This is a weird feature. I'm guessing Ester probably wrote or did the demo on this, but she hasn't had a hit or song in years so the feature is weird. Cool song.

I legit thought C was a new becky pop singer who was capitalizing on the crunk sound when I heard “Goodies”. Yes she did. That debut era was something else. They would’ve had another hit/#1 if they released “Hotline” instead of “And I”. That was the hottest record at my high school during the time and it was an album cut 😭. I still like “And I” as a closing album single but they missed out on another Top 10 when they didn’t release “Hotline”. “Hotline” could have been 4th and then “And I” after to close out the era. |
