Congratulations to UF for breaking the record :) TOL has gained so much on you! These 2 songs can be in my mind for a LONG time! TMTC is a nice song though I don't listen to it much! I haven't heard outside! LAM is nice but is not too catchy for me! Blame is cool and happy for it gaining! I have said my opinion about ghost recently! It was one of my favorites when it reached #1 in UK many weeks ago! But it is regaining in me now! I haven't heard the Pitbull's new song as I don't like him at all lol PIC is nice and I love it just because it is so simple and steady song :) I like BS but I don't love it! And it's surprising that many of the songs has falled 7 places this week lol IANTOO is a great song of Sam Smith and one of the reason that his album is still selling well! Seems like animal has died on you as it died on me weeks ago because of TOL and UF! LMH is really a good song...It is the only song of Ariana that her sound doesn't go in your nerve at all! I adore Ariana...but I think with her fantastic sound she can sing really better...but in LMH her sound really strengthen the song...And don't ignore the Weekend's sound in the song which is marvelous! IL is cool...and it's music video is really energetic at least for me! I listened to the correct version of SH 2 weeks ago...It is not really catching!Good but not catchy at all...When you listen to the song you think she is giving sex service to sb in that sex club lol SIO is an average song of Taylor though I loved it...It is going to die in your chart Don't is perfect! But it is dying in your chart lol..As it seems in the lyrics after the word "don't" it came the word "fuck" but Ed Sheeran just sing the don't instead of don't fuck with my love! Did you know that lol? AATB is so cool! I love that song too much! But t's time to say good bye to it lol And I can't beleive that you are still listening to AIW and Rude! AIW has a very powerful lyrics and video...but It has died on me Rude is great...but I am listening to LYHD of them recently! Nice chart as always ;)

Mark G.'s Top 20 - January 22nd, 2015 Notes/Comments/Trivia:
"Uptown Funk" spends a 7th week at #1, matching Bruno's longest time spent at #1 with a song. He previously spent 7 non-consecutive weeks at #1 as a featured act on "Lighters" in July-September 2011. It is also tied with "Lighters" and "The Monster" (also by Eminem) for the 6th-longest stay at #1 since the official start of my chart. Could it hang on for one more week and become Bruno's longest-running #1, as well as the 4th-longest of any act? Stay tuned...
"Take Me To Church" rebounds 3-2 in its 10th week and tops Folk/Alternative Songs for an 8th consecutive week. This song could be threatening to regain the throne in the coming weeks! Stay tuned again...
As "Ghost" jumps 7-3 in its 4th total week on the chart, Ella Henderson becomes the second-youngest female and second-youngest artist of either gender to reach this high (I think). Lorde previously reached #1 with "Royals" in October 2013, before she turned 17.
Ed Sheeran's "Thinking Out Loud" falls 2-4 in its 3rd week on the chart, but fear not! It should resume gaining points as I still love the song! It tops R&B Songs for a 2nd week.
Despite falling 4-5, "Outside" gains in points and holds at the top of Dance/Electronic Songs for a second week.
"Lips Are Movin" is another "false alarm" as I still like it a lot and it could return to the top five and possibly even surpass its peak to date in the coming weeks.
Taylor Swift's sixth debut on the chart is her latest single "Style". It debuts at #11 this week, making it her second-highest debut on the chart. She previously debuted at #7 with "I Knew You Were Trouble" in November-December 2012.
Due to year-end tingzz, "Shake It Off" and "All About That Bass" rebound.
#Longevity - Magic!'s "Rude" holds at #20 in its 37th week on my chart, thus passing Avicii's "Wake Me Up!" (another title where either the artist/act or the song has an exclamation in its name; "Uptown Funk" technically also has one in the song's title) to become the 10th-longest amount of time spent on the chart for a song. What helped the song stay alive for so long? This was aided by crossover from Canadian CHR to USA CHR as well as year-end countdowns. Notably, as "Am I Wrong" holds at #19 in its 34th week on my chart, it is tied with Drake's "The Motto" featuring Lil' Wayne for the 13th-longest stay (this of course does not include songs that debuted before 2011).
Tove Lo's "Habits (Stay High)" falls off the chart from #15 after 18 weeks on the chart.

Mark G.'s Top 20 - January 29th, 2015 Comments:
"Uptown Funk" spends an 8th week at #1, which puts it in a three-way tie with "Blurred Lines" and "Gangnam Style" for the 4th longest run at #1 ever. It is still going strong and is looking to continue its run at #1. Could it pass the 15 weeks of "Thrift Shop"??? Stay tuned... Also, with 4 straight weeks of 200k+ points, it passes "Fancy" and becomes tied with "Happy" for the most straight weeks of 200k+ points. This song has potential to be one of the biggest songs of the decade for me and maybe on the Hot 100 too... It boasts a whopping 65% lead over the #2 song - the biggest percentage lead ever since I started my chart! Previously, "Happy" held the record 56% lead over "All Of Me" in March 2014.
"Thinking Out Loud" returns to its peak position of #2. Sometimes I feel like the Hot 100 influences my preferences a bit too much lol. It's clearly going to end up being his most successful song on the Hot 100 and is already the highest peaking song of his on my chart ("Sing" peaked at #2 but just for one week). Anyway, the song tops R&B Songs for a third straight week. I hope this can somehow make it to #1 both on my chart and the Hot 100.
Ella Henderson holds at #3 with "Ghost". I had confidence in this song but it has already started burning out somehow :( maybe it can somehow pull a "Lights" and revive itself...
"Lips Are Movin'" reaches a new peak of #4, matching its Hot 100 peak. Could it become Meghan's second #1?...
Hozier's "Take Me To Church" falls 2-5 after 8 straight weeks in the top three, 7 of them being in the top two. However, it tops Folk/Alternative Songs for a 9th consecutive week. Let's see if it will have enough longevity to make the top ten or even top five of my year-end chart.
"Outside" by Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding dips 5-6, crowning Dance/Electronic Songs for a third consecutive week. It had dethroned Calvin's own "Blame", making him the second artist after Avicii to dethrone himself on the chart. Avicii's "Hey Brother" had dethroned "Wake Me Up" and WMU went back to the top of that chart the next week, just over a year ago.
Excuse the old songs #8 and #9 returning to the top 10. This was a very messed up week so I didn't listen to that much music, aside from the top 7. Hence, listening a couple of times to those two songs because they were for some strange reason stuck in my head caused them to rebound so much they will surely be out of the top ten next week when I fix this and resume normal listening of fresher music
Sam Smith's "I'm Not The Only One" rebounds 15-10 this week in its 17th week on the chart. It is his most successful solo single by far.
Magic!'s "Rude" rebounds 20-15 in its 38th week and is tied with Katy Perry's "E.T." featuring Kanye West for the 9th longest stay on my chart ever (since the official start of the chart 4 years ago). Nico & Vinz's "Am I Wrong" holds at #19 in its 35th week, tying with "Happy" for the 12th longest run ever (again since the official start of the chart 4 years ago).
"Style" by Taylor Swift falls to #18 after debuting at #11 last week. Fear not, however, as this song is quickly becoming my jam and is sure to become Taylor's 5th top three on my chart given that it performs well enough commercially.
Ed Sheeran's "Don't" falls out of the chart after 23 weeks on. It had passed "Sing" which was on for 22 total weeks. In place of "Don't", Maroon 5's brand new single "Sugar" debuts on my chart at #20 and becomes the band's 8th chart entry. This song sounds just like Katy Perry's "Birthday" and I don't like this song too much yet , but I just know that it will soon become one of my favorites - kinda like what happened with "Animals".

Uptown Funk is #1 for an eighth week (same on my chart) and ironically, this just passed "Timber" and "Happy" for 4th longest reign on my chart. And... my longest #1 reigned 14 weeks (which was Black Widow). Thinking Out Loud is also #2! That spent 5 weeks at #2 over on my chart! Love the similarities and love your chart overall!

Mark G.'s Top 20 - February 5th, 2015 "Uptown Funk" by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars breaks some more records here. As it spends a 9th total week at #1, it passes "Happy" for the most consecutive weeks of 200k+ points having gotten 200k+ points each week these past five weeks. With a 9th week at #1, it passes "Gangnam Style" and "Blurred Lines" for the 4th-most weeks at #1 and ties "Gangnam Style" for the 2nd-most consecutive weeks at #1. It's showing little signs of slowing down so far and is looking to challenge some more records in the coming weeks, however it holds a much more humble 32% lead this week over the next-highest song, "Thinking Out Loud" (compared to the 65% lead over TOL that it boasted last week). TOL holds at #2 for a third week, making it so far tied with "Talk Dirty" for the second-most weeks at #2 without ever making it to #1 (I'm saying "so far" because it can still make it to #1 in the coming weeks). Ed Sheeran previously reached the upper portions of the chart twice: "Sing" peaked at #2 in April 2014 and "Don't" peaked at #3 in October 2014 - so could "Thinking Out Loud" become his first number one on my chart??? The song tops R&B Songs for a 4th consecutive week.
Ella Henderson's "Ghost" holds at #3 for a third week but gains 34% in points. Hozier's "Take Me To Church" rebounds 5-4, switching places with Meghan Trainor's "Lips Are Movin'". TMTC spends a 10th consecutive week in the top five and tops Folk/Alternative Songs for a 10th consecutive week - the most since Magic!'s "Rude" conducted a 16-week run from June to September 2014 (don't ask me why I consider "Rude" to be alternative. It was played on alternative radio so that's a good enough reason). Speaking of the song, "Rude" falls 15-16 and spends a 39th week on the chart and passes Katy Perry's "E.T." featuring Kanye West for the 9th-longest official run on the chart. On a related note, with a 36th week on the chart and holding at #19, Nico & Vinz's "Am I Wrong" ties Avicii's "Wake Me Up" for the 11th-longest run.
"Outside" by Calvin Harris and Elle Goulding holds at #6 (topping Dance/Electronic Songs for a 4th consecutive week) and Calvin's other song "Blame" also holds at #7 this week. No movement in the top 7 aside from Hozier and Meghan switching places. However, just below the top 7 we have Taylor Swift scoring her fifth top ten with "Style" which flies 18-8 this week. All four of her other top tens had reached the top 3. Could this one join them, and possibly become her second #1 on my chart??? Taylor's other song "Blank Space" rebounds back into the top ten 11-10 after having peaked at #3 for a record 5 weeks. Maroon 5's "Animals" rebounds some more 12-9 in its 17th week on my chart. "Payphone", "One More Night", and "Moves Like Jagger" have had even more chart success than "Animals" and it could be approaching them...
Below the top ten, three songs rebound 2 spots: "Time Of Our Lives" (likely to return to the top ten in the coming weeks), "Prayer In C", and "Love Me Harder". A bit of a stale week with no new entries at all. However, Ellie Goulding's beautiful song "Love Me Like You Do" got 14k, just missing the top 20. It is #1 on Bubbling Under this week and right behind it is Walk The Moon's "Shut Up And Dance" with 10k points. LMLYD will surely enter next week and SUAD has a good chance to enter soon as well! With my renewed interest and 17k points, "Happy" is my top recurrent this week.
surfy I totally understand your frustration now lol! The exact same thing that happened to you recently happened to me today. I typed up the whole thing and then my battery died so the page refreshed and I had to type this damn thing all over again. I gotta make sure to save my progress in my notes from now on lol Mr. Thonk Eyes @smirjal @jakelmmrs44 Flip Zeebz

Great chart. I want "Thinking Out Loud" to reach the top but I also want to see a 10+ week running number one. Hopefully both of that happens ;)
Anyway, why did you remove me from the tag list? I may not be commenting but I'm always looking over your charts.

I thought you had lost interest that's why I didn't bother to tag you anymore but since you told me now I'll put you back on the tag list! Yeah it is definitely possible for both of these things to happen and I do hope that it does!!! gotta give some push to TOL as well

Mark G.'s Top 20 - February 12th, 2015 - HE DID IT!!!!! Comments:In the closest quarters for #1 of the last 10 months, Ed Sheeran finally gets his first #1 as "Thinking Out Loud" ascends 2-1 in its 6th week on the chart following his great performance at the Grammys on Sunday, edging out "Uptown Funk" by a mere 0.5% in points this week (also topping R&B Songs for a 5th straight week). The last time it was such a tight race between the top two was when Foster The People's "Coming Of Age" got its one and only week at #1 being tied with Pharrell's "Happy" at 143k points. "Thinking Out Loud" increased by 4.8% in points while "Uptown Funk" decreased by 21%, enabling "Thinking Out Loud" to ascend to the throne. "Uptown Funk" ends a 9-week run at the top...for now...but will it return and become the fourth song in the history of my official chart to spend a double-digit number of weeks at #1? I guess we will find out...
Hozier's "Take Me To Church" continues rebounding as it goes up 4-3 this week with a 13.5% increase in points, also following a great performance at the Grammys on Sunday. The song is showing no signs of dying down anytime soon and is thus going to be a contender for a very high-position on the 2015 year-end chart (considering that it, in addition to "Uptown Funk" had its 2014 points transferred to the 2015 year-end chart)... The song tops Folk/Alternative Songs for an 11th consecutive week.
"Outside" by Calvin Harris and Ellie Goulding climbs 6-4, returning to its peak so far (it re-entered at #4 4 weeks ago, marking the highest ever re-entry on my chart). It tops Dance/Electronic Songs for a 5th consecutive week.
Taylor Swift scores her fifth top five as "Style" jumps 8-5 in its 4th week on my chart. All four of her previous ones reached the top three and "Style" is looking extremely likely to do the same. Definitely a possible contender for her second #1, too, provided it doesn't pull a "Blank Space" by slowing the f**k down and falling prey to UF/TMTC sized hits.
Ellie Goulding's "Love Me Like You Do" which fell juuuust short of the top 20 last week, is this week's top new entry at #6. This is the highest debut for a song since more than three months ago when "Blame" debuted at #1 (that song tumbles 7-13 this week and is one eligible to go recurrent with 15 weeks). It is tied with "Burn" for her third-highest peaking song to date. She had reached #1 in August 2012 with "Lights".
"Time Of Our Lives" by Pitbull and Ne-Yo rebounds 11-7 and is seeking to get that top five after all! The song increases 103% to its highest weekly point total so far of 79k points.
Meghan Trainor's "Lips Are Movin'" falls 5-8 in its 8th week. This song looks like it has peaked and will not be nearly as big as "All About That Bass" (17-17).
Maroon 5 lands yet another top ten as "Sugar" jumps 13-9 in its third week. All eight of their singles so far have reached the top ten, five of them having reached #1. This is their lowest-peaking one so far and it's the first to not reach the top ten in its first two weeks on the chart xD. If this one reaches #1, the band will pass Eminem for the most #1's ever since I started my chart.
Ella Henderson's "Ghost" falls 3-10. Looks like this song was also cursed with poor longevity. :(
Gaining by 240% and debuting at #11 this week is Walk The Moon's "Shut Up And Dance". A really catchy song with excellent instrumentals which should have debuted sooner as I knew this song before. But better late than never I guess! Hopefully this song will be a smash!
"Rude" by Magic! becomes the 9th song to reach the threshold of 40 weeks on the chart. It seems that this song is refusing to die for me and could pass some more songs on the all-time (since end of 2010) list of songs with the most weeks on the chart... "Am I Wrong" passes "Wake Me Up" as the 11th-longest-running song ever officially.
"Prayer In C" and "I Lived" fall out of the chart from numbers 14 and 20, respectively, and with 6 weeks on the chart and 7 weeks on the chart, respectively.
