But then again, I have more Sara than you at the moment, so maybe the planets are backwards or something. And I am thrilled that you are finally caught back up on your charts! Lol, I never even thought about that. I think when "Infinite Love" peaks I might go back to Slow Me Down for something else too since I still have no idea when her eighth album is going to come out and seeing you continue to chart songs from it makes me jealous.

Sara Evans scores her third Number One hit on my chart with the Todd Chrisley duet, "Infinite Love," almost exactly one year after she last hit the top spot. She also arrives at the summit just two weeks before I see her in concert again! Jennifer Nettles, Brandy Clark, and Britney Spears all achieve new peaks in the Top 5 while "Peter Pan" finally begins its descent. Miranda Lambert, Maddie & Tae, and Billy Currington all nab Top 10s this week, while Big & Rich sneaks into the Top 20. Carrie Underwood blasts into the Top 30 with her fourth single from the Storyteller era, continuing her hot streak of quick climbers. Tim McGraw, K. Michelle, and Ariana Grande are all able to add another Top 40 hit to their names as of this week, too. Well this pretty much confirms we're looking at at least 2 more weeks at #1 after this week! ;) Although I'm going to go beyond that and predict this becomes your 3rd song this year to hit the top for 4 weeks.

Several songs rocket into the Top 20 this week with Cassadee Pope, Maren Morris, and Brett Young all making 4 or 5-spot jumps. Tim McGraw also blasts into the Top 30 with "How I'll Always Be" while The Band Perry does the same with "Comeback Kid," though with a smaller move. One Direction sneaks into the runner-up position, while Sara Evans slides back to #3 after two weeks on top and Miranda Lambert makes a nice move into the Top 5 with "Vice." Clare Dunn and Billy Currington both break into the Top 10 this week, a first time for either of them. Carrie Underwood brings her latest smash into the Top 20 in its seventh chart week while Meghan Trainor manages her second entry to reach the same threshold on my chart. Brad Paisley and Easton Corbin make the Top 30, and Demi Lovato and Stephanie Quayle break into the Top 40. I never got a chance to respond to this. I think I got super distracted by the fact that you posted it like half a week early, and then I forgot about it.

Haha anyway, I just watched the video, because I vowed to watch the video of your #1 every single week. I had not heard Britney's new song yet, and I can't say I am super impressed by it. Like it's not bad, but it's not something I would seek out. Britney is typically someone I enjoy though, so I look forward to seeing what she releases next! I will say, she looks AMAZING! (Just look up her age. I can't believe she is only 34... I mean, it feels like she has been famous my entire life! I knew she was a young star, but I figured she'd at least be pushing 40 by now! Could she have really been only like 15ish when she started? Crazy.)

Otherwise, I am going to assume that Sara's decline after 2 weeks is only a ruse... Unless you are just super duper excited to start charting something else from Slow Me Down, which I would not fault you for! ;) You have so many songs falling in the top 40 right now! Tim McGraw and The Band Perry fly into the Top 20 with their latest singles, holding Josh Turner just outside for another week at #21. Lauren Alaina, Ariana Grande, and Lady Gaga all jump into the Top 30, while the all-star country collaboration ("Forever Country") and the collaboration between Calvin Harris and Rihanna ("This Is What You Came For") crack the Top 40. In the wake of the Sara Evans concert last weekend, I've decided to extend Sara's last era by charting "Better Off" as the next 'single' from the project after prior #1 hits in "Put My Heart Down" and "Good Love Is Hard to Find" in 2015. It's nice to see Britney continuing to find success, as well as Maddie & Tae and Miranda Lambert making their way deep into the top 5. And YASSS at Cassadee Pope being on the cusp of the top 10 and Josh Turner being on the verge of the top 20! Both are well-deserved hits!! Finally, I do not even need to tell you how thrilled I am at your debuts this week       Both "Enough" and "Better Off" are two of the best songs on two criminally underrated incredible albums... I look forward to both of them dominating your chart in 2017 :)

Britney Spears continues to dominate with "Make Me..." as it spends a third week at #1, but Miranda Lambert creeps into the runner-up position with "Vice." The two songs both started their runs on my chart 15 weeks ago and are now reunited at the top. Cassadee Pope and Brett Young score their first Top 10 hits (as solo artists, anyway -- Cassadee shared in Chris Young's "Think of You" #1 earlier this year), while Josh Turner and Mickey Guyton earn their second Top 20 entries to date. After a huge move last week, Demi Lovato slows her pace a bit, but still scoots into the Top 30 for the fourth time. Chris Young, Jamie Lynn Spears, and Joe Nichols all jump into the Top 40 this week after spending awhile stuck on the outside looking in, while Ariana Grande, Jana Kramer, and Florida Georgia Line break the Top 50. New to the chart this week is the latest single from Kelsea Ballerini, the debut single from Luke Combs, and the first-ever entry for The Chainsmokers on my chart (boosted by the release of the music video).

Wow, you must have been THIRSTY for new Britney music! Can't believe "Make Me..." has been a 3-week #1, and it only took 13 weeks to get there! Stiff competition is approaching, however. I see Miranda as a multi-week #1 as well. Not sure what Maddie & Tae will do, although I kinda think Miranda will block them. And I HOPE Miranda blocks Dierks... No offense, but for some reason "Different For Girls" went from decent to awful very quickly for me :/

Some more long-range predictions: after "Vice" gives up, I also predict Billy Currington will hit #1, and then I fully expect Carrie will have caught up to all of them just in time to be your last #1 of the year and heading into the new year, much like Justin Bieber at the end of last year. Either that or Cassadee Pope will be your last #1 of the year, with Carrie being the first #1 of next year!

Well, Britney is to pop music what Sara Evans is to country music for me, so... ;)  I always enjoy reading your predictions for what you think will happen on my chart because I love seeing how accurate they will end up being, and the last time you predicted the number of weeks that Sara/Martina/Carrie/Kelsea would get combined at the top was pretty dang close. :o

Miranda Lambert dethrones Britney Spears this week for the #1 spot with "Vice." Dierks Bentley swaps places with Maddie & Tae in the Top 5, while Billy Currington breaks into it for the first time ever. Maren Morris and Carrie Underwood each collect another Top 10 hit as well with their latest singles. Lauren Alaina and Lady Gaga blast into the Top 20, while "Forever Country" gets Greatest Gainer honors as it climbs an impressive 9 spots to land in the Top 30 the week of the 50th CMA Awards celebration. RaeLynn and Martina McBride jump into the Top 40, and Fifth Harmony and Reba McEntire crack the Top 50. New to the chart this week is the new lead single from Little Big Town coming in at 57, while Maddie & Tae's "Waitin' on a Plane" sneaks in at 59. With new music looking to be close from the M&T girls, I realized it was now or never to chart my favorite non-single from their debut project and I love "Plane" too much to pass on it!

OMG I'm sorry I forgot to respond to this when you posted it!!! This might be one of your best charts yet! "Vice" is definitely a great #1. "Sierra" is falling short of #1, just like I predicted! Interesting that Billy, Cassadee, Carrie, and Maren are all approaching the top at the same time... That will be a fascinating battle around the start of the new year. Martina in the top 40 and Reba in the top 50 is really hawt. And your debuts this week could not be any more PERFECT!!!!!!!   I decided to debut "Waitin' on a Plane" too, since there's still a few songs I am in love with on their album that I want to try to chart before they get a new album out! I guess great minds think alike!
