Wednesday early sneak peak of this Saturday's chart:
There will be a close fight for #1 this week between ITAPII, DLMD, and Better Place. Currently, ITAPII is still ahead of them both, but the latter two are increasing in points, but ITAPII is falling ever so slowly. All three songs have a chance at #1 this week.
Stressed Out might go above My House again
Sit Still, Look Pretty should easily pass Stand By You and Back To December, perhaps even Mine. This song may enter top 5 soon.
Kelsea Ballerini's Dibs could reenter the top 10 next week, ousting Stand By You from that category.
Looks like Cry Baby isn't gonna get that top 10
Work From Home closes in on that top 15, but there are no guarantees for further rises.
One Dance will easily enter top 20, Close might take some time, though.
Dangerous Woman and Ride are surging up the charts. Top 25 is out of question next week for both songs. Panda may or may not enter.
Can't Stop The Feeling should be a top 50 song on its 3rd week on the charts.

Preview to tomorrow's chart:
Dang, the top 3 are within 140 points of each other. It's an extremely close competition between I Took A Pill In Ibiza, Don't Let Me Down, and Better Place. ITAPII spends a 11th week in the top 10, DLMD spends a 9th week in the top 10, while Better Place spends a 5th week in the top 10.
twenty one pilots' former 6 week #1 song Stressed Out moves up to number 4, bumping down Flo Rida's former 4 week #1 song My House. The latter spends a 23th week in the top 10 while the latter enjoys a 28th week (My House has been in the top 10 since the week of Thanksgiving)
Despite dropping in points, Lukas Graham's former 3 week #1 7 Years holds at #6, spending a 15th week in the top 10. Similar case for Phoebe Ryan's Mine, holding at #7 but dropping in points. This is her 13th consecutive week and 19th cumulative week in the top 10. Mine first entered the top 10 on the first week of October 2015.
Sit Still, Look Pretty spends a decent 2nd week in the top 10 and moves all the way up to number 8, decisively passing Taylor Swift's throwback song Back To December (4rd week in the top 10) and Rachel Platten's Stand By You (7th consecutive and 16th nonconsecutive week in the top 10. SBY first entered the top 10 around Christmas)
Dibs barely missed reentering top 10 this week - she's just 20 points behind Rachel Platten's Stand By You. Dibs scored 7 weeks in the top 10 earlier this year (peaking at #7 on the chart dated February 6, 2016). We'll see if this revival can help get her to a new peak. Ballerini's follow up to Dibs, Peter Pan, enters top 50 this week as well.

Mid week update for the week of 6/4/2016 (Week 77)
Another close battle for the top 3. Better Place is definitely coming for that #1, but it's a question if Don't Let Me Down could manage to slip in a week or two at #1, or if I Took A Pill In Ibiza (somehow) manages to hold on. Right now, DLMD is #1, but performance for the rest of the week can allow Better Place to top the chart.
Daya's follow up to her #3 hit on my chart Hide Away, Sit Still, Look Pretty, easily passes Mine, and is coming for 7 Years. This may or may not happen this week depending on SSLP's performance for the rest of the week.
Dibs easily reenters top 10, ousting Stand By You and also has a chance at leaping above Taylor Swift's throwback song Back To December. Dibs is the first country song to enter the top 10 on two separate occasions and may soon take over Sam Hunt's Take Your Time as the #1 country song in the 77 week history of my chart.
Work From Home should enter top 15; One Dance is stalling out this week so far (it's fading off me early for some reason); Ride enters top 20 and Dangerous Woman may or may not enter top 20, but will get close for sure; Panda should close in on top 25; My Church should enter top 30; Can't Stop The Feeling should enter top 40.

yay for ITAPII! great chart! Thanks! ITAPII might lose the #1 position this week, but it's definitely coming for at least the top 10 of the 2016 year end chart, and it will probably have monster longevity like Style and Stitches are having.

The top 3 this week is within 50 points of each other. The Chainsmokers' Don't Let Me Down (10th week in top 10), which features vocals from Hide Away singer Daya, dethrones #1 from I Took A Pill In Ibiza (11th week in top 10) after 5 weeks up top. However, Rachel Platten's third single from her debut album Wildfire, Better Place (6th week in top 10), is coming to take that #1 next week. Can DLMD hold or will it be dethroned by Better Place, or will ITAPII somehow get back to the #1 position? We'll have to wait until next week to find out.
Twenty one pilots' Stressed Out (24th week in top 10) and Flo Rida's My House (29th week in top 10), both former #1s, hold their positions this week, and don't seem to be wanting to leave. Their major challenge in the near future comes from Daya's Sit Still, Look Pretty (3rd week in top 10), which rises to #6 from #8, passing former #1 7 Years as well as Phoebe Ryan's Mine. At its current rate of increase, it should be able to pass both Stressed Out and My House in two weeks, entering the top 5.
Phoebe Ryan's Mine holds at #7 (20th week in top 10), getting passed by SSLP but passing Lukas Graham's former #1 7 Years (16th week in top 10), which is dropping considerably on my chart. Seems like this isn't one of those songs that will stay on for that long.
Kelsea Ballerini's Dibs returns to the top 10 after peaking at #7 this February (this is its 8th week in top 10), becoming the first country song to enter the top 10 twice. In addition, Dibs is increasing at a pretty fast rate, so it might actually make a new peak and perhaps challenge the top. It is a major contender to pass Sam Hunt's Take Your Time, which peaked at #5 in June 2015, as the #1 country song of all time on my chart.
Dibs pushes back Taylor Swift's throwback song Back To December down to #10 after hitting #8, as it spends a 5th week in the top 10. Ballerini also pushes Rachel Platten's Stand By You out of the top 10. SBY only peaked at #7, but it spent 16 nonconsecutive weeks in the top 10. It is the currently song that spent the most time in the top 10 without hitting the top 5 on my chart. Very impressive, Rachel.
Work From Home enters the top 15 this week. However, points wise, it's nearing its peak, so I don't think this song can make top 10. It has the potential to pass Stitches and Wildest Dreams, though.
Twenty one pilots' Ride surges into the top 20 at #17. This song will enter the top 15 as early as next week and will definitely will be a contender in the top 10, or even higher, soon. Drake's One Dance stalls out at #19. Honestly, I don't think it's going to go much higher on my chart. It's growing off me fast. Ariana Grande's Dangerous Woman crashes the top 20 party at #20. This may not have as much potential as Ride, but top 10 is not out of reach.
Close begins to stall out at #22. This may or may not make the top 20 depending on the performance of some other songs. Desiigner's Panda enters the top 25 at #25, but I don't see this going anywhere above #20. It may if I suddenly start legitimately liking the song, but otherwise, nope.
Kelsea Ballerini's third single from her debut album, Peter Pan, surges from #49 to #26. This song will definitely move higher and has high potential to perform well on my chart, perhaps even outperforming Dibs. Her first single Love Me Like You Mean It, which peaked at #23 in April 2015, reentered the charts at #76 last week and surges up to #52 this week. Kelsea is definitely having her breakthrough recently.
Meanwhile, My Church enters top 30, Can't Stop The Feeling surges to #35, Youth and H.O.L.Y. enter the top 40, and Ariana Grande's Into You, Adele's Send My Love (To A New Lover), and X Ambassadors' Unsteady all enter the top 50. All three have the potential to perform really well, so we'll see what happens.

Mid week update for the week of 6/11/2016 (Week 78):
If nothing major happens, Better Place should hit #1 this week, pushing back Don't Let Me Down and I Took A Pill In Ibiza. However, expect the latter two to stick around for a while. I don't think DLMD has quite peaked on points and it feels that ITAPII is one of those massive longevity songs.
With Sit Still, Look Pretty debuting on the BB Hot 100 this week, SSLP gets a boost this week. It could be able to pass My House or even Stressed Out as early as this week, but that will depend on its performance for the rest of the week.
This will be a big week for Kelsea Ballerini. Dibs continues it's re-rise, possibly passing 7 Years or even Mine. Similar to SSLP, Peter Pan debuts on the BB Hot 100. That plus the fact that Peter Pan is already rising meteorically, the song should be able to enter the top 20 or even top 15 as early as this week. Meanwhile, Kelsea should debut this week with an unreleased single called When I Think About You, which should start off its chart run pretty high. Since the beginning of May, Kelsea has been having some pretty substantial success on my chart with Dibs revival as well as Peter Pan's rise, and now the debut of WITAY. Truly, the only thing keeping Kelsea from going higher is, well, nobody at my school even knows her (probably because I'm from California, and here, nobody cares about country). With school being out in a few days, I will have less communication with the people at school, so Kelsea may be able to go even higher.
Ride should enter top 15 and is coming for top 10 soon, but this is the week that Work From Home begins to stall out. Same with Close and Panda. Meanwhile, Can't Stop The Feeling, H.O.L.Y., and Unsteady should make considerable gains.

Before we start with some chart highlights, I would like to announce that since I will be busy on Saturdays over the summer, I will post updates to my chart every Friday from now on until mid-August 2016, when I will revert back to the Saturday schedule.
Congratulations to Rachel Platten, who scored a second number one single this week, Better Place, which dethroned The Chainsmokers' Don't Let Me Down. Meanwhile, Better Place scores a 7th week in the top 10 and DLMD scores a 11th week in the top 10. I'm not really sure how long Better Place will last at #1. It's still gaining in points, but so is DLMD, so that gives it some competition, especially since they're only 40 points from each other. Also, with the Kelsea Ballerini songs moving up meteorically, it gives Better Place and DLMD another challenge. I'm not willing to bet on anything at this point, so we'll see as time goes by. More on Rachel and Kelsea to come.
Mike Posner's I Took A Pill In Ibiza slips down to #3 and is dropping ever so slightly in points. It scores a 12th week in the top 10. Expect this to stay around for awhile.
Below ITAPII is twenty one pilots' biggest song to date Stressed Out, which holds at #4 and logs a 25th week in the top 10. At #5 is Daya's Sit Still, Look Pretty, which gained a huge boost this week due to its debut on the BB Hot 100. However, SSLP seems to be starting to stall out, so I wouldn't be surprised if this is its peak. It has a chance of going above Stressed Out, but any higher, nah. This is its 4th week in the top 10.
SSLP pushes Flo Rida's former #1 hit My House out of the top 5 to #6, but it logs a 30th week in the top 10. By reaching 30 weeks in the top 10, MH joins a group of only 4 songs that stayed in the top 10 for 30 weeks or longer: HOZIER - TAKE ME TO CHURCH (32 wks Dec 20, 2014 - Jul 25, 2015) TAYLOR SWIFT - STYLE (38 wks Jan 24, 2015 - Aug 8, 2015; Dec 5, 2015 - Feb 6, 2016) SHAWN MENDES - STITCHES (30 wks Jul 25, 2015 - Feb 13, 2016) FLO RIDA - MY HOUSE (30+ wks Nov 21, 2015 - Still in top 10) It seems that MH is still holding strong. Can it break Style's record? We will see. (Fun fact: before MH, all songs that reached 30 weeks in the top 10 were all in the top 10 on July 25, 2015. That week was TMTC's last week in the top 10, Style's third to last week in its first top 10 run, and Stitches's first week in the top 10. Very interesting.
Below My House is Kelsea Ballerini's Dibs, which reentered the top 10 last week. Dibs hit #7 in February 2016. This week, it reaches that position once again, scoring a 9th week in the top 10 as well. This song is actually looking good to go even higher and potentially challenge the top positions, and is just a few weeks away from earning the title "Best performing country song in the history of my chart". Good job, Kelsea.
Dibs pushes back Phoebe Ryan's former #3 Mine down to #8 and Lukas Graham's former #1 7 Years down to #9. Mine scores a 21st week in the top 10, while this is 7 Years's 17th week in the top 10. However, with other songs rising, I don't think these will last long in this category.
Yes, Rachel Platten's Stand By You enters the top 10 again, allowing it to make a 17th nonconsecutive week in the top 10. Again, I don't think this is going to last much longer, as SBY's reentrance this time isn't really fueled by increasing points (it actually decreased in points this week), but more of the weakness of other songs. Nevertheless, SBY has had a great run, especially for a song that didn't even hit the top 5.
Below the top 10, Kelsea Ballerini logs 2 songs in the top 50, both looking good to dominate very soon. Peter Pan rises meteorically from #26 to #12, potentially entering the top 10 next week. Meanwhile, her unreleased single When I Think About You debuts at #29, the highest debut since Taylor Swift's flashback single Back To December debuted at #27 on 4/2/2016. The only thing preventing Kelsea's songs from going higher was because nobody cared about her at my school. With school out, less points will be allocated to popularity at school, so Kelsea could be able to dominate the next months.
twenty one pilots' follow up single Ride surges up to #13 and should enter top 10 soon. One Dance and Close begins to lose in points and will soon fall. Work From Home is approaching its peak in points. My Church and Can't Stop the Feeling, though, should still make it higher. Same case with H.O.L.Y., Into You, Unsteady, Send My Love (To Your New Lover), and Just Like Fire. However, Wild Things, New Romantics, and Youth begin to fall. Although the latter two gained in points, I don't think they can sustain much longer tbh.
Also worthy of mention, on the bottom half of the chart, former #2 Thinking Out Loud drops out this week. TOL stayed on my charts since the beginning, so it made a total of 77 weeks on my chart. RIP, TOL... With its exit, only 7 songs in the top 100 has stayed in since the very beginning of my chart and currently have a 78 week (and counting) chart life: #32: OAR - SHATTERED #49: TAYLOR SWIFT - BLANK SPACE #73: WALK THE MOON - SHUT UP AND DANCE #77: HOZIER - TAKE ME TO CHURCH #80: MAROON 5 - MAPS #85: MARK RONSON F/ BRUNO MARS - UPTOWN FUNK #89: TAYLOR SWIFT - SHAKE IT OFF

Mid Week Update for 6/18/2016 Chart (Week 79):
Don't Let Me Down gets a boost this week, while Better Place continues its rise. Another close race for #1 coming...
Sit Still, Look Pretty loses its bullet and begins to drop this week. Looks like #5 will be its peak... for now, as if it gets more popular in the mainstream, it may start rising again.
Dibs continues its gains, but doesn't quite have the points to pass My House just yet. It may be too close to call right now though...
Two songs have high potential to enter the top 10. Kelsea Ballerini's Peter Pan and twenty one pilots' Ride should both crash into the top 10, and both have great potential to be future nominators.
Work From Home is approaching its peak in points, but I see it staying in the low top 20 region for a while.
Dangerous Woman continues rising, but it feels as if it may peak early...
Panda begins to plateau, My Church continues its slow and steady rise up, Can't Stop The Feeling continues to surge upward, When I Think About You beings its rise, H.O.L.Y., Unsteady, and Just Like Fire continues to move upward.
Taylor Swift's New Romantics gets a sudden boost this week, but I don't see it lasting for too long anymore. Same goes for Youth and Wild Things, except they don't even have the boost that New Romantics got this week.
Quite a few new songs move upward into the top 50 this week, ousting some of the older songs down into the bottom half of the top 100 (Cake By The Ocean, Here, Hello, etc). Most notable of these new songs include Shawn Mendes's Treat You Better, which debuted at #72 last week and Hailee Steinfeld's Rock Bottom featuring DNCE, among a few others.

Note: I just reuploaded the video and I corrected the Close-Unsteady transition.
A significant sudden increase in points to most songs came this week. This is due to the school year ending and summer starting, giving me more free time to listen to music, watch music videos, etc. So some songs that are supposed to decrease in activity increased in points.
On the 79th week of my chart, The Chainsmokers' single Don't Let Me Down featuring Daya returns to the #1 position after being taken out by Rachel Platten's Better Place last week. Although both songs increased in points, DLMD got a boost this week since I went on a weekend mini vacation and the local radio station always played DLMD, allowing it to pass Better Place in points and knocking it down to #2. DLMD also spends a 12th week in the top 10 while Better Place spends a 8th week. I'm still predicting that both songs have yet to peak in points, though their increases will be significantly slower as new songs emerge.
Mike Posner's former 5 week #1 I Took A Pill In Ibiza drops by only 10 points and keeps at #3 while scoring a 13th week in the top 10. Expect this to stick around for a long time, as it seems like ITAPII is one of those massive longevity songs like Style and Stitches.
Twenty one pilots' former 6 week #1 Stressed Out continues its slow decent in points but keeps at #4, for a fourth week in a row. This is its 26th week in the top 10, and is almost locked to be the 5th song to reach 30 weeks in the top 10 unless it suddenly drops. Like ITAPII, this song is probably a massive longevity song, so it'll stick around for a pretty long time.
Flo Rida's former 4 week #1 My House returns into the top 5 by increasing 6 - 5, not because of any increases, but because of Sit Still, Look Pretty dropping faster (more on that later). Despite dropping in points, My House still scores a 31st week in the top 10, becoming the 3rd longest stay in the top 10, passing Stitches. As mentioned last week, My House is part of a club of only 4 songs to stay 30 or more weeks in the top 10 (possibly joined by a fifth song, Stressed Out, soon): HOZIER - TAKE ME TO CHURCH (32 wks Dec 20, 2014 - Jul 25, 2015) TAYLOR SWIFT - STYLE (38 wks Jan 24, 2015 - Aug 8, 2015; Dec 5, 2015 - Feb 6, 2016) SHAWN MENDES - STITCHES (30 wks Jul 25, 2015 - Feb 13, 2016) FLO RIDA - MY HOUSE (31+ wks Nov 21, 2015 - Still in top 10) My House may also join Stressed Out and ITAPII in their massive longevity runs. It is likely that these three songs, possibly joined by DLMD or something, will be the next generation of songs that stay in the top 50 for forever (the last generation was Stitches-Wildest Dreams-The Hills-Can't Feel My Face) and become some of the best performing songs in the history of my chart. What a strong top 5 we have here...
Kelsea Ballerini's Dibs rises 7 - 6 this week, making a new peak, and is set to enter the top 5 next week. Although Dibs peaked at #7 in February 2016, the song started rising again in May 2016 as Kelsea's songs really caught on back to me, and is currently back in the top 10. This is its 18th nonconsecutive week in the top 10, and is just one or two weeks away from becoming the #1 country song on my chart, passing Sam Hunt's Take Your Time. It may also become the highest peaking country song on my chart as early as next week, as Take Your Time peaked at #5 but Dibs may pass both Stressed Out and My House next week, reaching #4. Congrats, Kelsea! But Dibs may be challenged by another country song... but no worries, it's also by Kelsea! More on that very soon.
Daya's Sit Still, Look Pretty drops 5 - 7, maintains a 5th week in the top 10, and is seemed to peak in points. #5 may be SSLP's peak for now. However, if SSLP blows up on the BB Hot 100 or in my school, this song may come back again, perhaps reaching a new peak. (In fact, this happened with Daya's debut Hide Away, which originally peaked at #4 in October 2015, but as it became popular, it reentered the top 10 and peaked at #3 in January/February 2016)
At #8 we have our first new entry into the top 10: Kelsea Ballerini's Peter Pan continues to surge 12 - 8. I'm not expecting the point increase rate of this to slow down anytime soon, and at this rate, it won't take too long for the song to challenge the top 5, 3, or even the #1 position. Especially since summer is here, less points will be allocated to what songs my classmates around me talk about, and since people in my area don't really care about country, there's a higher chance that Peter Pan will go even higher. Peter Pan even has the potential to pass Kelsea's previous single Dibs (as mentioned earlier). Kelsea is truly becoming one of the most successful artists on my chart, you go girl! (Kelsea also logs a fourth career top 25, as unreleased single When I Think About You rises 29 - 25)
Under Peter Pan is Lukas Graham's former 3 week #1 7 Years, which held on to the #9 position on its 18th week in the top 10. It actually had an unexpected gain in points this week, fueled by my little mini vacation in which the local station always played this song (similar to DLMD's boost this week). This gain allowed 7 Years to hold on to a position in the top 10 and passing Phoebe Ryan's Mine, which was ousted from the top 10 this week 8 - 11 after peaking at #3 and scoring 21 weeks in the top 10. Again, I don't think 7 Years's time in the top 10 is much longer. Expect this to fall of the top 10 pretty soon.
Rounding out the top 10, we have twenty one pilots' follow up single to Stressed Out, Ride. It gains considerably in points this week and surges 13 - 10, and is not seeming like it's going to slow down soon. Similar to Peter Pan, this is a serious contender for the top 5, 3, or even #1. Expect this to stick around for awhile. Although Ride is probably going to be one of the top songs of the summer, 2016, and the tracking period from June 2016-May 2017, I don't really see this outperforming Stressed Out, as 6 weeks at #1 is pretty difficult, especially with other songs closely challenging it (DLMD, Better Place, Dibs, Peter Pan, and a few other songs not yet in the top 10). But nevertheless, congrats twenty one pilots for a second top 10!
Below the top 10, Dangerous Woman rises 19 - 17 and although it gained quite a lot in points, I see this potentially stalling out soon. Justin Timberlake's Can't Stop The Feeling surges 28 - 21 and might actually be another challenger for the top 10 soon. As mentioned earlier, Kelsea Ballerini's unreleased When I Think About You rises 29 - 25, fueled completely by my own listens. Although I really like this song, I don't see this going too high, as literally nobody else knows about the song and it has zero commercial performance (hell, it's not even released). Maren Morris's My Church continues its slow but steady rise to #26, I actually don't see this slowing down for some reason. Florida Georgia Line's H.O.L.Y. continues to rise 34 - 29 (dang, so many country songs being popular recently). Right below H.O.L.Y. is Taylor Swift's seventh single from 1989, New Romantics, which rises 37 - 30 because of that local radio station. Although I like the song, it's kind of growing off me quicker than the other Taylor songs, so I don't see this lasting much longer. X Ambassadors' Unsteady moves upward 40 - 32 and may be another contender for the top soon. Ariana Grande's Into You and Adele's Send My Love (To Your New Lover) were both expected to make some large jumps, but both songs aren't really growing into me, so only small upward movements for both songs this week. I really don't know what the future holds for these two, but I don't see them challenging the top tbh, at least anytime soon. P!nk's Just Like Fire also moves upwards 48 - 42. Although I don't see this reaching too high of a position, it's still going to be moderately successful.
To conclude, we have four entries into the top 50, ousting Alessia Cara's debut Here down to #52, Adele's former 3 week #1 Hello to #53, DNCE's debut hit Cake By The Ocean to #54, and twenty one pilots' Tear In My Heart down to #58. These songs will continue their slow but steady drops down the bottom half of my chart, which I am considering to post. The four new entries into the top 50 are Shawn Mendes's Treat You Better, Hailee Steinfeld's Rock Bottom featuring DNCE, Tim McGraw's Humble And Kind, as well as Maddie & Tae's Shut Up And Fish. The first two songs definitely have potential to contend for the top. The two country songs, well, maybe, especially with this recent surge of country music, but I'm not as sure as Mendes's and Stenfield's songs.

I have to skip the mid week update and I'll try my best to get this week's chart (week 80) and the video posted on Friday, but it might have to wait till next week... Sorry guys...

This is actually a very important week with many interesting movements on my chart. However, I don't have much time to write a full on narrative essay like I usually do, so I'll try to go over everything as quickly as possible.
The Chainsmokers' Don't Let Me Down featuring Daya holds on to the #1 position for a 3rd week while gaining a substantial amount of points. It looks as if Rachel Platten's former #1 Better Place may never be able to pass DLMD to re-reach #1. Both songs are still gaining, but Better Place seems as if it may slow down soon, while DLMD? Not slowing down anytime soon. This is DLMD's 13th week in the top 10 and Better Place's 9th week.
You see, although DLMD is still pretty strong and gaining some points, this does not mean it is not vulnerable. The top 3 may be static, with Mike Posner's former 5 week #1 I Took A Pill In Ibiza holding at #3, dropping ever so slightly in points, and maintaining a 14th week in the top 10. However, we have two new entries into the top 5, both of which surge in points and may challenge the top 3 as early as next week. At #4 we have Kelsea Ballerini's Dibs, which surges 6 - 4, fueled by a meteoric rise in points. Scoring a 19th nonconsecutive week in the top 10, Dibs simultaneously becomes the highest peaking country song on my chart and the best performing country song on my chart, passing Sam Hunt's Take Your Time. You think that was crazy? Well, Kelsea also captures the #5 position with Peter Pan, which rockets 8 - 5 and gains almost 4000 points. Dibs may be the highest peaking country song at this time, but is likely to be taken over by Peter Pan next week. Although this is only Peter Pan's second week in the top 10, it may actually challenge the top 2 as early as next week and is very likely to be the next #1. As for DLMD? I'm guessing it has maximum one more week at #1 before Peter Pan takes over.
Dibs and Peter Pan push back the two massive former #1s: twenty one pilots' Stressed Out and Flo Rida's My House down to #6 and 7, respectively. Stressed Out spends a 27th week in the top 10 and My House spends a 32nd week, the latter tying Take Me To Church for the second longest stay in the top 10. If My House makes another week in the top 10 (which is very likely), it will claim the title of second longest stay in the top 10 by itself, directly challenging the longest stay in the top 10: Taylor Swift's Style with 38 weeks.
#8 goes to Daya's former top 5 hit Sit Still, Look Pretty, which drops 7 - 8 and spends a 6th week in the top 10. Although it didn't peak as high as some of the other songs, this is probably going to have some massive longevity and may re-rise and make a new peak similar to Dibs and Hide Away. I just have that feeling.
Twenty one pilots' follow up Ride rises 10 - 9, spends a second week in the top 10, and gains substantially in points. This may challenge the top 5 soon and may become pretty successful, but I don't think it'll get to Stressed Out level or even reach #1. Songs like Peter Pan and DLMD are too simply strong at this moment and will block Ride from going further. But still, top 5 is almost a lock and top 3 is not out of reach. Speaking of twenty one pilots, Heathens barely misses debuting, with the #100 song, What Do You Mean?, literally scoring 2 points above Heathens. So be prepared guys, a very very splashy debut is coming next week.
Lukas Graham's former 3 week #1 7 Years rounds out the top 10 with a 19th week in the top 10 and a 9 - 10 drop. It is actually faring better than I think it would in that it isn't dropping too quickly, but its time in the top 10 is probably coming to an end. Although all the songs directly below it are sort of weak and not gaining substantially, we have songs like Me, Myself and I (which is surprisingly doing really well), Can't Stop The Feeling, and When I Think About You that will easily oust 7 Years in the next few weeks.
Normally, I would talk about some notable gains outside the top 10 at this point, but I'm too busy this week, so I guess I'm skipping that and you guys could look at the chart or video. However, I do like to mention New Romantics. I know, for the last two weeks I've been predicting it has already peaked. It only gained last week because of that local music station. Nevertheless, it's really growing back on me and I'm starting to listen to it quite a lot. So that's why New Romantics is back in bold on my chart and even makes a new peak this week. Also Bad Blood drops of the chart this week, scoring a total of 58 weeks on my chart.

After a short hiatus, I finally finished dealing with some random stuff and have time to start becoming active again on Pulse. First of all, a few of you have been requesting stuff from me, and I'm really sorry I've not been able to reply over the past few days. I'll try to message them to you guys as soon as possible.
Now, onto the mid week update for week 81 (July 2, 2016):
We have a pretty close top 3 again. Don't Let Me Down is most likely to get a 4th week at #1, but Kelsea Ballerini's Peter Pan is coming for that #1, as soon as next week. Last week, I predicted Better Place will start slowing this week. Although it faces tough competition from Peter Pan for #2 this week, Better Place isn't looking like it's slowing points-wise. I'd give it another week or two.
Dibs may or may not be able to pass I Took A Pill In Ibiza, it will be very close. If not, it should be able to make this pass next week.
Ride should be able to pass Sit Still, Look Pretty. My House and Stressed Out are a bit out of reach, at least for this week.
Me, Myself and I should pass Stitches and Wildest Dreams. Dangerous Woman might be able to do this as well, but it's a little sketchy this week. Same goes for Can't Stop The Feeling.
When I Think About You continues its rise (which is actually sort of surprising given that the song isn't even released). New Romantics continues to surge although I guessed it was done two or three weeks ago. Also making substantial jumps are Unsteady, Rock Bottom, and Toothbrush, though Unsteady is starting to slow down a bit.
My Church and H.O.L.Y. continue their slow but steady rises, same with Into You and Just Like Fire. Adele's Send My Love (To Your New Lover), though, is starting to stall out early.
Justin Bieber's Love Yourself and Melanie Martinez's Cry Baby is looking to drop out of the top 50 and enter the bottom 50, leaving space for Shawn Mendes's Treat You Better to reenter into the top 50 from #55 after its #44 debut on week 79 (two weeks ago). Two or three other songs might enter the top 50, which I'm going to keep secret for now, one of which is actually a re-entrance into the top 50 from October 2015.

Nice debut to heathens and NBLY in top 50!! Both songs are looking great to perform really well on my chart, especially Heathens :) All four songs are increasing at pretty solid rates (although Unsteady may be peaking soon). Definitely look for these songs to make it higher and perhaps the top 10! :) Tags: @markg94 Ice Cream 15 (Broccoli 2018) Leo ✔ MTSChart21 Sambalada BREAKING NEWS REGARDING MY CHART: All right everyone, my laptop crashed on Friday and apparently there was a hard disk error or something. Now it's stuck in this infinite loop of Blue Screen Of Deaths and "Preparing Automatic Repair" which does nothing except give in to a black screen. (I'm using my mom's laptop to post this right now) This really sucks, since I have all chart data from week 1 to week 81 stored in that hard drive (and I was stupid enough not to back it up :'( ) and all my video data in the hard drive (the downloaded videos and Movie Maker files I use to create my countdown videos I always post)... I'm attempting to go to the HP support center on Wednesday to get it fixed or at the very least, get all the data out. But if it doesn't work, I guess it'll be a huge inconvenience to make the videos (I have to download all the videos from Youtube again and take the excerpts of the video all over again, which literally takes forever... and there's one unreleased song that's performing really well on my chart - Kelsea Ballerini's When I Think About You, which was taken down due to a copyright claim, so I have to figure out a way to reproduce that video. If any of you guys liked that song and downloaded the video (which I doubt lol), is it possible for you guys to send it over to me?) Also, if I end up losing all my data (which seems pretty likely at this point), week 1 through week 81's data on my chart will be completely gone except for the few weeks I have posted on here :'( :'( . I guess I'll have to suck it up and carry on with week 82... Regardless of what happens, the next few week's chart will be delayed. Once I get everything reorganized, I'll definitely continue posting and making videos starting with week 82, but it could be awhile. In the meantime, I won't have any official data, but I might post periodic updates to tell you guys how certain songs are performing. Also, if I end up getting back all my data, I will begin posting weeks 1-81 in chart and video form in case this happens again. I will also begin posting top 100 in chart form (not in video form, that takes way too long).
