Knew You Were Trouble Bad Blood *[Acoustic Session - B Stage - Old songs]* Red Wildest Dreams Style How You Get The Girl 22 Sparks Fly Shake It Off
That's how I think the set list is going to go, give or take a couple of songs (Sparks Fly, probably) but I really do think she's going to incorporate that and "rework" it so it fits the theme. It opened the Speak Now Tour and it was a big moment on the Red tour, so I think she'll keep it. It's hard to imagine her not acknowledging Speak Now at all. Then again, she's paid dust to her debut before so you never know lol.
This album doesn't have a power ballad, so the usual piano moment on the top level of the stage will probably be Wildest Dreams, I'm guessing?

In addition to the extra Metlife Stadium date she added, she has also added additional dates at Soldier Field in Chicago and Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. Stadium dates in North America alone total 21...the Red Tour had 13 and the Speak Now Tour had 12.
Add in the Tokyo Dome dates, and there are 23. Rumors are she will be doing an even longer Australian stadium tour this time (more than four dates), and that the full Asian leg (when announced) will be stadiums.

OOTW needs to be in the encore. It's that much of an epic song.
