I'm with other people who want "The Blade" to get to #1 although it's great to see "Heartbeat" slaying...

"Heartbeat" holds on for a third week at the top, giving Carrie Underwood the longest reign of the year thus far. The entire Top 6 remains frozen in place, while the bottom half of the Top 10 gets a shake-up with Maren Morris, Lauren Alaina, and Zayn entering with their first Top 10 hits. Adele hops into the Top 20, while Tim McGraw and Fifth Harmony continue to move up quickly and break the Top 30. I just now noticed the italics for some songs. What do they mean? Songs that aren't gaining anymore? Yes. It signifies that a song has fallen in position for the week (it could still be an active song on the chart though that just got bumped back a spot or two, but generally it indicates stuff that is 'done' on my chart and is on the way down). |

Well, it looks like you officially love "Heartbeat" as much as I do!! And, it looks like it has caused you to have the exact same backlog that I am currently facing... Lol it's gonna take like 7 weeks to clear out our top 10s! You have so many excellent songs that deserve to hit #1, especially "The Blade", "Like I Do", "Shut Up And Fish", and "My Church". All of which would be multi-week #1s in a perfect world  |

Carrie Underwood's reign at the top sets a new record for my chart this week as the longest-lasting #1 hit with a fourth consecutive week. The rest of the Top 10 remains unchanged, except for Zayn sneaking past Maren Morris. Beyoncé's "Formation" brings her to the Top 20 for the first time, while Rita Ora and Dylan Scott also score their first appearances in the threshold. Yes!! "The Blade" is perfection!!! And the string of awesome potential #1s continues... If I had to pick one in the top 5 to miss #1 it would be LBT, although "Pain Killer" is definitely such a summery jam... Who knows what you will do next! Also, your top 40 just became a lot more reckless  |
