I never liked PF:RR as a body of work. It's overloaded and doesn't have an actual theme to connect the pop and urban tracks.
On the other hand, maybe this was what her sophomore album meant to sound like. Everybody can at least find something they would enjoy in it. Not to mention the fact that she got Cassie for the reissue.
