Listen loud with headphones then. You can clearly hear "haters". And Nicki wouldn't of had the nonchalant reaction she had if he dropped the F bomb on live. She's told him to shut up on live over much less.

The problem is, it isn't clear what he's saying. I heard the f slur first listen and could hear "hataz" the second listen when I turned the phone from watching him. You gotta be careful about things like this on a public platform cause one slip or misinterpretation of the tongue could definitely become a big problem for you real fast. Either way, honestly, this guy is a rapist. I wouldn't expect any less of his character so him hurling the f slur really shouldn't be a shock or surprise to anyone, neither should Nicki standing beside him if he were to use it at this point. I mean I love her music, but Nicki helped bully his rape victim. lol They're not exactly models of good character and I don't know why anyone would look for them to be. lol

The thing is he isn't responsible for what we thought we heard. He didn't say it that's the bottom line.

The rest I agree with about his abhorrent character .

Of course. I don't disagree with that. I was speaking generally about how easily words can and will be misconstrued online and how it can quickly translate to a big problem if the person's famous.

I realize I'll be showing my age with this post but looking at recent setlists on setlist.fm, WHY does she go on so late? I'm glad my show is Friday night but with doors at 8, the show starts at 9 but she doesn't hit the stage until 10:30/10:45/11:00 pm. Playing a 41-song, 2 hour set means crowds are not leaving the arena until close to 1:00 am. 

I'm definitely gonna need to get a Red Bull. lol

Yall can take this the wrong way but just my opinion and I dont mean just this one supportive post but in total since the news broke

She is not totally wrong but why is she fighting a fight that isn't her fight. Funny thing I bet LiL Wayne would be mute like he has been on her issues.. let Wayne fight it out with Roc Nation and Jay Z and stop being a martyr for a fight that ain't yours and will blow up on your face. Not one man has ever come to her rescue, fought her battles.

Wayne did pull out the Young Money set at a Hot 97 event when Peter Rosenberg called out Nicki for doing "Starships". That's one I can recall, but you do have a point. It's seems only selective public support.

I don't fault her for going up for her mentor.

Last night’s show here in Cleveland was good, but not as great as I’ve seen her in the past. Her mic was definitely not loud enough, so it was hard to hear her well. I did enjoy seeing Tyga & Bia open, and they both came back out during Nicki’s set to perform the Queen Mix of “Super Freaky Girl”, and “Roger That” during the DJ set.

The show relied WAY too much on video montages in between sets, with almost 8 minutes transpiring between sets towards the end, so much time that the video ended and we were left in silence with just some lights. She also removed several songs that she had performed within the last week, and shuffled things around. “Everybody” is also a lazy way to end the show, imo. She just walks around the catwalk, touches hands, and says something every now and then.

This Nicki is definitely different and less energetic from the Nicki I saw on previous tours (2011, 2012, 2015).

The whole boohooing for Lil Wayne and trying to make Kendrick's absolutely deserved big moment about someone else is so incredibly tactless, whiny, and entitled I can't take it. Even worse that Kendrick has been a big public champion of Wayne. Like, no artist is entitled to a performance slot whether it's "their city" or not. Respectfully, Lil Wayne is a rap legend, but no one is currently checking for him like they are Kendrick and that's facts. Nicki spearheading someone else's drama is only tainting her image and reputation even further than her own does when the only thing she needs to focus on is her tour and keeping herself away from drama for a change, like damn. This should have been a much-deserved celebratory moment for the black community, but instead people gotta be self-absorbed, entitled, and jealous. I love Nicki's music but all of this was totally unnecessary.

It’s not as black & white as Wayne not performing. There’s stuff that went on behind the scenes with Jay-Z/Roc Nation that the industry has been alluding to the past week that’s made this an issue.

If Jay-Z can cry about Beyoncé not winning more undeserved Grammies and insulting their peers live on stage. Then Wayne & his team can be upset about not performing.

thezatch She’s exhausted and needs a hiatus. I saw her at the beginning of the tour and she was really lively. I hope she takes a long break after this. Definitely agree though that the intermission videos are way too long. But that’s probably because she’s also changing wigs and not just costumes 😭.

I have to say, having Boof do a set before the show starts was genius. It was SO much fun and the crowd gets so hyped. At my show he played Vogue and the queens in the audience formed a pit and battled each other. Some even joined in from the stands 😭. Barbz are a fun fanbase.

He was criticized for that as well and BOTH again come off as entitled and whiny. No one is owed an award or a performance slot. The Grammy voters should be free to vote for whomever they choose at the end of the day as the people who own/run the Superbowl should be free to choose who they wish to perform. Beyonce doesn't own the Grammys and Lil Wayne doesn't own the Superbowl. And if JayZ is part owner or has an equal say on who performs and he doesn't want Lil Wayne he is well within his right to decline the potential of him performing. I mean? These celebrities are given the world and still act like everybody owes them something. Like, get over yourself and try to obtain an ounce of humility.

The core issue being JayZ is part in control of who performs, he has personal issues with Lil Wayne, and he allegedly "shut out" Lil Wayne? I don't see a problem if that's the issue as if that is his position he is well-within his rights to decline or hire anyone he sees fit.

Eh! It's all a fabricated issue. Wayne didn't get shafted because he was never a part of the convo. Not a single soul has been throwing Lil' Wayne's name around for a headlining Superbowl gig, lol. Get real. So this has nothing to do with any behind the scenes drama around Jay/Roc Nation/Birdman/Cash Money, etc. and Jay-Z blocking people.

We know the industry is trash, there's no doubt in my mind that Jay has dirt on his hands. But he is not the villain in every situation, especially this one. She's just on her paranoid tip, itching to fight about anything once again.
