Lady Antebellum leap-frogs fellow country band Little Big Town to score a #1 with "What If I Never Get Over You." They are joined in the top 5 by Miranda Lambert's latest smash, "It All Comes Out in the Wash," and the top 10 welcomes Lizzo and Kassi Ashton, both for the second time. Brett Young, Dan + Shay, Saweetie, and Keith Urban all climb into the top 20, while Michael Ray reaches the top 30 with "Her World or Mine," his third hit from Amos. Country ladies Ingrid Andress, Kelsea Ballerini, and Abby Anderson all crash the top 40 this week with their latest singles. Several songs in the lower regions see nice gains, including a 6-point jump for "The Hamptons," and 5-spot moves for "Lover" and "10,000 Hours." New to the chart this week is Carrie Underwood's latest Cry Pretty single ("Drinking Alone") and the return of Kesha with her latest lead single ("Raising Hell"). Trisha Yearwood lands her first-ever #1 hit with "Every Girl in This Town," her comeback single from her first studio album in over a decade. Lady Antebellum, last week's chart-topper, slips to the runner-up position, with Miranda Lambert's "It All Comes Out in the Wash" moving up to third. Pop hits from Miley Cyrus and Madonna reach the top 5, while Avril Lavigne's "I Fell in Love with the Devil" reaches the top 10, bumping out Kassi Ashton. "Family Tree" and "Prove You Wrong" each see an 8-spot advancement to enter the top 20 this week, and Runaway June's "Head Over Heels" zips up 9 positions to land in the top 30, giving it Greatest Gainer honors. Caroline Jones, Alec Benjamin, and Cardi B also clock new top 30 hits, and The Highwomen reach the top 40 for the first time. It's a good week for country ladies as the latest from Kylie Frey ("One Night in Tulsa"), Carly Pearce ("I Hope You're Happy Now"), and Maddie & Tae ("Everywhere I'm Goin'") make up the new entries. Really hoping "Crave" can go all the way! It's a fantastic Madonna single. Great chart!

Miranda Lambert bumps up to the #1 position with "It All Comes Out in the Wash," her lead single from her recently-released seventh set, Widcard. Former chart-topper "What If I Never Get Over You" holds in the runner-up spot, while pop hits from Miley Cyrus and Madonna inch up a slot each, with last week's #1 in Trisha Yearwood's "Every Girl in This Town" rounding out the top 5. Kassi Ashton bumps back into the top 10, while Dustin Lynch breaks into it with "Ridin' Roads." Michael Ray and Jana Kramer jump into the top 20 with their latest singles. Kelsea Ballerini gets Greatest Gainer honors with "Homecoming Queen?" advancing 8 spots to land inside the top 30. She is joined by Ingrid Andress and Sam Smith, and we see 4 new songs break the top 40 for the first time ("Senorita," "Homesick," "In Between," and "Motivation"). Likewise, 4 new songs make it into the top 5, including impressive jumps for the new singles from Taylor Swift and Dan + Shay featuring Justin Bieber as well as Walker County's debut single. Carrie Underwood's new single "Drinking Alone" shares in Kelsea's Greatest Gainer honors as she too makes an 8-point move this week to settle just outside the top 60 in week three of charting. Due to a high number of recurrents, this week we see 5 debuts led by Iggy Azalea's "Lola," which replaces herself on the chart as "Started" falls off. Also cracking the chart are new singles from RaeLynn ("Bra Off"), Chris Young ("Drowning"), and Tenille Townes ("Jersey on the Wall (I'm Just Askin')", plus an album cut from Reba's latest Stronger Than the Truth ("In His Mind"). Happy seeing "Senorita", "In Between" and "Motivation" in your top 40! I also like the little push for "Even Though I'm Leaving", hopefully this will be huge in your chart! As for your debuts, I only like "Drowning", because I haven't listened to the others. Great chart!

"It All Comes Out in the Wash" - Miranda Lambert. Cool #1. Some of these country songs feature more electric guitar than some of the songs on today's Active Rock. True story.

Miranda Lambert holds on for another spin cycle at the top of the charts with "It All Comes Out in the Wash." Miley Cyrus matches her career-best with a #2 showing for "Mother's Daughter" (she previously climbed that high with "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" earlier in the year), and Lizzo clocks her second top 5 hit with "Truth Hurts." Brett Young catches a top 10 with "Catch," and we see a deluge of country ladies crash the top 20 including new singles from Runaway June ("Head Over Heels"), Ingrid Andress ("More Hearts Than Mine"), and Kelsea Ballerini ("Homecoming Queen?"). Caroline Jones comes close to joining that onslaught, but ends up just outside at #21. A more eclectic mix of songs from The Highwomen, Machine Gun Kelly, and Shawn Mendes/Camila Cabello land in the top 30 this week, and we see the latest singles from Luke Combs, Gone West, and Zara Larsson reach the top 40. Several songs in the lower region of the chart post nice gains, including 5-point jumps for the likes of Ashley McBryde, Carrie Underwood, and Lauren Alaina, plus a 6-spot move for K. Michelle. It's a week for the boys as Niall Horan ("Nice to Meet Ya"), Justin Moore ("Why We Drink"), and Morgan Wallen ("Chasin' You") all crack the chart. Miranda Lambert hasn't been hung out to dry just yet as "It All Comes Out in the Wash" spends a third frame at the apex of the chart. Pop songs from Madonna, Miley Cyrus, and Lizzo, along with country star Gabby Barrett's debut single "I Hope," round out the top 5. Keith Urban's "We Were" finally reaches the top 10, while Caroline Jones gets her first top 20 hit with "Chasin' Me." It's a good week for country songs entering the top 30 as Kane Brown, Abby Anderson, Luke Combs, and Scotty McCreery manage the feat. Likewise, Maren Morris and Riley Green crack the threshold of top 40 with their latest singles and are joined by the title cut from Taylor Swift's latest album as well. Old Dominion, Ashley McBryde, and Carrie Underwood reach the top 50, while Kesha, Camila Cabello, and Sam Hunt land in the top 60. Miranda Lambert's new single "Bluebird" flies to the highest debut of the week, entering at number 70. She is joined by new singles from Jordan Davis ("Slow Dance in a Parking Lot") and Dua Lipa ("Don't Start Now"). Miranda Lambert clocks a fourth week at #1 with "It All Comes Out in the Wash" to effectively become the longest-running hit of 2019 on my chart, just before the finish line as we turn to the next year (and decade). In doing so, she keeps Madonna's "Crave" at bay another week, and hit singles from Gabby Barrett and Avril Lavigne advance to the fill out the top 5 alongside Lizzo who loses her footing with "Truth Hurts." Caylee Hammack picks up her first top 10 with "Family Tree," while the pair of The Highwomen and Sam Smith reach the top 20 in their 20th chart weeks. Maren Morris and Gone West reach the top 30, Taylor Swift gets Greatest Gainer honors as she vaults 8-places with "Lover," and "The Hamptons," "10,000 Hours," "Homemade," and "Hot Girl Summer" all climb into the top 40. A number of lower-charting songs also see nice gains, including Carrie Underwood, Iggy Azalea, Camila Cabello, RaeLynn, Kylie Frey, Jon Pardi, Tanya Tucker, and Miranda Lambert. The week's new entries are led by Lizzo's "Good as Hell," her third time gracing the chart following "Juice" (a #1) and "Truth Hurts (which so far has peaked at #4 as of last week). Clare Dunn ("Money's All Gone"), Florida Georgia Line ("Blessings"), and JoJo ("Sabotage") also break onto the chart. Madonna is the one to finally unseat the long-running #1 from Miranda Lambert with "Crave," her second-ever song to hit the top of my chart, and first since "Living for Love" back in May 2015. Gabby Barrett slides into second with debut single "I Hope," Dustin Lynch rides into the top 5 with "Ridin' Roads," and the diverse pair of Michael Ray ("Her World or Mine") and Saweetie ("My Type") roll into the top 10. Kane Brown's "Homesick" jumps into the top 20, while Taylor Swift and Normani reach top 30 with their latest singles. Iggy Azalea and Carrie Underwood make quick work entering the top 40 with "Fuck It Up" and "Drinking Alone," respectively. Pop tunes from Kesha and Camila Cabello crack the top 50, Iggy Azalea's current single ("Lola") and an album cut from Maddie & Tae ("Everywhere I'm Goin'") land in the top 60, and we see a pair of new country female acts chart for the first time on my chart: Lainey Wilson with "Dirty Looks" and Meghan Patrick with "Wild as Me." American Idol alum Gabby Barrett lands a #1 hit with her debut single, "I Hope," which skirts past Madonna after a 1-week stay at the top. Avril Lavigne settles into the runner-up position, Keith Urban and Brett Young dive into the top 5, while nothing new cracks the top 10 this week. The teens see minimal movement, though Luke Combs and Machine Gun Kelly reach the top 20 with "Even Though I'm Leaving" and "I Think I'm OKAY," respectively. Riley Green and Walker County continue quick climbs, both landing in the top 30, while the pair of Little Big Town and Cassadee Pope reach the top 40. Movement is stifled in the lower region of the chart, where 5-spot jumps for the likes of Camila Cabello, Miranda Lambert, Lizzo, and Dua Lipa are the largest gains made. A pair of country tunes from Lindsay Ell ("I Don't Love You") and Trea Landon ("Loved by a Country Boy") crack the chart as this week's debuts. Yesssssss "I Hope"! That song has been growing on me massively over the past few weeks, happy to see it reach #1 here :) Same! It was pretty instant for me, which led to me to chart it early on before it ever went to country radio, but it continued to grow on me after it started blowing up on the airplay front. I'm thrilled to see a country single from a female artist just blowing up totally organically like this one is.

My favorite pop single of 2019, Avril Lavigne's "I Fell in Love with the Devil," kicks things off as the first #1 hit of 2020! A quartert of country songs from the likes of Dustin Lynch, Brett Young, Caylee Hammack, and Michael Ray round out the top 5 with her. Sheryl Crow gets her first top 10 hit on my chart with "Prove You Wrong," and Runaway June lands their fourth with "Head Over Heels" (which follows three straight #1 hits to open the band's career). Maren Morris catapults into the top 20 with "The Bones," continuing a brisk pace. "10,000 Hours," the collaboration between Dan + Shay and Justin Bieber, lands in the top 30. New to the top 40 this frame are Old Dominion and K. Michelle, while Sam Hunt and Lauren Alaina both reach the top 50, and Chris Young and Dua Lipa crack top 60. The debuts this week come in the form of Kree Harrison's first-ever chart appearance ("Get Away with Anything") and my favorite album cut from Trisha Yearwood's latest album ("When Lonely Calls"). Avril Lavigne logs another week on top with "I Fell in Love with the Devil," blocking Dustin Lynch and keeping him to a #2 finish with "Ridin' Roads." Brett Young and Caylee Hammack slide in behind her in the top 3. Ingrid Andress and Kelsea Ballerini crash into the top 10 with their current singles, both scintillating ballads. Taylor Swift's "Lover" lands in the top 20, though nothing new reaches the top 30, and only Ashley McBryde kicks into the top 40 with her latest single "One Night Standards." Movement in the lower region of the chart is stifled due to a lower number of songs leaving the chart, but with a number of falling songs higher up, space should free up soon. The week's lone debut is the return of Justin Bieber, with his new comeback single "Yummy." Avril Lavigne extends her stay at #1 for a third week with "I Fell in Love with the Devil," keeping Brett Young and Caylee Hammack at bay. Runaway June picks up their fourth consecutive top 5 hit as "Head Over Heels" marches across the threshold. Kane Brown's "Homesick" lands in the top 10, his second hit single to get that high (his previous best peak is "What Ifs" at #8). Country newcomers Abby Anderson, Riley Green, and Gone West pick up their second, first, and second (respectively) top 20 hits. Zara Larsson and Carrie Underwood reach the top 30, and Camila Cabello's "Liar" lands in the top 40. No recurrents this week stifles movement in the lower portions of the chart, with 5-spot climbs for Miranda Lambert ("Bluebird") and Justin Bieber ("Yummy") are the most notable moves. Brett Young reaches #1 with "Catch," making it his fifth trip to the top spot of my chart. Caylee Hammack, Michael Ray, and Runaway June all slide up on spot as Avril Lavigne falls back to #5 following a three-week stay at #1 for "I Fell in Love with the Devil." Luke Combs and The Highwomen land in the top 10, while newcomer female country duo Walker County make quick work flying into the top 20 with debut single "The Hamptons." Bolstered in part by the release of Nightfall, Little Big Town launches into the top 30 with "Over Drinking." Jake Owen ("Homemade") and Iggy Azalea ("F*ck It Up") also reach the threshold. Kesha's "Raising Hell" climbs into the top 40 this week, while the likes of Lauren Alaina, Carly Pearce, and Iggy Azalea ("Lola") reach the top 50. The week's new entries come from return singles from Shakira ("Me Gusta") and Brandy Clark ("Who You Thought I Was"). Caylee Hammack collects her first #1 hit with debut single "Family Tree" replacing Brett Young at the top, making Hammack the first new artist to get her first #1 hit of the year so far. Avril Lavigne's former chart-topper "I Fell in Love with the Devil" slips from the top 10 and is replaced by Maren Morris' "The Bones," making the entire current top 10 made up of country songs. The Dan + Shay/Justin Bieber collab and Normani's solo debut single crack the top 20 this week. K. Michelle and Cassadee Pope reach the top 30, while Miranda Lambert, Sam Hunt, Natasha Bedingfield, and Jon Pardi all plow into the top 40 (some quicker than others as Lambert continues a fast clip with "Bluebird," while Bedingfield and Pardi have waited for awhile to reach the threshold). A pair of pop songs from Katy Perry and Dua Lipa and a pair of country songs from Kylie Frey and Maddie & Tae land in the top 50. Demi Lovato's emotional cry for help "Anyone" marks her return to my chart and scores the biggest debut of the week at number 70. She is joined by the likes of Galantis & Dolly Parton ("Faith"), Tenille Arts on her first charting effort ("Somebody Like That"), Tanya Tucker with her recent Grammy-winning song ("Bring My Flowers Now"), and Camila Cabello ("My Oh My"). Michael Ray rises to #1 this week with "Her World or Mine," marking his third trip to the top (he previously reigned with "Real Men Love Jesus" and "Get to You"). The country top 10 is broken up slightly as former pop country queen Taylor Swift slides in at number 10 with "Lover," replacing Brett Young. Little Big Town continues to pick up the pace in the wake of their album release last month as "Over Drinking" vaults into the top 20. They are joined by the latest singles from Scotty McCreery and Zara Larsson. Kesha and Ashley McBryde crack the top 30 with their current lead singles to their new albums, the former of which just dropped. New country queens Carly Pearce and Lauren Alaina both land in the top 40 with their latest as well. Reba McEntire and Justin Bieber enter the top 50, Florida Georgia Line and Trisha Yearwood reach top 60, and a pair of debuts from Madonna ("God Control") and Travis Denning ("After a Few") make the chart.. Yeah “Think a Little Less” is pretty solid. “Get to You” was one of the biggest country hits ever on my chart, hated seeing it peak in the Top 20.
