This may not be for Trolls! :o Thursday, May 5, 2016 JUSTIN TIMELook for a new single from RCA heartthrob Justin Timberlake, apparently titled "Can't Stop the Feeling," to drop tomorrow (Friday 5/6). Word has it that the song is featured on DreamWorks' Trolls ST. Whether or not "Can't Stop the Feeling" is included on JT's highly anticipated full-length has yet to be confirmed, but it looks like the set, featuring contributions from Max Martin, Pharrell Williams and Timbaland, is confirmed for a Q4 release.Stay tuned for more updates.

So is this the lead single for his album or a soundtrack song ? Do we know yet? I mean, the Trolls movie doesn't come out until November, so it'd be weird to release a single for it in May. Maybe he's got enough material to get an album out before then (or even around the same time) and decided to release a song from it for the summer? Duca ninja'd me... but I was gonna say it could be a song that will appear on both, and it has summer smash written all over it... so just put it out now.

2016 is turning out to make up for the boring dis-interesting mess of a year for music that 2015 was.

That has to be false. Justin is an opportunistic whore. It's sadly kind of true even though I've liked his solo stuff so far. But Max Martin, for real... one of the worst producers of the decade, plus I've had enough with that overrated Weeknd guy, no need for another

I don't get how Justin is an opportunistic whore since he worked with Martin as part of 'N Sync almost 20 years ago....

Wow didn't realize so many people loathe JT on here He is disliked by many here for these reasons: - for breaking up with Britney and mentioning her numerous times throughout the years in both the press and song
- for exposing Janet's breast at the Superbowl
- for trying to distance himself from Janet and place all the blame on her what happened
- for shading Janet Jackson and Prince on that one Timbaland and Nelly Furtado song
- for making occasionally music that they think is mediocre and getting awards and critical acclaim that other non-White artists would not have gotten for the same music (the White privilege)
- This problematic Tweet

The 20/20 Experience was a letdown (especially part two) for the most part. There were some good songs, but not what I totally wanted from him. I'm interested in hearing this, but it being apart of the Trolls soundtrack is destined for it to be another letdown.

Justin is the most overrated artist currently active in music today.

Justin is the most overrated artist currently active in music today. Personally I think Lady Gaga is the most overrated.

It has a nice groove. It definitely sounds like a soundtrack single, but it's an easy top 10 at CHR/Pop and the Hot 100.

I don't dislike this, but it's one of his weakest singles easily. His only single I've probably liked less is "TKO". It's just so generic and sounds like some random pop singer's single from 2013.
Edit: No, after two listens, this is legitimately bad.

Verses are kinda bland; "electric-wavey" line is cringeworthy. Chorus feels infectious at first, but the melody's really static, which is kind of a bummer and makes me think it'll burn quickly for me. Ah well. I don't have the vitriol against JT that an apparently large number of people here do, ha, so I'll take it as a decent soundtrack single.
(You know what's a good soundtrack single that no one ever talks about? "Opportunity" by Sia. Anyway!)

Everything else I can live without, but I do have some of the other songs like TKO & Take Back The Night.

I'll listen to them when they come up randomly on my shuffle, but I don't really go out of my way to listen to it.

I like this for what it is, but it's just so-so for me. It's nothing special. For a soundtrack single or track this is fine. I could see this going at least top 10 on CHR/Pop and the Hot 100. The 20/20 Experience was a letdown (especially part two) for the most part. There were some good songs, but not what I totally wanted from him. I'm interested in hearing this, but it being apart of the Trolls soundtrack is destined for it to be another letdown. The only song I really listen to form that album to this day is Mirrors. Everything else I can live without, but I do have some of the other songs like TKO & Take Back The Night. I still listen to "Suit & Tie", "Mirrors", "Let The Groove Get In", "Pusher Love Girl", "Don't Hold The Wall", "Blue Ocean Floor", "True Blood", "Only When I Walk Away", "Not A Bad Thing", and "Drink You Away". But if I do listen to the albums, I don't skip any of them.
