Shouldn't they be moving on to the second single? "Two Ghosts" is being released as the second single next week.

Saw Dunkirk over the weekend. Absolutely incredible. Harry did a really great job, especially considering this was his first "serious" acting venture.

Saw Dunkirk over the weekend. Absolutely incredible. Harry did a really great job, especially considering this was his first "serious" acting venture. I thought Harry did a great job acting in Dunkirk. I've even seen a lot of people who were skeptical going in give him props. --- SEPTEMBER Jonathan Ross 9/2 Harry is the next artist in Nova's Red Room. September Nova 96.9 Harry's BBC1 Live Lounge - 9/13 Harry at the iHeart Festival - festival dates are 9/22 and 9/23 --- Jared Leto said he can't wait to hear Harry at the iHeart festival --- Mick Jagger told Zane Lowe (NZ DJ) that Harry's impression of him is the best - caught him by surprise. Not sure why I kept putting off checking out this album. Finally just did so. It's okay. "Sign of the Times" is the clear outlier. I do like "Only Angel" and "Kiwi" as well, though. "Two Ghosts" and "Ever Since New York" could potentially grow on me. Everything else was just... kinda boring. Nothing really bad, but to be honest, the other five tracks might as well be the same track repeated over and over.

I think it's time for "Two Ghosts" to get a music video.

The thing that is bothering me about Harry's album campaign is that there's no FIRE to it. It seems like he's not doing all he can to ensure that his album does as well as possible. For instance, the Sign Of The Times video was late. He does promo, but it is kind of limited. When his music is not doing well, he's not out there doing anything to push it back to the top of the charts. He rarely posts on social media, rarely interacts with fans, never posts pictures of himself, or of him in the studio. He rarely announces new singles...rarely tells us what he's working on. I suspect the Two Ghosts video might be late as well. I hope I'm proven wrong. When he does interviews, they're very same-y, and he side-steps a lot of questions.
This is his first solo album and things are slow as a snail. The album doesn't have any big hit singles, and he's super slow with promo. With his debut album going like it is, it's sad to think what his second album campaign is going to be like (if his label keeps him). He needs to start hustling. He also needs to get his butt to the VMA's and perform. A perfect opportunity for promo.

Yeah, I'm really disappointed in how this album has been handled as well. It seems like it was recorded PURELY on the basis of touring. So he's going to embark on a year-long tour supporting an album that hasn't been relevant in months? Can't he set some time aside to shoot a damn music video for his second single, and to let us know it's on the way? I'm questioning whether this album will even get a third single. It's a miracle the album has crossed 1 million SPS, but it shows just how much more he could achieve if he would serve more than Where's Waldo teas.
It's just a complete and utter waste. He'll have a successful tour, but to do the album so dirty like this is messed up. I can only hope things turn around and FAST!

Jonathan Ross Show 9/2 (record 8/31) Nova Red Room BBC Live Lounge 9/13 iHeart Radio Festival 9/22 or 9/23
BBC 1-hour Special (I think record Aug 30, broadcast November?)

His album is on track to sell at least 350k minimum in the US, and you typically don't get dropped with those kind of numbers

I'm still waiting on him to promo his album better and/or make some kind of impact.

Harry will be releasing 'Behind the Album: The Performances' on Apple Music this September. Also - yesterday Harry recorded "Harry Styles at the BBC" (will be broadcast November 1) I believe today he records his appearance and performance for the return of the Jonathan Ross Show.

His album and SOTT are also getting a lot of grammy buzz...i wouldn't be surprised to see a nomination or two and a grammy performance. He could be going a little harder on promo but it seems to be like his team is trying to position him as more of a career/critical darling artist than current pop hitmaker..i like his album a lot but it doesn't scream pop radio hits

Since he just released the second single and now seems to be picking back up in some of the promotion, I'm assuming some off the downtime may have been intentional so he could do the Dunkirk promotion to its fullest. But I do agree, I'd like to see him to more promotion. I also don't ever see him picking up his social media presence.
I'd love to see Kiwi or Only Angel out next. Or maybe Carolina could do well on pop?

Harry is on the Jonathan Ross show tonight singing Two Ghosts. He recorded the show yesterday, and the day before he recorded his 1-hour special Harry Styles at the BBC which will be broadcast November 1.

A link to watch Harry's BBC1 Live Lounge He does Two Ghosts, Sign of the Times, and a great cover of Fleetwood Mac's "The Chain" (which garnered a LOT of nice news articles from music sites) www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p05fs7rb?ns_mchannel=social&ns_campaign=bbc_radio_1&ns_source=twitter&ns_linkname=radio_and_musicIt looks like Harry still has no rhythm guitar player (other than himself, at low volume). I wonder if Alex Salibian will return or if they will tour without a dedicated rhythm guitar? Also, I don't known if this was pre-recorded or live today? It was a last minute date switch from Sept 13 to Sept 11 because The Killers were scheduled for Sept 11 and could not make it due to Hurricane Irma. Another note - Smallzy's Nova Red Lounge occurred a day early in LA (to an audience of 15) and Harry had surgery on his wrist and could not play guitar. He had his friend Bob(?) play rhythm guitar. Here are the interview clips from Nova Red Lounge, including questions about his wrist. www.nova969.com.au/smallzy-s-surgery/did-harry-styles-just-hint-album-two-way

Still waiting on that "Two Ghosts" music video... I think we got the Two Ghosts music video - the live performance video at Abbey Road Studio from Harry's Apple Music documentaries (Behind the Album, and upcoming Behind the Album: The Performances). The video of just the Two Ghosts performance was released on Harry's Youtube channel. --- Meanwhile - Variety article about Harry's Grammy Museum appearance: variety.com/2017/music/news/harry-styles-cameron-crowe-grammy-museum-jeff-bhasker-1202561228/Excerpt:

His cover of Fleetwood Mac's The Chain is fantastic and now I kinda want him and his whole band to cover the entire Rumours CD. I think Stevie Nicks would approve.
