"It made her weak when she hear it And it got her on her knees like religion She was young and she was forced to be a woman Yeah, all the time, all the time" And that, my friends, is the end of the first half of this countdown... We've seen so many great songs and masterpieces for these past 100 songs, each representing a distinct time period/event in my life (though I've haven't had time to talk about that all too much...). All these past 100 songs deserve an honor on this list. But there's still 100 more songs to go... Starting tomorrow, we will enter the top 100 songs of all the 800+ songs that have charted on my personal chart since December 2014... The very elite class of my chart... one can say 100 songs that have truly defined chicken077 as a person since the may 16 incident (well some of the previous 100 songs did as well... especially those that are still on chart and gathering points). Songs that when I hear, give me deeper feelings than these 100 songs (well, except for those songs that are still charting and will have a chance to enter top 100 in the future). Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the top 100 songs of all time (well, Dec. 2014 to Nov. 2016 lol, but still, for me... it's "of all time"). Be prepared, as the exciting part of the journey has not yet begun... Before we go officially into the top 100, I would like to consider the seven "Kings and Queens" of my chart (because 7 is a lucky number). They include Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Rachel Platten, Kelsea Ballerini, twenty one pilots, Daya, and Hailee Steinfeld. These seven (actually 8 because 21p is a duo), together, have 13 of 25 #1 songs, the current record for longest time at #1 (Peter Pan and Starboy at 9 weeks), the second longest time at #1 (The Hills at 8 weeks), the third (Style at 7 weeks), and the fourth (Stressed Out at 6 weeks); record for longest time at #2 without hitting #1 (Starving at 8 weeks) and the runner up for that (Dibs at 5 weeks), most time in the top 3 (Peter Pan at 23 weeks), most time in the top 10 (Style with 38 weeks), second most time (Don't Let Me Down with 37 weeks), fourth most time (Stressed Out with 34 weeks), and sixth most time (Dibs with 31 weeks); all 3 instances of the same artist taking the #1 and #2 positions (Can't Feel My Face/The Hills; Wildest Dreams/Out Of The Woods; Dibs/Peter Pan) and SO MANY more records that I really cannot say them all here (either spoiling the rest of the countdown and/or will take too long). Finally, very notably, these seven artists' 13 #1s spent 58 of 105 weeks at #1 over the entire history of my chart, meaning 55.2% of the time on my chart is dominated by one of these seven artists. These seven artists are truly the big dominators on my chart, and each one of them have such an awesome personality and their songs are so great I just can't see myself ever not liking them (unless they completely turn around lol). Although these artists may not be the top 7 artists from week 1 to 100 (most of them are just establishing their dominating position), they will definitely be seven of the biggest artists of my chart as time passes and they establish their domination. Here are how these seven artists are faring on this countdown so far:
Taylor Swift Debut: Blank Space (plus many others) (Week 1, debuted at #3) Current Highest Single (as of Week 105): I Don't Wanna Live Forever (#12) Most Known For (may not be highest song): Style 9 Songs on this countdown, 0 appeared so far
The Weeknd Debut: Love Me Harder (Week 1, debuted at #30) Current Highest Single (as of Week 105): Starboy (#1) Most Known For (may not be highest song): The Hills 7 Songs on this countdown, 4 appeared so far (Low Life, Love Me Harder, Starboy, In The Night)
Rachel Platten Debut: Fight Song (Week 18, debuted at #66) Current Highest Single (as of Week 105): Stand By You (#76) Most Known For (may not be highest song): Fight Song 3 Songs on this countdown, 0 appeared so far
Kelsea Ballerini Debut: Love Me Like You Mean It (Week 22, debuted at #97) Current Highest Single (as of Week 105): Peter Pan (#5) Most Known For (may not be highest song): Peter Pan 5 Songs on this countdown, 1 appeared so far (Hide Away/Peter Pan Mashup)
twenty one pilots Debut: Tear In My Heart (Week 28, debuted at #81) Current Highest Single (as of Week 105): Heathens (#8) Most Known For (may not be highest song): Stressed Out 4 Songs on this countdown, 0 appeared so far
Daya Debut: Hide Away (Week 35, debuted at #99) Current Highest Single (as of Week 105): Sit Still, Look Pretty (#7) Most Known For (may not be highest song): Don't Let Me Down 4 Songs on this countdown, 1 appeared so far (Hide Away/Peter Pan Mashup)
Hailee Steinfeld Debut: Love Myself (Week 38, debuted at #86) Current Highest Single (as of Week 105): Starving (#2) Most Known For (may not be highest song): Starving 3 Songs on this countdown, 0 appeared so far

WAKE ME UP INSIDE! Love that classic! Wow, it charted 59 weeks as well. Lean On and Here are also fantastic! And My Church is one of the better country songs I've heard in the past year or so. Also, I really liked Geronimo when it was semi-popular. I can't remember the last time I listened to it, though. Probably gonna go do that now! Keep the countdown going!

All right, time to post to #81! I just have one more day of finals. I took my hardest one today (history) and it actually wasn't that bad! Yesterday, though, I felt like I didn't do so well on Psychology, but my grade can take a hit in that class. Tomorrow I have calculus and music theory. I feel good about calculus (I heard it's hard though so yeah...) but I'm so ready to die in music theory haha, but my grade there is almost 100 right now so oh well That being said, I'm working on the YE chart right now, and I just got all the points finished. Overall, it's a pretty interesting chart and I'm so excited to count it down after this! I'm going to release a YE video soon, but like the video for this, DO NOT WATCH IT until I finish the countdown, because it's gonna ruin all the fun More news on the year end chart later! #85: Kelsea Ballerini - When I Think About You

They took the video down on YouTube, so no video for this. But I managed to download it literally a week or two before it got taken down (I almost lost it because my hard drive crashed but later managed to recover it!) "I see the moonlight on your skin, taking my hand, running and jumping in. While the waves crash, over our heads, we were kissing and wishing it would never end. We were crazy, we were stupid, never, thought about what we were doing. But you loved me and I loved you too. That’s what I think about when I think about you."
