Ok, first responding to the point I wanted to from Codex's post: I wanted to know the alignment of the person who did the daykill, so we can cross them off our list. I remember a couple mafia"s back Josh roleclaimed 1-S Day Vigilante and basically became the town innocent child since no one else counter-claimed, I figured if the killer was a 1-S Day Vigilante again and Coco/B4L claimed it, I would probably have believed them. (At that point they'd be vanilla townies, so it's beneficial to out them. Mafia would have a bigger chance of finding power townies, but we'd have a bigger chance of lynching scum.) Well... no, because even if they claimed "Day Vigilante" then that wouldn't automatically mean that they were. They could just as easily be providing a safe claim like "Day Vigilante" when they're really a mafia daykiller or scum. I mean, I get the logic and I thought they were town as well, so had they have claimed I guess I would've bought it myself (so I think your intentions were right, and this actually makes me feel that much stronger about my town read on you), but at the same time I don't think it would've been auto-confirmation either. That's splitting hairs though and doesn't even help us at this point-- only pointing this out to basically say I think you're town for this. -- The rest: - I think Codex and Rocky are both town, and I'm almost positive at this point, because they keep FoSing each other for arbitrary reasons and it feels way too much like bussing to actually be bussing. If that makes sense. Also the above. - I believe Drag about his claim on Nick because of how Nick took to it. I think Nick's readiness to out his own role was odd, but not odd enough that I think he's lying for it. - Codex made a point that if someone said "hey I did visit Wot" we know that Nick isn't lying, but I don't want us to mass role claim on D2 and something tells me we'd lead to that. - I've got absolutely no reason to move my vote from Zebra, so it's sticking there. 99% of his defenses seem more like appeals to emotion-- almost scarily paralell to the game popstop played when he was the independent in Snowtrapped. - I'm getting increasingly town vibes from Green Baron lately. I think the switch finally went off in his head and he's fully invested now and just trying to grasp what's going on. - IDK what to make of Lahey's re-entry, but I'm still more confident about Zebra. So... yeah. This wasn't as exciting as I was hoping for with all the new pages. Just a lot of face palming. I'm admittedly a little spacey so I may have missed something. Will re-read again and post about anything I missed. |

@mafia: I recommend not killing Nick tonight, finding out the independent is important for you guys too I'm a bit shaky on this post. He mentions how important finding the indie is to the mafia, assuming Nick would be killed tonight and not Drag. Although he could just be trying to save a fellow Townie, I think it's deeper than that. |

Not saying this didnt happen but in mafia how do you know what you can believe?

Not saying this didnt happen but in mafia how do you know what you can believe? I thought about that, but sadly, no. It would be a suicidal move for the mafia. Now if none of them dies during the night, we caught them, but that would be too good to be true. |

So that means Wot might be alive still Yes unless the other individual that Nick noticed visit Wot is the arsonist or he may be nightkilled. I wouldn't out that person now though since they could be a town cop or doctor for all we know. |

I'm grasping for straws here admittedly but my scum radar biggest alarm bells
- Green Baron- where there is smoke, there is fire, biggest ding ding since the start for me, now more so due to his earlier daftness replaced by a sudden grasp of roles, implications and rules perfected. I get he is being evasive and playing the game more than just playing to help town. In this game deception in how you posts indicates scum to me. Call it weak or hunch but again, where there is fire there is smoke.
- Lahey- Bullshit reason for his jumping on bandwagon, zero input and weak excuse to why he isnt playing.
- Zebra- Initially when there was a bandwagon on him, I was the one who said wait why are you all jumping on him and found that confusing, but my initial hunch on him is that he has said more than most but still hasnt said much. He from the start has not made one strong assumption, fos or moved the conversation along in a manner to draw conclusions on anyone , I get the sense its a mere show to show he is following game. Mafia or indie vibes.

I'd like to mention the fact that although both Nick and Drag can't be scum (too risky), either one could still be Mafia. Watcher and Tracker are popular scum roles for scouting power townies, especially in such a large game. Actually, not Drag, just Nick. If Drag is scum he has no reason to randomly out a power townie (thus making it more likely scum is lynched today), but Nick could be lying about his alignment, like me when Az randomly outed me as a letter writer for no reason ( ) and I had to pretend to be Town Letter Writer instead of Mafia Spy. And then everyone auto-towned me, we shouldn't make that mistake with Nick. |
