He/She/They did incredible remixes for Aretha Franklin as well as Jocelyn Brown & Loleatta Holloway.
Are there anymore good mixes by Blaze?

I've only heard the Aretha mix, but it's really good. I didn't hear it until after the song was off my chart, but it would have helped it stick around longer if I'd heard it earlier.
I think he/she/they are fairly new. I haven't heard much about them.

Yeah Josh, I thought I brought them up in another thread you started. I am familiar with a 2 man act called Blaze who were big house music producers in the 80s. They have at least to my knowledge, 2 house/club classics. One, "If You Should Need A Friend (i will be your friend)" and another, "Whatcha Gonna Do," which I think Colonel Abrams sings on. I also think they remixed a new wave band, ABC, one of their post "Lexicon Of Love" tracks, maybe "How To Be A Millionaire" or "Be Near Me."
If it's the same Blaze, then it really is nice to know they've been going on strong now for almost 20 years.
