Now THAT is a motherf#cking performance video! 4+ minutes of straight dancing and showing people how it's done. She was going nuts over Jojo's choreography to "Superlove" so I'm glad she could hook her up with something this intense.

Her record label is clueless, they've been trying to launch this album since 2015 for Christ's sake. This is just as painful as watching Nicole try to launch her solo career.

Good choreography and I live for a performance video, but it would've been better if she actually had on an a outfit change. She looks so basic and pedestrian. I think she was trying to go for a effortless Janet Jackson, Pleasure Principle look or Aaliyah look, but she looks like she is at a recreation center.

Well she probably is...you say that like she can afford a set locale lol. TBH the video looked like it was in the same room where she took the single cover art, so it's probably been in the tank for a while and the label is finally letting her release it. Also, I like that she didn't change fits because the camera stayed on her the whole time and made the whole video look like one take of her dancing. That's what added to the impressiveness.

I haven't watched it yet but apparently Tinashe did a Women of the Hour Interview with Lena Dunham recently and talked about how s**tty her time has been with RCA. She left the studio in tears one night b/c she tried to add her input to a song and they told her to go home. :( Predictably she's kind of getting raked across the coals in some circles for complaining or not taking responsibility for her own failures, but at this point I think she has nothing to lose by just putting her truth out there. They've done about as much as they can to kill her career short of actually pulling out a gun and shooting her in the chest.

From what I'm taking in from the choreographer and dancers she learned the choreography in one day and shot the video the next day on her own dime.

She manages to make even Ciara, who is an AMAZING dancer, look basic. That is no small task! Tinashe should be proud of herself, even if she flops. Such talent!

Video's bomb. Glad it's Company that got it too. It might be my favorite from her, or at least the one I keep playing the most.

Also, not sure if it's been mentioned, but she will be replacing Tove Lo (who's heading out on her own tour) on Maroon 5's current tour when it resumes in February.

Interscope would actually be the best place for her.

Who is her management??? I think she has the same PR co. that Mariah signed with in 2015. She stays booked for something solid, in contradiction with the way RCA handles her actual music. Imagine if Nightride had launched as a proper era with Tinashe releasing Company, Touch Pass, and Ghetto Boy as the singles. At this point she seems cursed, but it's hard to imagine those three songs going south with full label support behind them. Sigh.

I kind of would prefer her to stay indie once released, but she wants to be a star too badly - that's really her only flaw, the unmistakable whiff of desperation. And even if they have no plans for her themselves, Sony isn't likely to let her go if they think there's still enough gas in her tank for another label to start the motor, so...at best she might get a Jordin Sparks 'deal' where she's finally allowed to go to a much smaller imprint and finally be fortunate enough to release something, but will have virtually no sales to show for it.

Are you kidding me?? Maroon freaking 5?! #justiceforTinashe. It is more and more evident to me that she is not a basic pop girl so I don't know why she is still being pushed to those audiences. The Becky and Biffs of the world will not know what to do with her once she gets on that stage and does what she did in the Company video. Sadly, I can see the venues being empty until Maroon 5 comes on because people that would actually pay money to see The Adam Levine Show are not here for Tinashe.

It's almost as if they're just trying to expose her to somebody, anybody who has not heard of her yet, just hoping to stumble upon an audience that will actually spend coins on her.

In fairness to fans of the AL Show (lol) they weren't even here for Kelly when she opened er, was a special guest for them back in 2013, at peak Stronger/Greatest Hits status. At least, according to some of the KC fans who went to that show. And if there is any pop-rock girl whose music would pair well with Maroon 5, you'd think it be her. M5 fans might just be the type who don't care about anyone else period, but on the plus side Tinashe will surely be something entirely new to them so maybe that will benefit her b/c they'll go in with no already formed opinions. If she uses a live band instead of backing tracks I could see her going over well with the ones who show up early.

U misunderstood the session tinashe spoke of she never left the session her label rep said if u don't like the song we can just go home. Then she busted into tears she did record the song she hated tho.

Tinashe’s Got Her Very Own Concert Special: Watch Her Sexy ‘Company’ Performance

Tinashe, clawfoot bath enthusiast and our trusty Nightride co-pilot, is getting her very own AUDIENCE Network concert special this evening (Feb. 24).

Tinashe airs at 9 PM EST on Friday night on DIRECTV and U-verse, and will include a full concert experience and a sit-down interview with host Ted Stryker in LA regarding her career as part of the channel’s ongoing original concert special series.

In a teaser from the upcoming show, Tinashe talks us through her Janet Jackson tribute at the BET Awards in 2015 — and her unintentional hat-flinging moment.

In another behind-the-scenes clip, she introduces us to her dance team — a crucial component of her live show. In a world where many of today’s most Top 40-adored pop stars barely dance, Tinashe remains set on bringing the focus to her footwork: “It’s such a huge part of who I am as an artist, so I really want to showcase that and bring that back to the mainstream,” she says in one preview. Yeah sort of like said producers r making a song that lyric wise wasn't up her alley so she was trying to input something that she would be more comfortable with but was ignored that  happens when u have no hits and r a new artist yeah hopefully Sony and her can reach some type of common ground if not part ways u know.
