Lordef†onesoh, I'll fix up the chart later today and include his results. Just wasn't sure who he was. EDIT - Owen is officially added to the chart!

The lack of EWBAITE support outside of Back to the Shack is disappointing. I know that I only voted for one song and all, but a lot of that album was in the 11-20 range.
On the other hand, Only In Dreams is the top non-single. Damn straight.

Surprised no one had Sweater #1, it is a deserving #2 ahead of other songs that got ranked #1. Oscar method 1 Say It Ain't So - 10+0+2+2 2 Buddy Holly 3+2+0+0 2 Island in the Sun - 4+0+0+1 4 Only in Dreams 3+0+0=>Island in the Sun + Say It Ain't So + Say It Ain't So 5 Hash Pipe 2+0 => Say It Ain't So + Say It Ain't So 6 Beverly Hills 1 => Buddy Holly 6 Perfect Situation 1 => 0 6 Tired of Sex 1 => Buddy Holly

I thought "Dope Nose" woulda came in a lot higher than #24. Other than that; this was a pretty solid list for a pretty solid band. I also completely forgot "Perfect Situation", but in all honesty: I probly woulda put it on my #9 or #10 slot, so it wouldn't have helped it much? So whats next? Do I get to re listen to all my Cars Vinyls or what

Only noticed now that Jimmy Ray (who I'm assuming is the same Jimmy Ray of brief "Are You Jimmy Ray?" fame in the late '90s?) is in the suggested artists tab.

Our final pre-classic week vote is in, and our 9th vote is Beck! Here's the complete voting results: Beck - 9Nirvana - 8 Deftones - 7 Incubus - 7 Nickelback - 7 R.E.M. - 7 Queens Of The Stone Age - 6 The Cars - 5 Seether - 5Alice In Chains - 3Alice In Chains will be removed from the ballot until they get renominated later; the remaining 8 artists will return on the next ballot with two new artists from the recommendations. About the classics week vote:
The 10 artists for the classic week vote were pulled from the artist suggestions over the past 5 weeks, with the Top 10 artists that had their commercial peak before the 90s earning spots on the ballot. The winner of this week's vote will be our 10th artist, but after that we'll go back to the old system for a bit before deciding on the next classic vote. Any questions, just post them in the thread. Here's the poll for Beck, have fun voting!I'll keep the poll open until Friday, November 13th at Midnight EST.

I might have to hold out on this one. I don't think I even like 10 Beck songs...

I don't even know if I like 10 Beck songs. I'll have to see if I can somehow scrap to get 10 songs for this list.

This should be fun, me and Beck share a birthday so he's always close to my heart. I'm sure I'll be the only one to put down my #1 but it's from my all-time favorite movie. The rest will likely be various singles.

I think "Odelay" is the only entire Beck album I've heard. I should have an easy time with this as well. I'm not a huge Beck fan, but I should at least come up with 10 songs that I like throughout his albums.

Nice that Beck finally made it through even after being dropped several times.
This song is not on any of Beck's album, so some of you may not have heard of it:
For your consideration for your Beck votes:

I don't think I know ten, I might have to listen to all of his albums. REM, Nirvana, and Cars count as classic band in my opinion.

Completely blanked on including R.E.M on the classic ballot, though thankfully they'll be back on the main ballot next time. The Cars are on the vote (above The Cure), and my arbitrary definition of classic was pre-90s for Alt, which Nirvana falls just outside of. Thanks for your suggestion though, I'll definitely take those into account next time a classic vote comes up.

he's got 19 Alternative hits...plus dozens of great non-hits so it was difficult for me to narrow it down to only ten.

This particular top 10 is going to be torture for me, because I really do like so many Beck songs...I'll be back with an edit shortly.
...okay, done. But that was not easy at all.
(Alright, now let's go, "Cellphone's Dead".)

At the momnet I remeber "Loser" and "Devil's Haircut". I think its safe to say "Dreams" will be my first choice. Well I'll have to checkout wikipedia for this one.

I'm actually digging on his more retro dancy songs. I forgot about "Sexx Laws" and "Mixed Bizness". I'll probobly choose most of my top 10 from Midnight Vultures.

I'll probably skip this; I only know like 4 singles from him. Will reconsider during the weekend to listen to his singles. Morning Phase was an enjoyable record, so I may put some songs from there too.

Or is that Beck as well?. I probly ranked that higher than everyone else. Plus did a retro-download? Check. on it too. ;)
