It be ok if Katy dethrones Maren. "Rhyhtm" is my favorite pop song around. which is most likely btw ;) I've been keeping the song on repeat everyday and with the amazing video that I've been watching all day it's almost guaranteed to be #1 on next update "80s Mercedes" is now tied with "24K Magic" and "Lush Life" as the longest-running number-one song with six weeks on count. I don't know why, it seems like once a song hit six weeks on the summit something always happened preventing them on having a seventh week on top.

March 11 2017"Green Light" dethroned "Chained To The Rhythm" from the top spot after the later spent only one week at the summit. The new-zealander new single has outperformed CTTR the whole week. What an unlucky event for Katy :'( However, Katy still has a pretty big lead over former number-one hit, "80s Mercedes", which dropped to number-three this week, as a result of the huge jump for Lorde. Two other songs are also jumping to the top 5 territory this week. The Chainsmokers' "Paris" jumped 7-4 and Kygo & Selena Gomez' "It Ain't Me" jumped 13-5. Both are strong growers for this week.
Which means three songs are leaving the top five this week. IDWLF dropped #6 after spending three nonconsecutive weeks as the second runner-up. While the mega-hit "Lush Life" dropped down to #7 stretching its already long chart run of 56 weeks!!! Former top three hit, "All Night" by Beyonce took small decrease and drops to #8. Snakehips' collaboration with MO, "Don't Leave" continued its slow climb and reached new peak, #9. "I Got You" by Bebe Rexha is hanging at the edge of the territory, falling five positions from #5 to #10.
Biggest jump for this week goes to "Issues". It jumped all the way to #14 on its third week after spending its first two weeks at #35.
After debuting inside the top ten last week, SJLT fell to #15. It is expected to reach a new peak in a couple of weeks if it keeps growing healthily and not burning fast like "All We Know"
There are one reenters and three debuts this week. The second single off Bruno Mars's latest album, "That's What I Like" reenters at #30. It previously debuted at #37 and dropped off a week after. The four debuts are The Vamps' "All Night" (36), Calvin Harris' "Slide" (37), and DJ Khaled's "Shining" (39)- which features one of my all-time favourites, Beyonce.
Here's the chart:

March 18 2017This week, there are two top-10 debuts. Yes, TWO top-10 debuts. Both are two electronic songs that is currently blowing internationally. What songs are they?
Lorde holds for a second week at #1 and Katy is sitting comfortably at #2. These two songs are predicted to be another "80s Mercedes"/"in my miNd" situation where both songs occupied the top two for weeks. They outperformed all other songs by large margin.
Following at #3, is the highest debut of the week, Alok and Bruno Martini's single "Hear Me Now". The song performed heavily the whole week and thus getting the second runner-up spot. The tropical house track is being blocked by the two monster hit. Last year, "Fast Car" spent SIX weeks at #3 being blocked from the top two by the strong competition, will HMN be another case of it.
"80s Mercedes" dropped one position to #4 this week. The song is looking for an incredible longevity as it is already on its 13th week charting. Closing the top five is "It Ain't Me", the track stayed at its peak position from last week.
Being kicked out of the top five territory, "Paris" dropped from #4 to #6 this week while "Don't Leave" reaches a new peak of #7.
Following at #8, is the other top-ten debutee. The song is "Solo Dance" by Martin Jensen. The worldwide hit filled a spot in the top ten and now 50% of the territory are Electronic songs.
"Lush Life" tailed its incredible chart run, dropping two spots to #9 this week and followed by "Issues" which jumped four spots to #10.
Song to look out for: "Cold" by Maroon 5, #16-#11 "That's What I Like" by Bruno Mars, #30-#19
Debuts: #3 Alok and Bruno Martini feat. Zeeba - Hear Me Now #8 Martin Jensen - Solo Dance #34 Luis Fonsi feat. Daddy Yankee - Despacito #36 JP Cooper - September Song

"Lush Life"'s run is something you'd see on my chart lol. Love the chart! Hope to see "Slide" run up the chart. :) lol in my chart, any song is lucky if it gets to even 20 weeks. I usually dropped them after four months because I got tired of listening to them. Only a few songs have slow burn rate on me. "Slide" has grown on me with every listen! It's probably gonna climb for a while

March 25 2017Lorde's light is still shining with "Green Light" spending a third week at number-one this week. The top three is a non-mover from last week, with "Chained To The Rhythm" and "Hear Me Now" hold on their position, "Hear Me Now" for the first week after its debut last week.
Tailing behind at #4 is Kygo & Selena Gomez single "It Ain't Me". The track moves up from #5 and now is tied with "Stole The Show" as the highest-peaking single by Kygo. "STS" is a part of the first top forty songs on the launch of my chart, it was #4 for the first chart week of Jan-2-2017. And behind "It Ain't Me" is another dance collaboration, this one's from Snakehips & MO, "Don't Leave". It gains two position from #7 to #5.
"80s Mercedes" drops to #6 this week. A big drop is expected to happen to it next week because I started to get tired of it.
Debuting at #8 last week, Martin Jensen's "Solo Dance" moves to #7 this week, with Julia Michaels' "Issues" moves from #10 to #8.
The Chainsmokers' "Paris" dips to #9 this week and Maroon 5's "Cold" enters the top ten region at #10.
"Lush Life" is being kicked out of the top ten but is still holding at #11 with Bruno Mars's latest hit, "That's What I Like" jumps to #12 from #19. The extended mix of "Call On Me" rebounds again to #13.
Songs to look out for: Zedd & Alessia Cara - Stay (#26-#15) Calvin Harris feat. Frank Ocean, Migos - Slide (#33-#28)
Debuts: #30. Clean Bandit feat. Zara Larsson - Symphony #36. Ansel Elgort - Thief #38. AJR - Weak #39. Anne-Marie - Ciao Adios

April 1 2017APRIL 1st? April Fool's? But the movements on this week's chart ain't no April's Fools. There's a lot of movement this week. We have THREE top 20 debuts, TWO 10+ jumper, and FOUR 10+ faller. Let's start with the song that takes the #1 cake.
Lorde's "Green Light" is still holding on for a fourth week at #1! However, its crown might be snatched next week by the consistently-gaining threat that is Snakehips & MO's "Don't Leave".
"Don't Leave" moves up two spots from #5 to the runner-up spot this week. It's currently on its 11th week on chart, for a lot of songs on my chart, usually they have started to drop position at this point and to think "Don't Leave" has just gained a new peak is crazy.
Alok and Bruno Martini's dance hit "Hear Me Now" stucks at #3 for a third week... in its third week charting! It beat "Chained To The Rhythm" which drops two spots to #4 this week, but still unable to get the runner-up spot as a result of "Don't Leave" also gaining.
And barely make the top five this week is Julia Michaels' "Issues". The competition between the #5-#6-#7 this week is neck-to-neck and "Issues" is the one being lucky to get a spot in the top five. At #6, "Solo Dance" moves up one spot from #7 and at #7, "It Ain't Me" drops three spots from #4.
"That's What I Like" enters the top ten at #8, three weeks after it reenters the chart. "Cold", once again, makes a small climb on the chart as the songs jumps one spot to #9 this week. And at #10, "Lush Life" reenters the region on its 59th week!
Which means two songs are being kicked out of the top ten. One being "Paris" which falls from #9 to #11 and the other being former #1 hit, "80s Mercedes". As I've hinted last week, the song is expected to have a big drop this week. And what a big drop it really was! This week, it falls from #6 all the way down to #18. It's one of the four 10+ loser this week.
Along with Maren Morris, other songs that take big drop on the charts are "Guys My Age" from #23 to #34, "I Got You" from #22 to #39, and the biggest of them all "Something Just Like This". "Something Just Like This" has burned on me badly, up to the points of when it comes on my playlist, I will skip it immediately. It falls from #16 all the waaaaaay down to #37.
I've also said earlier that we have three top 20 debuts, but there's also two songs that leap to that region. "Slide" jumps 15 spots from #28 to #13 and "Symphony" jumps 13 spots from #30 to #17. It totalled on five songs entering the top 20! It's definitely been a busy week.
And the three big debuts, one is from Maggie Rogers' "Alaska", the soothing jam launches its appearance on the chart at #12. Another one is Lorde's promotional single for her upcoming project later in the year, "Liability", the heart touching ballad begins at #15. And the last of the three is the single from Drake's ambiguous More Life playlist, "Passionfruit", the outstanding bop starts off at #19.
Songs to look out for: Ariana Grande feat. Future - Everyday [#29-#26] The Vamps & Matoma - All Night [#31-#29]

April 29 2017This week features yet another new #1! Calvin Harris's latest jam "Slide" pushes "Solo Dance" down this week and get the top spot. The song moves up from #3 to #1 on its eight week.
"Solo Dance" drops one spot to #2 this week after spending one week on top and the song it dethroned from the summit "Don't Leave" also moves down to #3.
Lorde's "Green Light" is going steady, keeping its position at #4, followed by Kygo's "It Ain't Me" which moves up two spots from #7, reentering the top five on its tenth week.
Bruno Mars drops out of the top five as "That's What I Like" drops one spot to #6. The eurodance hit that is Starley's "Call On Me" moves up two spots to #7, almost matching its peak of #6.
Clean Bandit featuring Zara Larsson enters the top ten this week. Their song that is called "Symphony" jumps to #8 from #13 this week. It is Clean Bandit's second top ten and Zara Larsson's third top ten hit since the premiere of the chart on January 2016.
At #9 is Katy Perry's social commentary, "Chained To The Rhythm", dropping three spots from #6. The song spent one week at #1 before.
And to close this week's top ten, we have another first-entry to the territory. Anne-Marie's "Ciao Adios" make its first appearance in the top ten. Anne-Marie previously had another top ten hit earlier this year with "Rockabye" as a feature act with Clean Bandit, who also had a song entering top ten this week.
Which means out of the top ten is Julia Michaels' "Issues" (#12) and Alok & Bruno Martini's "Hear Me Now" (#14).
One song enters the top 20 this week. It is Shawn Mendes with "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back" at #20 (from #37), knocking out Maroon 5's "Cold" from the area.
Two songs enter the top 30 this week. They are the aforementioned new Shawn Mendes single at #20 and Miranda Lambert with "Tin Man" at #29 (from #31), kicking Marian Hill's "Down" (#32) and Shawn Mendes's previous single "Mercy" (#34) from the territory.
Three songs are debuting in the top 40 this week. They are Little Mix with "No More Sad Songs" at #33, Machine Gun Kelly (who also featured in NMSS) with "At My Best" at #36, and Charlie Puth with "Attention" at #37.
