I notice songs keep bouncing around. Justin Timberlake and Daniel Bedingfield both took large drops last week if I remember correctly, and both rise back up this week. Obviously due to such a small member of reporters.
UGHHH at Milky being #1 and Danii charging up the chart ar #4 already. These songs are so bad, and with good dance songs like "Alone," "Something Happened on the...," and "Somnabulist" in the area, I wish the bad ones would just clear out.
Apparently Lasgo's "Something" WAS removed to recurrent this week.

This is the 13th tracking week for this chart, why the week 3 title?
It's the November 8 chart.
Britney should break into the Top 10 next week.

What's the recurrent rule for this chart?
"Dove" is now probably the oldest song on the chart. It was released as a vinyl 12 months ago in the US.
"Something" was released probably 20 months ago or so.

How does that answer why this is labeled week 3 when it's the 13th week of the chart?

How does that answer why this is labeled week 3 when it's the 13th week of the chart? It really doesn't. From what I gather though, this is the third week that the chart has been published by Billboard (the first ten weeks were all "test charts").

This is different from the Heatseekers chart, I think the weeks on chart started at 1 when that chart started in 1999. TCorey, I guess you could call this the third chart released to the public.
