I don't think it comes across bitter at all. She reflected on a past experience, and addressed a topic that her fans had questions about. Nicki is the one who comes across bitter yet again.

Macklemore even had the song at one point and Two-9 as well. Songs get passed around and taken from artists all the time. It's literally nothing new.
She didn't seem to have a problem with Nicki at all when she was publicly praising her around the time that album dropped. If she was really this upset over a 4 year old song she should've addressed Meek instead of Nicki. But of course, Nicki's name will get her the headlines she's looking for. She's doing what a lot of people are doing right now and that's eating off Nicki's name because hating and "exposing" her is the cool thing to do right now. Is it surprising that she's starting this when she's about to drop a first single for an album that nobody cares about?. I hope Nicki doesn't take the bait and just posts more fly flicks on Instagram. People will only continue to care about it if she gives it any attention.

Where there is smoke there is fire with so many people pointing out how wack of a character and how shady a person is then there is truth behind it, we all know Nicki has already made headlines for her character between anti Jewish, that whole MLK thing and her pro conservative soul. Why is it hard to believe she is out here making calls to take s**t away or make sure people don't work with other support other struggling urban artists?. #nofrauds I mean just how she came into the Industry alone was fraudulent.
If people were making false claims against her they would have done so when Nicki was the hottest thing, these days she ain't half the star or relevant as she once was. She is fading so it's not like people have more of a reason today to lie on her than before.

I'm not sure how Nicki being shady is mutually exclusive from K being petty.
And people have been saying that Nicki's been fading for like 5 years now, and then she doesn't.
That said though, she does need to come hard for whatever she's going to launch the album off of. Her status as the only relevant female rapper on the mainstream stage for a generation will fuel her celebrity, but that's not the same thing as still being a contemporary force.
