Nicki isn’t anti vaxx, even told some people they should get it if they want, but yet is widely being labeled “anti vaxx” because what she said wasn’t completely in line with the agenda. THAT is hysteria.

While she did not say the words "don't get the vaccine" her actions from this mess, and the words she actually did write/say give the understanding that she is against this vaccine.

The vaccine has been out for months. The time to do "research" has been at her fingertips for an extremely long time. Hell, we know rich people have been able to buy their access to the vaccine quicker than common folk, so she could've easily been one of those. Instead, she comes and provides misinformation by stating that the vaccine causes swollen testicles and infertility. For someone interested in research, she clearly did not research the veracity of that statement. Now, she has a ton of fans and a huge platform -- many likely uneducated (due to lack of resources or what have you), so having Nicki spread this shit is harmful.

Sure, people could've been less harsh on her. After all, she is a musician and not a Harvard-educated epidemiologist, but her doubling down is even worse. Saying "most celebrities feel like she does" is basically saying "celebrities don't want to get the vaccine!"

Anyway, I know I'm never on Nicki threads, and that was longer than I probably should've written, but Nicki's stupidity on this one really riled me up.

I would like to know what more info/research do people need? In the USA like 180 million shots have gone into arms and only like 3 people died. How many folks have grown a 3rd testicle, breast, developed deformities etc. NONE. So stop the fucking bullshit. Because it's not about research, it's about fear. This is the most important event that has happened in any of our lives. It dictates each and everything we can and cannot do. They've done the research and know what it says. But they're afraid to trust it. Which is why they look for any breadcrumb from their cousin's best friend Pookie's girlfriend in Madagascar to justify their fears.

But, Nicki kind of revealed it's not about research when she said she'll get the vaccine eventually when she has to go on tour. In other words, she'll get the vaccine when she's really forced to do so.

Rightfully, our government has been "hesitant" to dish out vaccine mandates. But it seems that's the only way to get this done. No amount of time or research will make certain people comfortable. Unfortunately.
