The only reason ppl get on Remy for still talking about Nicki/performing Shether is because she said she wasn't proud of it, wasn't going to perform it/talk about it again and move on. And then proceeding to claim Nicki's career is dead over and over when Nicki broke Aretha's record and is still being asked to get on everyone's song. Her career is "dead" but you can't book a show or interview without...nvm.
This beef is tired though. I want new music from Remy that doesn't involve Fat Joe and rapping on beat. And I just want a Nicki album. Now. No more features.

* asterisk needed on that record Queen Aretha did it as a lead solo act releasing some of the best and mostly classic music . Queen Nicki did it as featured act at the bottom half of charting with songs mainly we forgot about. You break down how each got it, it's not even close. But technically it's correct she broke Arethas record but it should come as an asterisk tbh.

Where she'll rap half the bar and then stop to let the backing track play/crowd sing the rest. Problem is sometimes the tracking isn't loud enough and or it's the wrong crowd like tonight was. Either that or she can't hear shit in her in ears which is always a problem as well with her performances. She did look amazing and the visuals were once again spectacular. |
