Not really feeling the snippet, the production sounds a bit dated and it drowns her voice out slightly. Hopefully the full thing will be better.

Who the fuck cares about the song, River may be the most adorable thing ever! Ridiculously cute.
As far as the actual song goes...it's nice but does seem like it could be generic pop 101. Actually, that Boom Clap mixed with Roar comparison that guy made seems absolutely accurate. That's exactly how I'd describe it from that clip. Roar is far from my favorite like I already mentioned, so not crazy about it channeling that.

River is too cute.
The clip sounds infectious. I get a bit of a Natasha Beddingfield vibe as well as some of the other references (Boom Clap, I'm Yours). The lyrics leave a bit to be desired but the chorus is generally meant to get in your head and the verses are where you see more lyrical development so we really need to wait for the full song in that regard. But it sounds promising.

Totally get the Natasha Bedingfield vibe! It actually sounded like something from Natasha's Strip Me album, which is very good. Sounds promising! I hear the "Boom Clap" similarities as well.
Also, what a creative and adorable way to release a snippet of the song.

I don't care too much for what I'm hearing so far. It sounds like knock-off Demi Lovato, which is just knock-off Kelly Clarkson, so she's essentially giving me third rate Kelly. No me gusta.

I can't believe how vastly superior this is to CMB and MKIA based on that clip alone. It's like a whole new Kelly. Never thought I'd see the day there'd be a turn around and they'd be actively pursuing the latest trend/hooks/production grounds.
