Track list confirmed via their IG. The runtime for track 3 (Breathe) has appeared on iTunes but no title yet; it’s also shorter in length than the song from IAWLT.

This is VERY good. I'm shocked. Better than most of their albums, tbh. B+
1. The Way It Was (why the fuck is this gem buried near the end of the album?? Their Love On The Brain and one of their best songs, easily. No question. Positively perfect.) 2. Breathe (they better display that vocal talent!) 3. Nobody Else 4. New Love (aw yeah! what kind of jam?!) 5. Don't Go Breaking My Heart 6. Is It Just Me 7. No Place 8. OK 9. Chateau (The Chateau is a family restaurant off the highway in Massachusetts, so that line "Would you meet me...at The Chateau made me LOL for real. Nice song though!) 10. Passionate 11. Just Like You Like It 12. Chances (not really sure why they thought this was an acceptable second single. The delivery on the chorus is so annoying.)
I could have been OK with this being a 10 track album, honestly. The first 10 songs are all really strong in their own way. Anyway, they really impressed me. I hope this does well.

I'm currently 8 tracks in and this album has no business being as good as it actually is, holy s**t. Edit: "The Way It Was," though!

This is a very cohesive album, but nothing really sticks out to me all that much. "The Way It Was" and "Chances" were the only two big standouts to me. "Chateau" is a good one. I love the bassline on "New Love", but I thought the rest of the song was really underwhelming.

They are a surprisingly good fit for this new dancepop direction. There's not a single track I'd skip in this album, but it's not groundbreaking either.

Ok as a stan who's waited 5 1/2 years for this... this was a huge letdown... Cohesive? yes But damn, like a few bops and honestly 90% sounds like background music for 35+++ year olds at some lounge...
This didnt even come near their top 5 for me...

I haven't got the whole thing yet but sampled it a couple of times. I already had both singles "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" and "Chances" which is a current favorite. I also bought "No Place" which has a slight country feel to it. That is a current favorite as well. It's currently num.20 On the iTunes main chart. "Is It Just Me" is another one I got too. Other tracks I enjoyed and may go back to are "Passionate", "Chateau" and "The Way It Was" the production kind of Monica's "Misty Blue".
I don't think I hated any songs. It's a pretty good collection of tracks. If you like what you have heard from the singles and pre release tracks you may like the full thing. Go Backstreet Boys!

Still trying to figure out why they released Chances, which is the closest they come to dropping an turd on this album. That chorus is so grating like nails on a chalkboard but the lyrics are nice so, while it still sucks, it's redeemable. The Way It Was is a masterpiece that sells the album all by itself.

Damn. I've been playing this album nonstop for a whole day. I'm fighting whether to pick up that T-shirt bundle tomorrow. The Target close to my house is out of stock so I have to do a 20 minutes drive and that's not something I normally do for a CD.

In fact, I generally agree with your ranking minus a few tracks. I actually adore Chances and thought Breathe was just okay. I would also probably swap OK and Passionate, but otherwise, that rank looks good.

Whoa! That ticket bundle did wonders for them and if it trends toward the higher end, this is gonna be their 4th biggest debut.
1. Black & Blue - #1, 1.6m
2. Millennium - #1, 1.1m
3. Never Gone - #3, 293k (remember when THESE kind of #s still didn't guarantee a #1?!)
4. DNA - #1, 200k (optimistic est.)
5. The Hits - Chapter One - #1, 197k
6. Unbreakable - #7, 81k
7. In a World Like This - #5, 48k
8. This Is Us - #9, 42k (I completely forgot this album existed and remember nothing about it)
9. NKOTBSB - #7, 40k
10. Backstreet Boys - #29, 40k

I need to revisit/actually listen to Unbreakable, TIU and IAWLT because nothing about the songs I heard from any of those eras compelled me to listen to the whole thing.
Never Gone remains underrated AF though.

Sounds like something they play on the PA system on loop in Hell.

This Is Us is my favorite album by them! So many great songs on that album- Bigger, Bye Bye Love, Shattered, Masquerade, This Is Us. And a ton of really good unreleased tracks from that recording era!
I am so proud of their sales with the ticket bundle (although I wish this could've happened to This Is Us lol). My favorite besides Don't Go Breaking My Heart was Passionate! It 's different, but I can't get enough of it! I think it could catch on and be a hit.
Also, this Breathe thing really annoys me lol

I need to revisit/actually listen to Unbreakable, TIU and IAWLT because nothing about the songs I heard from any of those eras compelled me to listen to the whole thing. Never Gone remains underrated AF though. Unbreakable is power ballad filled, but almost all of them are solid. The album is kinda lengthy, but overall I liked that one a lot (it was one I slept on originally). Its sound is kinda similar to Never Gone. This Is Us is filled with bops, but the songs are definitely more on the guilty pleasure side ("PDA" being the complete definition for this lol – also a random Frank Ocean co-write). In a World Like This was largely kinda boring to me. Some good songs, but most of it is just there and not worth revisiting much.

This album is their best since Never Gone imo. Having a label that backs the artist and helps promote their music is great. Knowing the guys I know how hard they have worked their butts off! Nick did amazing in securing the producers in believing in them. The songs are pretty solid and the bonus tracks are great too. I'm not a fan of 'Ok'. Fav songs are Is It Just Me, Best Days (bonus), DGBMH, Passionate, New Love, Just Like You Like It and The Way It Was.

Vegas Residency/World tour, #1 album, Grammy nom, Superbowl Ad. NSync wheeps. Such an incredible sequence for them, especially after the lukewarm reception (general public-wise) for their previous set of albums. So happy for them!

Don’t Go Breaking My Heart Breathe New Love Passionate Is It Just Me Chances No Place The Way It Was
I’ve had the album on a loop but those are my favorites and I think the album is as solid as I could’ve hoped for. I’m just glad they didn’t stack it with a bunch of MOR AC ballads nor have a midlife crisis and go the overly trendy route.
IIJM for single #3, please!

Vegas Residency/World tour, #1 album, Grammy nom, Superbowl Ad. NSync wheeps. Quality>>>sales, sis. You, of all people, should get that. NSYNC had better albums overall AND produced a megastar who has actually played the Superbowl and been in a Superbowl ad, but we aren't talking about them in a BSB thread, right? I need to revisit this album but still impressed it came out sounding so great.
