Kelsea Ballerini settles into #1 with "Hole in the Bottle," her third consecutive chart-topper from the kelsea era, and eighth overall. Gabby Barrett and Miley Cyrus stake out claims in the top 5, while "WAP" brings Cardi B back to the top 10 for the sixth time and Megan Thee Stallion for the first time. RaeLynn and Miranda Lambert also crack the top 10 with "Me About Me" and "Settling Down," respectively. Kylie Frey and Ava Max reach the top 20 and Carrie Underwood and Darius Rucker climb into the top 30. Four country songs blast into the top 40 this week, led by Michael Ray's "Whiskey and Rain." Mickey Guyton, Little Big Town, and Devin Dawson join him. Morgan Wallen and Taylor Swift share Greatest Gainer honors as they make 8-spot jumps with "7 Summers" and "Willow," respectively. A number of other lower charting songs see great gains this week thanks to a number of recurrents, which also paves the way for Taylor Swift to debut with "No Body, No Crime" as the week's highest entry. She is joined on the chart by Justin Bieber's latest ("Anyone") and a pair of duets comprised of Zach Williams & Dolly Parton ("There Was Jesus") and Orville Peck & Shania Twain ("Legends Never Die"). Kelsea Ballerini extends her stay at #1 with "Hole in the Bottle," with Ingrid Andress and Gabby Barrett both looking to strike soon to get their second #1 hits. The Chicks land their second top 10 hit with "Sleep at Night" from Gaslighter, while Danielle Bradbery reaches the threshold with "Never Have I Ever," making it her first (her previous best was the #12 peak for "Sway" in 2018). Lindsay Ell, Caylee Hammack, and Dua Lipa all continue moving up nicely and crash the top 20 this week. Sara Evans and Carly Pearce reach the top 30 with their latest, while Machine Gun Kelly, Brantley Gilbert, and Bon Jovi all land in the top 40. Several songs in the lower reaches of the chart see nice gains, but nothing too major or notable this week. Ashley McBryde's "Sparrow" flies onto the chart as the week's highest debut, and she is joined by Kenny Chesney in his first chart appearance ("Happy Does"), Caylee Hammack featuring Reba McEntire ("Redhead"), and Harry Styles ("Golden"). Kelsea Ballerini narrowly clinches a third frame at #1 with "Hole in the Bottle," as she keeps Ingrid Andress and Gabby Barrett at bay another week. Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion reach top 5 with "WAP," while Runaway June ascends to the top 10 with "We Were Rich." Sara Evans boasts a nice jump for "6th Avenue Heartache to reach the top 20, with Lainey Wilson notching her first top 20 as well with "Things a Man Oughta Know." Recent country jams from Randall King, Michael Ray, Mickey Guyton, and Little Big Town all crash the top 30 simultaneously, and the pair of Morgan Wallen and Lady Gaga notch additional top 40 hits with their latest singles. SZA scores the highest debut with her new hit "Good Days," and she is joined by new charting efforts from Tenille Townes ("Come as You Are") and Tim McGraw ("Undivided"). Ingrid Andress finally claims the #1 with "The Stranger" after a 3-week run by Kelsea Ballerini ends. It marks the newcomer's second after her debut hit "More Hearts Than Mine" achieved the pole position last year. Gabby Barrett slides into the runner-up spot looking to do the same with "The Good Ones." Top 10 movement is largely stifled, but Kylie Frey logs her third entry with "Spur of the Moment" moving up a spot this week. Jake Owen collects another top 20 hit with "Made for You," with a number of big country songs stacking up just outside the threshold. Machine Gun Kelly continues his quick pace as "My Ex's Best Friend" vaults into the top 30, and he is joined by Devin Dawson and Brantley Gilbert. Thanks to a large number of recurrents, an impressive tally of five songs fly into the top 40 on this week's chart, led by Ariana Grande's "Positions." It's a similar story in the lower reaches of the chart with many songs seeing nice gains, including Taylor Swift's "No Body, No Crime" and Justin Bieber's "Anyone" which tie for Greatest Gainer honors with 8-point climbs for both. Three artists debut on the chart for the first time ever -- Olivia Rodrigo, Alexandra Kay, and Hannah Dasher -- alongside two veterans (Luke Combs with "Without You" and Gwen Stefani with "Let Me Reintroduce Myself"). Gabby Barrett follows in Ingrid's footsteps as she ascends to the top with "The Good Ones," marking her second career #1 following her debut smash "I Hope" from last year. RaeLynn and Miranda Lambert reach the top 5, though nothing new breaks into the top 10 thanks to a slow fall from Kelsea Ballerini with her former multi-week #1 "Hole in the Bottle." A trio of country jams from Darius Rucker, Carly Pearce, and Randall King each tackle the top 20, with Morgan Wallen and Ariana Grande landing in the top 30. Kylie Frey's "Horses in Heaven" and Taylor Swift's "Willow" continue hot starts as they quickly bound into the top 40. Meanwhile, Taylor Swift also shuffles into the top 50 with "No Body, No Crime," another hit off her Evermore project. After last week's chart brought good fortunes to many lower-ranking songs due to a number of recurrents, the pendulum swings back the other way this week as movement is temporarily stifled. Only one new song breaks onto the chart this week, and it comes courtesy of Justin Moore ("We Didn't Have Much"). Miley Cyrus claims the #1 spot this week with "Midnight Sky," marking the singer's first trip to the top of my chart; she previously came close with "Nothing Breaks Like a Heart" and "Mother's Daughter" topping out at #2 peaks, and "Malibu" reaching #3, but Cyrus finally gets her #1 this time. "WAP" moves in behind her, "Sleep at Night" by The Chicks leapfrogs Miranda Lambert to break the top 5. Lindsay Ell picks up another top 10 hit with "Want Me Back" and Ava Max gets her first with "Kings & Queens." Michael Ray reaches top 20, while Bon Jovi & Jennifer Nettles and Rachel Wammack land in the top 30, and Trey Lewis and Josh Turner jump into the top 40. A few recurrents this week allows some shakeups in the lower region of the charts, with Greatest Gainer honors going to "Undivided" for its 8-point move. Other notable gains include a 7-spot climb for Olivia Rodrigo's "Drivers License" and a 6-spot advance for Ashley McBryde's "Sparrow." The debuts this week are led by Lauren Alaina screaming onto the chart with "Getting Over Him," her new duet single featuring Jon Pardi. She is joined by the latest offerings from Dylan Scott ("Nobody"), Jordan Davis ("Almost Maybes"), and Walker County ("Bits & Pieces"). Continuing the revolving door up top, RaeLynn rotates in as this week's #1 with "Me About Me," marking her sixth trip to the summit. Country smashes from The Chicks, Miranda Lambert, and Runaway June settle in behind her as all of these ladies look to follow her to the top. Caylee Hammack and Dua Lipa both collect the third top 10 hits from their current projects with "Just Friends" and "Levitating," respectively. Mickey Guyton, Machine Gun Kelly, and Little Big Town reach the top 20 with their latest singles, while Kylie Frey races into the top 30 with "Horses in Heaven." Taylor Swift's "No Body, No Crime" lands in the top 40, joining the singer's "Willow" which holds at 35 for another week. Cody Johnson and Reba slide into the top 40 as well with "Dear Rodeo." Movement at the bottom half of the chart remains minor for another week, though many songs see at least gains of a few positions. The Black Eyed Peas chart for the first time on my chart aided by Shakira's feature on "Girl Like Me." Other new entries come from Ariana Grande's "34+35" and Caitlyn Smith's inaugural chart effort "I Can't." The Chicks score back-to-back #1s off their comeback album, Gaslighter, this time with "Sleep at Night." Miranda Lambert and Runaway June slide in behind them, while Lindsay Ell reaches top 5 with "Want Me Back" and Lainey Wilson and Sara Evans land top 10s, a first for the former. Country males Morgan Wallen and Devin Dawson break into the top 20, whilst country females Meghan Patrick and Ashley McBryde do the same with the top 30. "Prisoner," Miley Cyrus' duet with Dua Lipa, cracks the top 40 a few weeks after Cyrus' last single hit the top of my chart. Not much in the way of notable movement in the lower region of the chart in this frame, but look for that to change next week with several songs slated to go recurrent (unlike this week where only Ingrid Andress departed with former chart-topper "The Stranger"). The sole debut this week comes from Elle King's new duet single with Miranda Lambert. Chart Dated March 7, 2021LW TW WK PK Song Artist02 01 28 01 "Sleep at Night" - The Chicks *1 WEEK AT NUMBER ONE*

Miranda Lambert settles into #1 with "Settling Down," marking the singer's third consecutive chart-topper from the Wildcard era. Minimal shakeups happen in the top 10, and nothing new enters the threshold this week, but Brantley Gilbert and Rachel Wammack climb into the top 20 with their latest releases. Taylor Swift flies into the top 30 with two songs in the same week: "Willow" and "No Body, No Crime," both from her Evermore record. Lady Gaga and Trey Lewis also join the double dose of Swift in the top 30, while Jamie O'Neal, Kassi Ashton, and JoJo all jump into the top 40. Movement in the lower region picks back up again thanks to a freeing up of some chart space, allowing several songs their best gains in weeks. Elle King's new duet with Miranda Lambert flies upward 8 spots for the Greatest Gainer honors in its second week on. This week's debuts include two country duets between Chris Young & Kane Brown ("Famous Friends") and Ryan Hurd & Maren Morris ("Chasing After You"), the first new music from Ashley Monroe in a couple years ("Drive"), and the newest Cardi B smash ("Up"). Miranda Lambert locks down another multi-week chart-topper as "Settling Down" nests for a second frame at the top, leaving Runaway June at bay in the runner-up spot with "We Were Rich" as they look to continue their streak of taking everything they chart to #1. Ava Max collects her first top 5 hit ("Kings & Queens"), Randall King nets his first top 10 ("Takin' It As It Comes"), and Kylie Frey lands her fourth top 20 hit ("Horses in Heaven"). Sam Hunt and Cody Johnson both fly into the top 30 with their latest singles, while the top 40 welcomes Justin Bieber with "Anyone" (the week's Greatest Gainer in a 9-spot climb) and Ingrid Andress with "Lady Like." Most songs in the lower region of the chart see steady gains of at least a position or two, with the most noteworthy gains going to Lauren Alaina and Elle King with their duets with Jon Pardi and Miranda Lambert, respectively. Cam cracks the chart with the title track off her latest album -- which I've decided to chart as her latest 'single' since her new country radio offering is something that was a hit on my chart already in 2020 -- and Mod Sun makes his chart debut in the form of "Flames" with the help of Avril Lavigne, a favorite pop artist of mine. Runaway June sneaks past Miranda Lambert to hit the top with "We Were Rich," marking their sixth-straight #1 hit to start their career. The majority of the top 10 stays stagnant, with the exception of Carly Pearce sneaking in with "Next Girl," her fifth top 10 hit to date. Nothing new reaches the top 20, but Brantley Gilbert re-enters it with "Hard Days," and Miley Cyrus & Dua Lipa's "Prisoner" cracks the top 30. Megan Thee Stallion, Kane Brown, and Parker McCollum all pile into the top 40, while Olivia Rodrigo, Alexandra Kay, and Hannah Dasher all make the top 50 for their first time with their currently-charting efforts. Carly Pearce's new autobiographical neotraditional jam "29" marks the week's highest debut, and she is joined on the chart by new efforts from Ava Max ("My Head & My Heart") and the chart debut of Elvie Shane ("My Boy"). "Drunk" already close to the Top 50 after only four weeks, whew! The slayage!!! (Speaking of Miranda, I love that "Settling Down" got her a second week at the top!) Nice to see "29" debut as well, and "Next Girl" in the Top 10!

Miranda Lambert returns to the top four a third frame with "Settling Down," while newcomers Lindsay Ell and Caylee Hammack slide in behind her with their latest singles, and Dua Lipa logs another top 5 hit from the Future Nostalgia era. There's a bit of a logjam at the top of the chart with a lot of big hits not wanting to give up in the face of competition, only narrowly letting Meghan Patrick sneak into the top 20 with "My First Car." Veteran country stars Josh Turner and Jamie O'Neal climb into the top 30, while Ashley McBryde flies into the top 40 with "Sparrow." Lauren Alaina lands in the top 50 with "Getting Over Him," her new duet single with Jon Pardi, and Justin Moore reaches top 60 with "We Didn't Have Much." The week's sole new entry comes from the return of Demi Lovato with the title cut from her just-released new album ("Dancing with the Devil"). Lindsay Ell scores her second #1 hit to date with "Want Me Back," while Dua Lipa logs her highest peak yet with a #2 showing for "Levitating," and Lainey Wilson collects her first top 5 hit in "Things a Man Oughta Know." Mickey Guyton and Michael Ray are no strangers to the top 10 on my chart and both log another one with their latest radio singles this week. There's some stagnation in the teens and 20s, however, but Justin Bieber does sneak into the top 30 with "Anyone." Caylee Hammack and Dierks Bentley graduate to the top 40, cross-genre collabs between Zach Williams & Dolly Parton and Elle King and Miranda Lambert make it into the top 50, while several lower-charting songs see nice boosts including 6-spot gains for Chris Young and Carly Pearce. Iggy Azalea gets the week's best debut with "Sip It" at #72, and is joined by a new song by Brooke Eden ("Sunroof"). Digging Sara's Hot Cover of the Wallflowers' classic. Would have been cool if they sang it together.

Dua Lipa, after coming up short with #4 peaks with two singles this album cycle, finally lands her first #1 hit as "Levitating" floats to the top. Due to my liking of the original solo and the remix with Madonna and Missy Elliott roughly equally, the later two artists also share in the accomplishment. Lainey Wilson slides into the runner-up spot with her single that is taking off at country radio currently, with Sara Evans, Randall King, and Mickey Guyton all vaulting into the top 5. Taylor Swift has a double dose of cracking the top 20 as she lifts both "Willow" and "No Body, No Crime" into the threshold, with Ashley McBryde's "Martha Divine" also coming along for the ride. JoJo sneaks into the top 30, Little Mix finds themselves a top 40 hit, and Harry Styles reaches top 50. "Chasing After You" and "29" continue hot starts as they land in the top 60 this week. It's a good week for male artists as three of them crack the chart with new singles: Chris Bandi ("Would Have Loved Her"), Luke Combs ("Forever After All"), and Nick Jonas ("This Is Heaven"). Pretty funky #1 jam. What does Madonna offer up? Her backups vocals only? I didn't see her in the MV.

Sara Evans slides in behind her with "6th Avenue Heartache," and while nothing new reaches the top 5, there are three songs that cruise into the top 10 from the likes of Machine Gun Kelly ("My Ex's Best Friend"), Rachel Wammack ("What He Does"), and Morgan Wallen ("7 Summers"). Cody Johnson's collaboration with Reba McEntire on "Dear Rodeo" rides into the top 20, and Ingrid Andress and Kassi Ashton both land in the top 30 with their latest offerings. Olivia Rodrigo nabs her first top 40 hit with "Drivers License" as well. Songs in the lower region see minimal but healthy gains, with Carly Pearce, Iggy Azalea, Brooke Eden, and Luke Combs being among some of the recipients of the strongest boosts. This week's new entries come from Kelsea Ballerini's latest Kelsea single, "Half of My Hometown," plus first-time appearances by Yung Gravy ("Oops!") and Chevel Shepherd ("Just Like the Circus"). Sara Evans extends her streak of taking everything she releases to #1 as she adds another chart-topper to the tally with "6th Avenue Heartache," my favorite cover from her Copy That record that came out a year ago now. She totally nailed this one. Michael Ray and Machine Gun Kelly storm into the top 5, and Kylie Frey's "Horses in Heaven" races into the top 10 with ease. It's a good week for country males as Sam Hunt, Trey Lewis, and Josh Turner all get sucked into the top 20 with their latest. Kane Brown and Megan Thee Stallion reach top 30 with "Worship You" and "Body," respectively. Alexandra Kay's "All the Cowboys" and Lauren Alaina's "Getting Over Him" both land comfortably in the top 40 as they continue quick rises. SZA and Walker County reach top 50, leaving Carly Pearce's "29" just below as she continues to rise very quickly. Luke Combs nabs Greatest Gainer honors with current smash "Forever After All" as it logs a 7-spot leap. Country groups Lady A and Maddie & Tae make up this week's debuts as "Like a Lady" and "Woman You Got," their latest lead singles, break onto the chart. Sara Evans holds onto the crown for another week with "6th Avenue Heartache." Right behind her are three songs all by male acts, which may possibly be the most testosterone-heavy top 5 my chart has ever seen to date. Evening out the odds just a touch is Rachel Wammack's "What He Does," marking her first trip to the top 5. Brantley Gilbert collects his second career top 10 hit with "Hard Days" and Meghan Patrick gets her first in "My First Car." Miley Cyrus & Dua Lipa's "Prisoner" cracks top 20, while quick-moving hits from Ashley McBryde ("Sparrow"), Parker McCollum ("Young Man's Blues"), and Caylee Hammack ("Redhead") all rise to the top 30 this week. Elle King & Miranda Lambert's new duet single snags a spot in the top 40, as does Britney Spears with Glory vault track "Swimming in the Stars." A high number of recurrents frees up some chart space at the bottom for younger songs to see nicer gains this week as well. The week's five new entries are led by Thomas Rhett's new single "Country Again." He is joined by Miranda Lambert ("White Trash"), Morgan Wallen ("Sand in My Boots"), Doja Cat & SZA ("Kiss Me More"), and Jon Pardi ("Tequila Little Time"). Randall King leads my chart for the first time with "Takin' It As It Comes," which is not a bad feat for his first-ever chart entry. He is followed by Michael Ray and Machine Gun Kelly, while fellow Texan country star Kylie Frey slides into the top 5 with "Horses in Heaven." Taylor Swift ("Willow") and Ashley McBryde ("Martha Divine") pick up new top 10s, neither star a stranger to that threshold. Justin Bieber flies into the top 20 with "Anyone," while Jamie O'Neal also reaches the mark for the first time with "Closer to Closure," albeit at a bit of a slower pace. Dierks Bentley and Little Mix hit the top 30, Hannah Dasher, Troye Sivan/Kacey Musgraves, and Carly Pearced all land in the top 40, and rap vixens Iggy Azalea and Cardi B push into the top 50. Greatest Gainer honors this week are tie between two collaborative singles: Elle King & Miranda Lambert ("Drunk") and Kelsea Ballerini & Kenny Chesney ("Half of My Hometown"), each with an 8-point leap. New country jams from Lainey Wilson ("Neon Diamonds") and Brett Young ("Not Yet") make up this week's new entries. Randall King holds it down at #1 for a second week with his chart smash "Takin' It As It Comes," keeping Michael Ray and Machine Gun Kelly at bay. Meghan Patrick collects her first top 5, while Taylor Swift and Sam Hunt reach the top 10 with "No Body, No Crime" and "Breaking Up Was Easy in the 90s," respectively. Ingrid Andress adds a third top 20 hit to her tally as "Lady Like" makes the leap this week. Fast-moving duet hits from Elle King & Miranda Lambert and Lauren Alaina & Jon Pardi plunge into the top 30, while songs from Luke Combs f/ Amanda Shires and Chris Young & Kane Brown do the same into the top 40. With a 6-spot jump, Thomas Rhett's "Country Again" nabs Greatest Gainer honors as it inches closer to the top 60. This week's new entries are led by the new Dustin Lynch single featuring MacKenzie Porter ("Thinking 'Bout You"), and the duo is joined by veteran Reba McEntire ("Somehow You Do"), newcomer Callista Clark ("It's 'Cause I Am"), and the envelope-pushing Lil Nas X ("Montero").
