Thank you for the rundown of Casey's tribute show!
Not sure if this was mentioned in another thread, but I thought it was nice that Rick Dees mentioned Casey's passing at the end of his show and said "Keep reaching for the stars."

Even though the international version of AT40 is different from the U.S. version, the optional extra segments are the same.
If you want to hear the optional extras sooner rather than later, and the iHeartRadio AT40 channel doesn't cooperate, you can hear them on these and other stations.
Virgin Radio Dubai, midnight-4 a.m. EDT Friday.
Hit FM, Beijing, 8 p.m.-midnight EDT Friday.
Fly FM, Malaysia, 4-8 a.m. EDT Saturday.
