There were two versions of this 2003 track: the original solo version & the single version with Sean Paul that became a smash. A minor hit in the US but was massive internationally, spending 4 weeks at #1 in the UK, #1 in Ireland, #1 in Romania, & an overall #1 hit in Europe.
Great track:

Loved this. Despite not doing much in the US, it was still huge in NYC. You can still play this for a group of 25-35 year olds who grew up in this area, and most of them know it.
The original solo version originally came out several months before the Sean Paul remix (which ended up being the main album version). It became a hit once the mix with Sean Paul was released.

I loved this, and ironically never liked her other hit. I lived in Europe while this was out and it was MASSIVE there. Not as huge as Crazy In Love, Bring Me To Life, or Where Is The Love, but very very close to those.

I still like it. I listen to this and "What's The Difference" back to back.
The song was about eight months old when the remix blew up.

This should have been a lot bigger than it was (in the US).

I loved this! It was a big local hit. The stations in my market played it regularly when it was out. The Rhythmics all played that version with Sean Paul and we had a Dance station at the time which played the Andy & The Lamboy remix. The Dance remix was the first one I had heard for the song before I heard the original and Sean Paul ones.

The chemistry between them is amazing. I consider this the best thing Sean Paul ever did, he fits in here so well. They should have recorded more songs together.

I randomly caught the video on a music channel today, nostalgia indeed. Still bops!

I still can't believe this didn't smash in the US. Outside of the fact that it's a jam, Sean Paul was so hot at the time.

Hear this on B96 when I was younger. This one's alright but Blu Cantrell's best song was "Hit Em Up Style".

This song was Hott!! I used to put it on mixes all the time my good friend and her boyfriend also loved it so it was always on the mix when he was in the car. He mostly liked Rap and RnB. I believe I had the single and both versions were on there. I also loved the dance mix at the time to. #justiceforbreathe (In the us)

Never heard this one before. I'm only familiar with "Hit Em Up Style", but this is a very hot track. Such a shame that her career never took off from there.
