This was the second song that was sent to urban radio to launch her album, "Here I Am." The first was "Grown Woman," which didn't end up making the album. This was produced by Jim Jonson. It peaked at #17 on the Hot 100, #22 at CHR/Pop and #1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart. This is her best song and single. Hot.

Love this. It's such a hot jam. All of the singles from this era were fantastic and have generally held up well. This remains the best of the bunch though.

This was kinda dull I think, or maybe it just never grabbed me.

The whole vibe of this just reminds me of a house party, with the lights down, and everyone just grinding on each other.
It was EVERYTHING.

I loved the whole album, and this song was no different. A sexy jam.

I loved it back then but in retrospect I was really just a fan of basically every Jim Jonsin song that sounded like this (Usher "Making Love (Into the Night), Monica "Mirror", Amerie "Swag Back", etc.). It's just alright for me now and I don't actively go listening for it. "Kisses Down Low" blows this track out the water.

This is alright, but I'm glad it gave her a bit of success generally speaking.

Remember how at that time this was doing much better than (and eventually outpeaked) Beyoncé's lead single? Hilarious.
I Like the song, but was never crazy about it.

This was such a hot song. I played it a lot during that summer. The Diplo mix was kind of hot.

Iconic song, for sure. I remember how greatly overplayed it was.
My fave song from her is still "Dilemma" with Nelly.
