Kacey Musgraves hangs onto the top spot again while the entire Top 5 remains unchanged and frozen in place. Lower in the Top 10, George Strait scores his first peak position in the single digits with a move to #9 with "Cold Beer Conversation." Maren Morris continues to make quick work up the chart as she bounds into the Top 20, while David Nail also sneaks in there. K. Michelle's latest lead single and Chris Young's duet with Cassadee Pope both post nice jumps to enter the Top 30, while Beyoncé and William Michael Morgan crack the Top 40 (the second for Bey following "7/11" from last year, and the first for WMM). But, great chart anyways :) ) Sorry (pun intended, lol) to burst any bubbles but Justin is currently sitting behind four female country stars so... "Stressed Out" isn't bad but it hasn't made enough of an impression on me to chart. I also still have about 15-20 songs on my waiting list to enter my charts, too. |

Reba McEntire scores her second #1 hit on my chart ("Going Out Like That" got there last year) as "Until They Don't Love You" rises to replace a falling Kacey Musgraves after a 2-week stint on top. Carrie Underwood skips ahead of Ashley Monroe for the runner-up position, though "The Blade" continues to hold strong in third. "Sorry" slips out of the Top 5, allowing the Erica Nicole and Jamie O'Neal duet to slide in, while One Direction vacates the Top 10 to allow Maddie & Tae to score their third Top 10 hit with "Shut Up and Fish." Zayn flies into the Top 20 in only his sixth chart week, while Easton Corbin and Danielle Bradbery nab their first Top 20 hits after much slower ascents. Rita Ora finally sneaks into the Top 30, while Shakira and Rascal Flatts make the Top 40. Reba probably would've gotten another week up there but "Heartbeat" has just been a true force on my chart with a meteoric rise due to how much I love it. Shawn Mendes scores back-to-back Top 10 hits as he takes "I Know What You Did Last Summer" up to the #10 position following last-year's #1 in "Stitches." Country duets between Chris Young/Cassadee Pope and Sunny Sweeney/Brennen Leigh crack the Top 20 this week, while Jewel and Ashley Campbell collect their first Top 30 hits. The latest singles from Tim McGraw and Fifth Harmony make their way into the Top 40 in pretty quick timing, while Alexandra Stan finally moves into the Top 50. With only one recurrent this week ("Hello" by Adele), Meghan Trainor's "No" is the sole new entrant.

Carrie Underwood holds strong at the top with "Heartbeat" for another week, continuing to keep Ashley Monroe at bay. Michael Ray and Dustin Lynch have great weeks and vault into the Top 10 thanks to a number of falling songs, while K. Michelle cracks the Top 20 in her tenth week with "Not a Little Bit." Beyoncé leaps into the Top 30 and Lindsay Ell makes a one-position move to do the same. A slew of slow-climbing male country songs make their way into the Top 40 this week as Joe Nichols, Scotty McCreery, and Craig Morgan come in at the 38-40 positions. "Peter Pan" experiences a healthy 9-point leap following her music video release, while several other songs in that region also make their best move in weeks. No news from the front this week! Does Ashley still stand a chance at this point? Would be great to see her sitting on the throne.
Shame on Warner Music Nashville for the missed opportunity!
