I can't lie, I prefer this album to the first one, GGGB, and Loud. I loved that it fused a little rock, reggae, R&B, and pop together.
"We Ride", "Kisses Don't Lie", "Selfish Girl", and "P.S. I'm Still Not Over You" are my favorite tracks. The only tracks I don't care for are "Dem Haters" and "Crazy Little Thing Called Love".

I can barely listen to anything pre-Rated R from her anymore. Her voice just sounds so child-like on her first three records and there's a lot of filler.
Perhaps I'd enjoy this more if she re-recorded the vocals for an anniversary edition...

Not a bad album. I like the reggae music she used to make. My faves are Break It Off, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, and SOS.

I really liked a decent amount of this album a lot and didn’t mind the rest of it. Most of the reggae tracks I suppose I could do without except “Kisses Don’t Lie”. I liked that one the most of that style tracks. “S.O.S” and “Break It Off” were on my mixes for ages and they’re still up there as some of my favorite Rihanna tracks. “Unfaithful” I notice gets a decent amount of flack due to her vocals, but they don’t bother me and I love it. I thought the lyrics were great. “We Ride” was cute and I liked most of the remaining ballads. The pt2 of “If It’s Lovin That You Want” I found superior to the original so that was also a score.
