Omg yesssssssss @ the Mana Shakira #1! I can't believe "Hips Don't Lie" wasn't a #1 on your chart though. :o It hit #2. :'( Black Horse and the Cherry Tree kept it out. :'( What a travesty. :'( But glad it hit #2 at least. I was gonna give you major side-eye if you'd told me it peaked any lower than that!

Chart Notes: - It is raining in Belize and I am outside! This is the first rain I've seen since I got here. It feels soooo good. :'(
- Shakira spends at second week at #1, which is fitting because I just went across the border to Guatemala yesterday. So much Spanish, and I heard Shakira on the radio. :'(
- Yes, I know Desire is old. Sue me, I didn't even know Years and Years existed until a couple months ago.
2004 gets its turn. Float On would go on to be one of my top five songs of 2004. It would spend 9 weeks in the top two. The #1 song of 2004? It was right there at #3. Yes, Adam Levine would be on top, though in my fantasies, he would not. Maroon 5 has gone to hit the top 10 14 more times!

Chart Notes: - Back from my trip before going onto another one! Big moves on the chart this week! Later today, I will be starting a thread on my favorite songs from the last thirty years. I hope you all follow it
- Zedd soars nine spots to top the chart for the first time. That's just under the biggest jump of the week, which goes to Sam Feldt. He makes a huge 20-10 move . Passion Pit also bursts six spots, which normally would be good enough for the biggest jump. These big moves hinder other songs on the chart, six of which hold their position from last week.
- Years and Years debut at #19 for the second week in a row. The last act to have three songs in the top 20? Ariana Grande in September, whose "Problem" was ending its chart run as "Break Free" and "Bang Bang" were peaking.
This retro is actually one week short of being 10 years ago, but I am choosing it for a special reason, which will be explained if you check my new exciting thread. (PROMO PROMO PROMO!) This was Axel F's only week on my chart, but it was #1 for a special reason, which will be explained if you check my new exciting thread. :kii: In other news, Juanes was just finishing a monster run in the top 5 - similar to this year - and would go on to be the #1 song of the year. I love this song so. :'( It should rank on my all-time songs chart, but where? You will have to find it by following my new exciting thread! Mariah Carey would go on to have her lone #1 on my chart in two weeks, and would place high on my year end chart as well.

Chart Notes: - I will start on Pop's Top 200 either today or tomorrow! Stay tuned. To celebrate, let's put a song with 1985 in the title at #1. That's the second time that year has appeared in a song title as Bowling For Soup's "1985" hit #2 in October 2004.
- Haley Reinhart makes her second top 10 appearance with a feature on "Creep." She follows Kelly Clarkson, Josh Gracin, Daughtry, Elliot Yamin, Kris Allen, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson, and Blake Lewis as American Idol artists to hit the top 10 twice.
- Nicki Minaj moves into the top 5 for most top tens in the chart history - TNISY makes 17 for her, tying her with Jay-Z.
2006's turn has come up. At #1 is one of the all-time biggest hits on my chart - Crazy, which would go on to nab #1 song of the year honors. I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who has ever charted Bonnie Raitt, but she is one of my all time favorite artists. Unnecessarily Mercenary was never a real single, but it was one of my favorites from her album. I ended up charting four songs from her album Souls Alike. It would be seven years before she'd release another album after that. U2 had one of only two appearances on my chart - neither one a solo. The other U2 appearance was with Green Day on "The Saints Are Coming."

Chart Notes: [/div] [li] Pop's Top 200 was on hiatus over the weekend, but will be back today. We will be up to #181![/li] [li]As for the picture, I was driving home from work this past week, and saw this license plate. If this wasn't a sign to me as to what to make #1, I don't know what is. :)[/li][/ul] Ah, 2007 - what an oddball chart... Amy Winehouse was #1 for the second time that year, following Rehab. And just to show how powerful she was, she brought a cover along with her at #2 - a fantastic one at that, and one of my all-time favorites (hint, hint). I don't know what business Bjork had being in my top 5 then. What a weird song. I use it in my Halloween mix these days.

I was confused why you posted that picture but "King" wasn't #1. Then I noticed Years & Years debuted a song that had already debuted and I was even more confused.
