191 songs charted on my weekly charts this year, so I'll post it in a few parts. Also gonna add some images and maybe some vids to some songs you may or not be familar with and or highlights of my chart. I liked all songs that I charted so all songs get a slot. lets get it right to it 191-101 consists of songs still rising on the chart as well as those peaking in lower 20-50 slots. Gonna work on 100-50. Wish I had more time to work on this. I've seen some pretty amazing layouts. Adding images for all songs and more vids or links to songs. These are the creme of the crop. The hottest of the 2014 year. I joined about mid year, so you'll see songs appear for the first time. Also I get a lot of new music from this Indie chart. www.free40.nl/charts/freeadvicelist.php. It's like the songs below the media base top 50 Alternative charts. I have softspot for 80 and 90s mainstream popstars, so my list plays out a bit like an 80's one would. Warning! Heavy on Indie Rock and Synth Pop. Ready Set Go! 100.

Up next comes 50-31. A few more favs should appear here. A few minor hits from The Alternative Charts really made big splashes on my personal weekly charts. Avid Alt charts fans will remember them. Also adding a little commentary under each song . Warning 60s,70s icons up ahead and Shakira. 50.
Comming Of AgeFoster The PeopleTrue Story. I actully like "Best Friend" better as a song from this band, but it had too much competition from better songs, in the weeks it appeared on my chart, so this tasty Indie/80s throwback vibe filled song takes the crown as Foster The People song for 2014. PP WKS4 14 49.
Love Who Loves You BackTokyo Hotel
Tokyo who? That was my first thought when I saw the name on the bottom half of Alt charts(below 100 positions). Then I recalled them from "Automatic". A completely different sound for them, but once again, the type of electronic Alt I fall over for. Apparantly KROQ also took a warm liking to it for a few months. I belive this song would been the next "Get Lucky" on Alt charts, if it had been released earlier in the year. On my charts it's headed to number 1, so it will definately make a 2015 appearance. PP WKS3 11 48.
Heaven On EarthBoston
A Roll Over from 2013 from an Iconic 70s Rock band must always appear on my year end charts. last year was the heavy Metal kings themselves, Black Sabbath and this year are the guitar riff kings, Boston. This song spent countless weeks on my charts and even fell out and returned higher each time than the next. It peaked at #10, but resides comfortably within the top 50 of 2014. PP WKS10 34 47.
Aviation HighSemi Precious Weapons
This song for me is a roll over from 2013 charts where it ended at #70. If I like an Electronic type song; then this is the style it has to be. The vocals are also very important. I love it even more cause they stayed away from that dreadful Robotic effect Mainstream pop uses. PP WKS5 20 46.
I Sat By The OceanQueens Of The Stone AgeI know this is a favourite among Alt fans. This song had such a heavy STP vibe to it in the guitar hooks; that I quickly went out to byuy the cd; which itself, is great. Somthing along the lines that Queen would release back in the day. I still wish "the Vampyre of Time and Memory" had been released as a single. Anyway, this song is Definately my favourite from this band. 20 weeks on my chart with most of it's life in the actual top 20. Pitty I hav't really seen it on any other year end charts. PP WKS5 20 45.
NewPaul McCartneySir Paul McCartney is a certified ICON. It's been years since he has released a real bonafide Pop sounding album; which is odd becuase as for writing Pop songs' Paul is the man. Ric Ocasek comes in a close second(I Hadda add that). Anyway, this song brought the fun back into a Pop song without sounding like a commercial for iphones and Apple prods. PP WKS5 23 44. Tennis CourtLordeIt's amazing how much controversy she has caused among the community. Is she Alt or she Pop? How about the best of both worlds? Indie Pop. Whatever you choose to classify her in; there is no doubt that her songs have a definate Alt feel to them. I myself concider her Anti-pop, cause her lyrics mostly rag on the Pop generation fads. PP WKS4 15 43.
Take It Or Leave ItCage The ElephantHere is another band; which I kinda overlooked before Melophobia. I don't know if they always had that 60s psychedelic vibe, but it's exactly what I love about their songs. This one especially had a Beatleesque vibe to it, which I immediatly got hoked on. PP WKS4 16 42.
FlawsBastille
For some odd reason this group reminds me of 80s icons, Men At Work. It's not thier style, but rather how quickly the music biz got hooked on their new sound. They allready have an amazing first album in their catalog; which could easily be called Bastille's Greatest Hits. Spoiler alert: can you guess which other Bastille song has yet to appear on my list? PP WKS4 18 41.
1000hpGodsmackPeople are hard to satisfy. here is a great hard rocking song from a very cool 90s band making a comeback in 2014. I quickly took a liking to it's hard driving guitars and angsty vocals. They didn't rev it up to 1000hps like Motley Crue did on "Kickstart My Heart" but for for me it's still way up there with "Voo Doo" PP WKS4 21 40.
What If I Was NothingAll That RemainsThis song got a lot of slack for its Creed sounding Power ballad style, but I beleive it was one of the best songs the've written. It shows that Philip Labonte can actually sing and not just scream. It also went top 3 on Active Rock. I might be one of the few besides Active that actually charted this song high on best of 2014. PP WKS4 21 39.
AfterlifeArcade FireThese guys completely changed their style on thier latest album, but I quickly took a liking to it better then their previous style. Both Reflektor and this one shoulda; at least, gone top 10 on Alt charts. PP WKS7 28 38.
ClosureOwl Eyes
This Australian Songstress knocked me out with her 80s synth pop sound. It quickly returned me to 1986-87. Her vocals style reminded me alot of Giorgia Nott from BROODS, but the sound more along the lines of CHVRCHES. I actually heard Owl Eyes before the other two. PP WKS6 27 37.
Can't Remember To Forget You(Spanglish Vers.)I've been a big Shakira fan since she was in the Spanish Rock scene. This song had a rock vibe from her heyday years. I hate her collabs and those she collbas with, so I made my own mix of Shakira singing both vers. in English and Spanish, completely ommiting Rihanna from the song) . She is pure pleasure to watch perform , just one notch below of Demi Lovato. Here is vid of Shakira lip syncing but not hip syncing;) ShakiraPP WKS2 12 36.
MagicColdplayThis band is a favouite of mine ever since they released "Yellow". I have to admit they have gone the poppy route since then, but this song had a more raw feel to it. Almost like they tried to appeal to the Indie crowd. It worked. So gald they made it into the Alt top 10 too. PP WKS2 12 35.
Counting StarsOne RepublicI'm not a fan of Ryan Tedder. Not by any means, but this song had a real different sound then what he writes for other pop stars. I kinda picked up on a Native American vibe in the song; which sounded very unique to my ears. PP WKS2 13 34.
ReverseSOMEKINDAWONDEFULI loved the mono sound of this song at first listen. Phil Spektor himself would take credit for it, if he could. It also Sounded like a song I could find on a Quentin Tarratino movie soundtrack. Sadly no promo for a second single as of yet? PP WKS3 18 33.
Waiting For SupermanDaughtryAlways been a big fan, so even if he did go a little electro on his latest album; the melos and choruses are pure old skool Daughtry. This one also went top 10 on HOT AC.PP WKS3 18 32.
Girls/Girls/BoysPanic! At The Disco
Probobly the most 80s sounding Panic! song I ever heard. The Hook is something you have to belt out each time it comes around. I actually charted this one before "This Is Gospel" was released; which will make an appearance later on my countdown. Also seldom comes a year where they don't appear high on my list. PP WKS3 18 31.
Everything Is DebatableHelloGoodbye
the intro the intro the intro! These guys were comepletly new to my ears. They appeared week after week on The Alt charts,'till it finally became one of my pick hits; which in turn went on to become a top 3 song on my chart. PP WKS3 19

yes 2014 brought out a lot of great songs. Gonna do A few more tonight. Gonna try another 5 or so. 30.
Back To The ShackWeezerThe return of Old school Weezer was really exciting. The fact that Ric Ocsek once again produced their album was even more exciting. Back To The Shack was the perfect Pop/Alternative song done the right way. PP WKS3(3) 18 29.
Mother and FatherBROODS
The indie pop sounds of BROODS have the best of both worlds. A bit of Lorde in the melos and percussion ,but also Giorgia gives one of the best female vocal performances in a song this year. The vid is just as enticing. The apparal, the dancing. It's a in perfect synch with the song's atmosphere. Another song that kept me glued to my seat from start to finish. This song just missed going all the way on my chart, but I've been listeing to their LP and I hear alot more great songs, so I'm hoping for a few more singles in 2015. PP WKS2 15 28.
Any WeatherJoan Jett & the Blackhearts
I've always been a sucker for 70s and 80s artists when they release new material. It's more than just a free pass; it's that I actually hear the old school sounds that made them such favourits of mine to begin with. "Any Weather" was a certified blast to 1982. I might have been a little boy, but I still remeber the crunching guitars couples with handclaps on classic like "Do U Wanna Touch Me" and "Crimson & Clover". This song had a bit of both and Quickly rose to my top 10; where it spent countless weeks. A bonus being that Joan still looks hot in the video too. PP WKS5 30 27.
Ain't It FunParamore
Weather it be an Alternative Rock , Pop song, or even EDM: I charted the one with Zedd as well, Paramore have Haley Williams and she can deliver some truly engaging vocals in anything she sings. Last year "Still Into You" came in at number 2. only Fitz & the Tantrums beat Paramore out to the number 1 position, so it's no surprise that I immediately fell under this song's spell. BTW, mainstream Pop, also got it right, by taking this one to the top 3. Alternative charts...dropped the ball on this one. should gone at least top 40. PP WKS3 21 26.
Fool's GoldFitz & the Tantrums
and history repeats itself, this year again with Fitz & co. comming in one slot higher than Paramore. Only this year it will be more than 1 song. The first one is single number 4 off "More Than Just A Dream". An album where every song has potential to become a single. "Fool's Gold" has that Hall & Oates vibe that any 80s afficionado will quickly warm up to. This weak, "Fool's Gold" became my number one song on my weekly charts, so it's sure to make another appearance in 2015. I'm also one of the fortunate many who have seen them LIVE! I hate the vid, cuz the are not in it, so for your viewing pleasure; here they are live at Lollapalooza. PP WKS2(3) 16 25.
Come A Little CloserCage The Elephant
Comon, you knew I hadda chart Cage The Elephant. Their Neo Psychedelic rock sound is the sound I welcome to any Alternative chart. Truthfully; I only got into them last year, but so far I stay loyal at least for now. A true Alternative classic song wich I will never tier of listening to. I put it in the "keep me in car even after I turned off the engine" pile. It's that great. PP WKS4 31

A few entries tonight. The songs get stronger and stronger. These songs spent many weeks in the top 10, without actually hitting number 1, but definately made in impact in my music archives for years to come. 24.
AC/DCPlay BallNothing like a classic heavy metal band 's comeback to make music charts even more exciting. Took me a few weeks to get into this one, but once I did, it just soared up the charts, where it spent 3 weeks. It has the classic vibe of "You Shook Me All Night Long" It also quickly became a top 5 favourite on Active Rock charts. PP WKS1(3) 9 23.
CannibalBoxed Wine
I was completely hooked on this indie rock song the minute I heard it. As I've mentioned before, Alot of times I choose my songs from this list www.free40.nl/charts/freeadvicelist.php I was evn more hooked when I saw the video. Campy and low buget, but damn; did it looked like they had fun...and everyone can kick some ass when Bon Jovi is on the air. PP WKS3 26 22.
If SoAtlas Genius
A roll over from 2013. Here is a song that just would budge from #4. Atlas Genius was one of the bands that got me hooked to that dance able Indie Rock sound of bands like Phoenix and walk The Moon. Just to name a few. Addictive guitars and basslines from start to finish. Really looking forward to new material from them soon. PP WKS4(7) 29 21.
10: AMZoe'One of the most successful indie rock bands of the Spanish Rock movement. Even if the entire Mexican Top 20 consists of EDM ,nowadays; you'll always find that one Zoe' song among them. This one and "Via Lactea", are my favourits from the band.PP WKS2 21 20.
ParisMagic Man2014 introduced me to many first time indie pop bands. It got crazy on the charts with so much great music. This one also made an honourable showing on Bill Board Alt charts. #33; if memory serves me correct. Another great song that just missed the top spot on my charts. I also concider this song to have one of the best choruses of 2014. PP WKS2 21 19.Neon LightsDemi LovatoDemi Lovato is defiantely my one guilty pleasure. One of the reasons I like her music so much, is because; unlike her peers, she actually has a band and has always had that Rock edge with her dress style, so Week after week; you'll always find that one Demi song, among all my favourit Indie, Alt and Hard rock songs. This is the song that got me to go to Mexico City and see her live in concert. I also got to meet her. This one is one of the few EDM songs that I actually can say I love. The only reason she missed out on the top spot was because another band; whom I saw live was sitting pretty at #1. PP WKS2(5) 16 For your viewing pleasure. More DEMI, less dancers. 18.Edge of a Revolution Nickelback
These guys have allways been one of favourite Hard Rock bands. Their best album for me was Dark Horse; produced by Robert John Mutt Lange of Def Leppard, AC/DC and Cars fame. Upon listening to No Fixed Address, I'll have to admit that this song is the only one with classic angsty anthem vibe, but that;s alright, cuz it was one of the best Rock songs of 2014. #1 for two weeks and still in the top 20 on my chart. Looks like Nickelback will have another strong year in 2015. PP WKS1(2) 17 17.ChocolateThe 1975You have to love the clever way these guy wrote a song about "Mary Jane". The English Indie Rock band really broke out into the music scene with this one and "Girls". Funny enough, both became more popular on Mainstream Pop. Actually I could easily see them in 1984-87 top 40; with those infectuous hooks the songs have. This one was another huge one on my charts, easily propelling them into the top 20 of 2014. PP WKS3 28 16.
DreamingSmallpoolsI remember first hearing this one as new music on 91x. The sound was very much like the 80s vibe of Neon Trees. The throbbing basslines and ear grasping guitars is all I needed to hear to get hooked. It started out strong in 2013, but made it's real impace early 2014 where it hit number 3 and kept the position to themselves for 3 weeks. very danceable and sing along addictive too. PP WKS3(3) 26

Gonna do 5 more tonight and maybe post the top 10 tomorrow night. 15.
It's About TimeYoung The GiantThis title was perfect for them. It was about time they got their day in the sun. This came out like a bullet on my charts and even though "Mind Over Matter" was the one to go #1; this song would have to be my fav from the band. The whole structure of the song was made up of the best of Indie, Alternative and even Hard Rock. Unfortunately This was another song who fell victim to the Fitz and the Tantrums curse. PP WKS2 23 14.
Let Her Down EasyGeorge MichaelAnother 80s,90s artist made a huge comeback on my charts this year. This song went highly unoticed by the industry and I believe they dropped the ball on this one. It could have easily been the ballad of the year, but I guess the subject matter was too tabboo for mainstream. Never the less; George, made on hell of a Terence Trent D'arby cover.PP WKS2(3) 19 For your viewing pleasure, George LIVE at the The Palais Garnier Opera House. Still has the best Pop vocals in history IMOP. 13.
This Is GospelPanic! At The Disco
You don't have to go far to find a chart where Panic! At the Disco goes to the top time after time. been a fan since A Fever You Can't Sweat Out and will contunue being one as long as long as they keep putting songs like this one. PP WKS1 19 12.
TeamLordeThis will most likely be my all time favourite song from Lorde. I like Royals alot, but this song really kicked in the uptempo indie vibe i like. Not 100%, but just enough to take her to number 1 on my chart. This one also didn't suffer from overkill and was spared all those crappy parodies and covers, so it retained it's dignity. A great song for any music chart, but to me; sounded most at home, on the Alternative charts. PP WKS1 28 11.
#114Rey PilaWith a name like Dr. Indie, you can be sure, I search all over genres for cool new indie songs. Spanish rock for me has the vibe of Alternative songs. Fobia, Victimas Del Dr. Cerebro, La Gusana Ciega and Zoe' are just a few of my favs. Rey Pila as a band is on Jullian Casablancas' label, Cult Records, so you also hear alot of Strokes influence in Rey Pila's music. They have also opened up for Strokes, so this is quality Indie Rock. This song spent about 20+ weeks on my chart before actually finding a week to sneak into the top spot . Best Spanish Indie Rock vibe for the 2014 year. PP WKS1 28

Top 10 are here. My biggest songs of the year. A couple of rollovers from 2013, cuz I charted them a whole lot higher than media charts did. let's get right to it! 10.
Shot In The Night The KillersAnother great song that just missed number 1, because of that Fitz and Tantrums band. I was actually surprised it didn't go higher on Alternative Charts, never the less, it kicks off my top 10 songs of 2014. PP WKS 2(4) 299.
F**ked Up WorldPretty RecklessHere is a band that really broke out in 2014. They quickly became one of my favourite hard Rock bands. This song like "Heaven Knows" had that heavy Retro 80s Glam Metal sound that I would listen to in my teens from bands like Def Leppard, Ratt, Scorpions, Motley Crue ect.... She quickly reminded me of a Lita Ford rebirth in sound and style. hard rockin melodic RnR that still fun to listen too.PP WKS1(2) 24
8.Mind Over MatterYoung The GiantHere is a great Alternative Rock band that should be huge on all charts. "Mind Over Matter had enough melodic structure to crossover to Triple A and even Hot Ac. It shoulda gone top 5 on Alternative; yet stalled at #15 before going recurrent. As for me; I took it to its rightfull place at the top where it reigned for 3 weeks and garnered enough points to finish in the 2014 top 10 of the year.PP WKS1(3) 227.The WalkerFitz & the Tantrums...and we are up to my band of the year. This group of musicians are extraordinary in everything they do. Luckily; I've been listeing to them since 2012, when "Money Grabber" also ended in my top 10 songs of that year. last year; "Out of My league" was my number 1 song and this year they again show up in top 10 with the ubur cool and infectuous "The Walker". It also gets award for best showing of a wistleing effect in a song. Their breakthrough album feat songs that could all be single, so I'm excitied to see which one they will release next?PP WKS1(2) 29
6.Neon TreesSleeping With A FriendPP WKS 1(5) 24I honestly couldn't belive a fellow member actually slotting this song higher than me in 2014, but was happy to them finish off in top 5 on his chart. Neon Trees are another Indie Synth Pop sounding band that always finishes up in my year's top 10. Previous songs would include "Everybody Talks" and the one that started it all for them "Animal". The song and video were just pure eye candy for 80s New Wave/Synth Pop fans. Pop Psychology is also one of my preffered albums of the year. I'm pretty sure I can squeeze out a few more singles for 2015. 5.
Heaven KnowsPretty RecklessRegardless of what anyone says about this song; I get a Lita Ford meets Def Leppard vibe and that was enough to shoot it straight to my number 1 position for 5 weeks. with its infectuous bassline, Glam Metal vibe & anthemic handclaps and risque Video; its Probobly one of the best Rock n Roll songs to come out in years. Mainstream can't seem to get enough of it and rightfully so. Active finished it off at Number 1 for 2014. Also rightfully so. Right here is comes in at #5, but only cuz I liked 4 more songs slightly better. Either way; for great 80s anthemic big sound hard Rock, just type in Pretty Reckless "Heaven Knows" and enjoy the ride.PP WKS1(5) 29
4.
Black HeartStone Temple Pilots feat. Chester BenningtonAnyone who knows me ; knows that STP where my favourite Alt Rock band throughout the 90s. Scott Weiland is a Rock GOD, but surprisingly enough; this song made me realize that STP are incredible no matter who sings their song. case in pont: I'm not a Linkin Park fan, yet thought, Chester did some amazing vocals fro STP. I'm just hoping he does a full album with STP in the near future. This song here. The Intro, vocals and overall melodic structure was perfect STP material. Finished off my 2013 year at the top of charts and continued for a few weeks into 2014, thus finishing in my 2014 top 5 of the year. Also was my ring tone for half a year. For ur Viewing pleasure STP live!!!PP WKS1(5) 32
3.
PompeiiBastilleOne of the absolute best songs of 2014. This was the one song all charts recognized at took top 3. The perfect vocals work was what I loved about all the New wave invasion bands of the 80s, but the music was everything I admire about 2010s Indie alt style. Truly a song for all music eras to come. The way they broke onto the music scene reminded me of how quickly the 80s band Men At Work became popular and just like Bastille; they also had a sotra different vibe than the New Wave of their time. I just Hope Bastille keep the indie Alt sound for teir next album and don't do what Maroon 5 nor FOB have done. PP WKS1(7) 35
2.
Cool KidsEchosmithThey have been compared to everything from Taylor Swift to Cranberries and all 80s synth pop bands inbetween, but the truth is they have their own sound. A sound that was strong enough to enter the Alternatve charts and even crossover to mainstream Pop ,Hot AC and Triple A. I liked this song since I first heard it and hung around my MP3 archives till the waters were just right for it to emerge. It quicly rose to number 1, where it spent 10 nonconsecutive weeks; only giving way for one week to "This Is Gospel" from Panic! at the Disco. It is currently still in my top 10 and with their second single "Come Together", also on the rise ; they will surly be present again in 2015. This is the preffered video I like. More of the band and less UNcool kids jumping around in the backround.PP WKS1(10) 26*
1.
6: AMFitz & the Tantrumsand here we are with 2014's 31 song of the year. Fitz & the Tantrums are surely one of new favourite bands of the 2010 era. Seen them live twice and probobly will again as chances arise. They have a terrific live sound. Real instruments played by real live musicians. Something that is rare now adays. One of the band's biggest influences is the blue eyes soul kinds; themselves, Daryl hall and John Oates and "6:AM" has that vibe all throughout the song. It even adds a extremely colouful synth solo towards the end, that gives the impression, the song could go on forever. Catchy melodic and clever in the lyrics. How many times do we lose sleep, just trying not to think of a significant other. Fitz & the Tantrums really hit the Bull's Eye and at 10 straight weeks at #1; gives them enough bullets to finish off the year at 2014's number song!PP WKS1(10) 36

Though I haven't followed the list as it's been posted, plenty of good songs poked their head in. Just in the top 10 with "Mind Over Matter", "Sleeping With A Friend", "Pompeii", "Cool Kids" and the underrated surprises "Black Heart" and "6 AM" Good job!

from now on I'll also be posting my weekly top 50 on this thread as well, as the weekly Alternative personal charts thread. Enjoy!Second week at number one for Billy idol, but there is strong competition comming from MisterWives and 80s icons, U2. Music wise it feels like the 80s all over again. Not only the names on the charts, but the indie pop sound as well. Only two debuts this week. The first from newcommers; Starset and their song; "Carnivore". The second is from Chart regulars, Halestorm. They are rocketing onto evry major rock chart, so this week they also have the highest debut on my chart with their new song "Apocolyptic". Almost All songs make upwards movemnets on the list this week, with only a few making some real waves. One of those is the spotlight band Dear Rogue. The Canadian duo have a really keen sound for powerpop and the new vid for thier song is showcasing a few 80s icons as well. Sunday Night.First week at number 1 for the Alt band MisterWives and their mega chart-buster; "Reflections". Another cut off their's "Twisted Tongue", also looks poised to be a big hit in the near future. 3 debuts ,include "Comming For You" the comeback hit for Alt band ,The Offspring, "Hunt You Down" from Mexico based ;Jenny & the Mexicats. Jenny is actually from English decend; and my pick hit from last week; The Canadian Indie Synth Pop band, Icelandia. Their song is called "Paper Suns" and I'm kinda addicted to it. Great list this week; as most songs, are moving in a positive direction. Once Again Debuts in GREEN, high jumpers in BLUE and highest peak on chart in (). Flashing back to 1986. I was a huge fan of 80s Hi-NRG. Weather it was Italo or American; the synths were magical. Guess that's why Ive made an easy transition to Indie Pop synths as well. Stacey Q was huge in 86-88. This is her biggest hit. "Two Of Hearts"

MisterWives hanging on to #1 for a 4th week, but Nickelback and Walk The Moon are rising fast. 3 debuts this week. The highest is the second single from The Script's latest album. The Big news on my chart is that there are 5 new debut songs;which means, massive movement on the list. The debuts include New Alt Rockers; Wolf Alice, Classic Rockers; Def Leppard, Solo effort from Brandon Flowers, a late commer from Sixx: A.M.. The band usually has that effect on me as I also got into "Are You With Me" a month after it fell out of the Active charts. Went on to become a top 3 hit for me. The Hot Shot is actually a return song from 80s icons; Spandau Ballet. "This is The Love" is getting a second wind on my chart. In other news; big movement from both Nickelback and Foo Fighters and Marilyn Manson ;untouchable at #1 for a 3rd week. The 3 vid spotlights are self explanatory. Once again, debuts in Green, Big moves in Blue and song's peak in () For video & art highlights go to pulsemusic.proboards.com/thread/101475/weekly-alternative-rock-personal-charts?page=84TH LW WK01. 01. 16 Marilyn Manson - Deep Six (1 for 3 weeks) 02. 02. 08 Incubus - Absolution Calling (2 for 2 weeks) 03. 03. 21 Grand Design - Rawk 'N' Roll Heart Attack (3 for 2 weeks) 04. 06. 18 Modest Mouse - Lampshades On Fire (4) 05. 04. 20 Nickelback - Million Miles An Hour (1) 06. 07. 18 Bora York - Let Loose (6) 07. 05. 26 Walk The Moon - Shut Up & Dance (1 for 2 weeks) 08. 08. 16 Royal Blood - Figure It Out (8 for 2 weeks) 09. 13. 18 Theory of a Dead Man - Angel (9) 10. 11. 12 Mark Ronson - Uptown Funk! feat. I kinda let a week or two slide by without posting the top 50 here. So anyway, Incubus remains the champion for a second week and with only Modest Mouse being the only threat on the horizon, they could reign for a few weeks more? Mostly moderate moves from all songs this week. Only one big jump from Brandon Flowers with an 8 slot jump the massive; "Can't Deny My Love". Our debuts include, follow up singles from Billy Idol and Bad Suns(really into those two) and first time charter Maria Villalon with her very Cranberries "Zombie" inspired; "Descalza", the big news is Panic! At The Disco's "Halleluja!" whom I already predict will have a big hit on both my chart as well as the official Alt chart. The spotlight goes to Muse "Dead Inside" Another song, destined for some top 10 action on my chart. Crazy Lixx also makes a vid appearance with a song that would sound right at home on today's Active charts. Once again, debuts in Green, Big moves in Blue and song's peak in () . I wanna try out a new formatt with cover art for each song. Something along the lines of my yearly end chart. Plus these are the ones I view on my Foobar as well. Incubus is #1 for a 3rd week, but both TOAD and Nickelback are rising fast. One big move this week from Panic! At The Disco. There massive new hit; "HALLELUYAH" is making waves on my chart. Last year they scored 2 songs in the year end top 20 with "Girls Girls Boys" and the big #1; hit,"This Is Gospel". Our 2 debits this week are from Italo Disco sensations; ItaLove and hard Rock Superstars; Nickelback, with ,yet another single off "No Fixed Address". "get Em' Up" looks destined for some top 10 action in the very near future. My new music X-plosion speaks for its self and is chalk full of future top 50 hits.
