Why can't it ever be a country song that I don't completely DETEST? Good Question. I don't really listen to pop radio much anyway, but they certainly aren't going to win me over releasing country songs which I already despise without the remix version, let alone the rent a rapper version.

Hold on we're going home is his biggest hit on pop by far (and it's his biggest solo hit on UK too). I think you're thinking of Drake...

I think they should've gotten Trey Songz on this instead since he already has a song called Bottoms Up lol

Can this remix be heard anywhere? I love these country remixes for pop radio and always have (Shania...*swoon*) and this song is the perfect candidate for a pop hit. Can't wait to hear it.

It's on All Access under Cool New Music. Actually, it looks like it's been removed. The version up now is solely credited to Brantley Gilbert and strips the solo/TI verse section completely (reducing the time to 3:19). Was this cancelled?

Guess the T.I. remix has been cancelled, the song itself is quite interesting to generate pop spins, no need to desperately featuring a rapper to make it sound weird.

Looks like it's back up, as you said. It doesn't credit TI anymore, but the 3:41 edition is indeed the TI pop remix. His verse comes in at like 2:05

WTF? BG you are so totally disappointing me... The last two collabos, FGL & Jason Derulo (I do beg your pardon!) and Jarrod Niemann & Pitbull ("country"-dance turned into identical country-club dance; quite an effort... NO!), both flopped; and for a good reason. This trend definitely has to stop. It will do no good to core country's credibility (I am not implying that Bottoms Up was country to begin with). I just wonder which demographic is supposed to fall into this and actually buy it; and worse, which radio station might feel inclined to actually play it. Valory should have better spent the money they gained on the original and "Just As I Am" on promoting newcomers on their roster and to push other talent at radio. I am truly disgusted... Country music is aiming for the bar crowd demographic.

Is this doing anything on Pop? I love this remix. I think they canned the T.I. remix for a poppier mix of the original track. Either way it hasn't done much yet but maybe could later. This Is How We Roll's remix is still sitting on Pop now so that might be taking all of the coveted Country Rap Remix spins.

Can't find the pop remix (without TI) anywhere - is it out there or just being tested?

The DJ introduced the song as Brantley Gilbert featuring T.I. but the entire 22-second rap verse was cut out. I haven't been able to find the remix anywhere, though.

I re-listened to the TI remix on Soundcloud and it seems they are playing that version minus the rap.
