    The songs you see italicized are all songs that got bonus points and you'll see how many it got with the + sign. Here's the catch: One song may have bonus points one week and not have them the next week. In other words, a song could make a jump from say 34-7 with those points, but could easily lose those points and drop then 7-26 next week. Remember what I said at the beginning? Anything can happen!

INTRO: Only one entry this week and 3 re-entries as well, debuting at #9 is FourFiveSeconds. Uptown Funk is #1 for a ninth week, which puts the song in 3rd now for longest reigns at #1. One more week and it'll become only the second song in JL44 history to reign for at least 10 weeks. Ellie stays at #2, Time of our Lives hits #3, and Sugar goes to #4. There's still time for UF to get that 10th week. Both are great songs and #1 deserving, but I just don't know if "LMLYD" will pull off a chart path like "Let it Go" or will travel a path like "The Hanging Tree." So just in case this is its peak, I can say LMLYD hit #1 for a week.

I can't tell if I like Geronimo or not. It has been a consideration for my own chart, but it hasn't made it yet. UF had a nice long run on your chart, so it was probably time to be dethroned. You've had a great run of #1 songs since I've been following your chart. :)

UF did have a great run, but it could go back to the summit, which will depend on how well LMLYD will do on the Hot 100. Also, there's a fresh new lineup of songs that should dominate the top 5, but out of the new batch of songs, Style has the best chance at a long reign. It's extremely rare for a song to get at least 10 weeks at #1, the only one to do it is Iggy and Rita with Black Widow with 14 weeks. No hot songs at the time, in fact, numerous songs peaked at #2 during its reign, some of them include Bang Bang, Shake it Off, Cool Kids, Stay With Me, Animals, and Don't Tell 'Em. The only one that did was Blame and that was when I introduced the chart to y'all.
