i expect nicki to get the #1 still because of her bundles but wow travis scott album is outperforming hers on spotify in its 2nd week !! Hi again troll, her sales will bring her to #1, not her tour bundles. She's not a streaming artist, she never has been. She's not a "younger" generation artist so she won't receive higher streaming numbers than Travis Barbie Dreams is now #6 Spotify |

Barbie Dreams is up to #6 on Spotify. Bed re-entered at #49 and Rich Sex appears for the first time at #50.
Hopefully Good Form and Majesty aren’t far behind, I think those are the only 2 that could work as singles besides Barbie Dreams (which I’ve already heard on radio a few times).
I kinda wish she had just tacked FEFE on as a bonus track 20 lol (for SPS purposes).

I'm really impressed to see Barbie Dreams doing so well on Spotify. Top 10 (almost Top 5) on 2 different streaming formats, plus #2 on iTunes. I'm very surprised, to be honest.
In all honesty, do we think Barbie Dreams is going to be a single? I guess so. She's the only person (well, female) that could pull off a track like so maybe it is a good idea.

It’s a weird mixture of ageism, being a female, and also being around for about a decade already I think. For whatever reason (sexism) the GP tires and disposes of females a lot quicker than they do for men. I’m hoping the Apple Music numbers are really good because the fact that Travis/Astroworld is still pretty much dominating Spotify and also co-dominating AM along with Queen makes me think he might actually challenge her for the top spot. I don’t know if the tour bundle will count for the first week since physicals aren’t out, and she’s been tweeting that she was rushing to turn in the album and will be making changes to a few songs on the album like Ganja Burn and Chun Swae, so we may not even get the physical next week. |
