agreed. it was a risk (both in sound and releasing another song from the rerelease) and she lost a lot of momentum when "beg for it" died without its video. i'm ready for the next era.

IDK I'm kind of over Iggy and I think that she's squandered her momentum by spreading herself way too thin with subpar material. Beg For It was not good, she jumped on the Booty remix and that flopped, this song is also just very blah and I don't see it doing anything, and she also is on some other generic track that is not going to go anywhere (the title/artist is escaping me - which is exactly my point). She needs to make herself scarce for a few months and then come back with a hot summer jam.

IDK I'm kind of over Iggy and I think that she's squandered her momentum by spreading herself way too thin with subpar material. I like Iggy, but I agree for the most part. It just feels like her time has come and gone, in that she seems like such a product of 2014. At this point I can't imagine her having any sustained success or longevity. |
