Lukas Okay, I get it now. Calculating over 190 entries can be a lot. Especially since it covers just one artist. Sorry. No, it's completely fine. You just asked why Tanooki didn't like Drake and I gave an explanation as to why. Simple.

I have no idea how they do the Artist of the Decade, but for the hot 100, male/overall will be drake, female will be rihanna, and group will be Maroon 5.

Gotcha I wonder how his formula matches so similarly to georgetherunners despite them being pretty different Because he borrowed georgetherunner's formula later on. I applied the formula some of the songs on the Hot 100 for the 7.14.2018 list he posted about a year ago and got pretty much the same numbers. There isn't really anything else with it, is there?

omg sicko mode is so close Yeah, but as we all know by now, it won't make it to the top 100. Even if it does manage to get 52 weeks, it will only end up with around 1.044M points.

tanooki @lukas Do you have any idea how Billboard calculate the “Digital Songs AOTD”? Is it based on chronological order of whom has sold the most, or it a ranking of who has the most HDS weeks at number one and most weeks in the top ten etc. Rihanna ranked #1 for the 2000’s. I’m curious who will rank #1 this decade: Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Rihanna again... Also, is it the same for “Streaming Songs AOTD”? - Who has moved the most in SPS or other? I’m confused.

^I think they'll use chart positions similar to the way they'll do for the Hot 100 one. Streaming Songs AOTD would definitely be Drake. Digital Song Sales AOTD is not so clear.

^I think they'll use chart positions similar to the way they'll do for the Hot 100 one. Streaming Songs AOTD would definitely be Drake. Digital Song Sales AOTD is not so clear. Yeah all decade-end lists use the inverse points system

This might be a shot in the dark, but would it be possible to do a decade end chart for the Canadian Hot 100 (or even a 12 year all-time chart considering it just started in June 2007)?

Of course it would, but the thing is that there would be a lot of overlap with the US Hot 100 so there's no point in doing it lmao

Of course it would, but the thing is that there would be a lot of overlap with the US Hot 100 so there's no point in doing it lmao There would definitely be differences that I think would be super interesting. A more current example: "Shallow" had 28 weeks in the top 10 in Canada vs. 7 weeks in the US Rihanna's "Don't Stop the Music" spent 24 weeks in the top 10 peaking at #2 (that longevity in the top 10 is pretty huge for a single released in 2008), Jennifer Lopez's "On the Floor" spent 13 weeks in the top 2, Katy Perry's "Hot N Cold" may be her biggest hit in Canada (spent over a year on the charts) Canada loves Lady Gaga. Poker Face was a 9 week #1 here, and spent 52 weeks on the chart. "Lovegame" spent 20 weeks in the top 10 and peaked at #2. Random songs that managed 52 weeks or more on the Canadian Hot 100: - Katy Perry: Hot N Cold - Timbaland: The Way I Are - Fergie: Big Girls Don't Cry - Rihanna: Don't Stop the Music - Carly Rae Jepsen: Call Me Maybe - Black Eyed Peas: I Gotta Feeling - Lady Gaga: Poker Face

Here's this week's adjustments to the all-time Top 10000 list including the July 27, 2019 chart. Sorry I missed last week.
This Last
Week Week change Title 00106 00110 +0004 Without Me 00107 00109 +0002 Sicko Mode 00125 00147 +0022 Sunflower 00231 00236 +0005 Happier 00336 00442 +0106 Old Town Road 00638 00654 +0016 7 Rings 00698 00743 +0045 Wow. 01198 01216 +0018 High Hopes 01324 01468 +0144 Sucker 02105 02380 +0275 Bad Guy 02660 02911 +0251 Talk 02694 02717 +0023 Shallow 03018 03049 +0031 Middle Child 03244 03302 +0058 Dancing With A Stranger 03463 03767 +0304 I Don't Care 03883 03920 +0037 Going Bad 04176 04238 +0062 Sweet But Psycho 04303 04333 +0030 Better 04439 04555 +0116 Suge 05227 05267 +0040 Me! 06188 07326 +1138 Truth Hurts 06378 07280 +0902 No Guidance 06397 06766 +0369 If I Can't Have You 07588 07789 +0201 Speechless 07606 07751 +0145 Pure Water 08028 08448 +0420 God's Country 08466 09166 +0700 Money In The Grave 08640 08920 +0280 Whiskey Glasses 08722 08916 +0194 Con Calma 08763 09039 +0276 Act Up 08885 09376 +0491 Pop Out 09295 10048 +0753 You Need To Calm Down
Without Me leapfrogs Sicko Mode to close in on the all-time top 100, and now Sicko Mode is so close to the 52/25 rule, it might not squeeze in.

Just for fun - I did Katy's 10 Biggest Billboard Hits for the Canadian Hot 100 - there are some interesting differences. Hot N Cold is officially her biggest hit in Canada (and her 7th biggest hit in the USA). I'll probably do Gaga/Rihanna next if there's interest :) It's interesting because I do feel that "Hot N Cold" was actually her biggest hit in many parts of Europe as well, but no one really thinks of it as Katy's biggest hit. Thank you to tanooki for the multipliers and @danielcollins for the point values in page 1 Katy Perry's Biggest Hits - Canadian Hot 100 1. Hot N Cold - 1015080 (Pk: #1x2, 56 weeks) (#7 - USA) 2. California Gurls - 1011100 (Pk: #1x9, 30 weeks) (#4 - USA) 3. I Kissed a Girl - 956500 (Pk: #1x9, 40 weeks) (#6 - USA) 4. Roar - 901710 (Pk: #1x5, 34 weeks) (#5 - USA) 5. Firework - 866500 (Pk: #1x1, 40 weeks) (#3 - USA) 6. Dark Horse - 765800 (Pk: #1x1, 43 weeks) (#1 - USA) 7. Teenage Dream - 757500 (Pk: #2x2, 37 weeks) (#8 - USA) 8. ET - 709740 (Pk: #1x1, 28 weeks) (#2 - USA) 9. Last Friday Night - 684180 (Pk: #1x1, 29 weeks) (#9 - USA) 10. Wide Awake - 641970 (Pk: #1x3, 27 weeks) (#10 - USA)
