Just curious, what songs did "One Sweet Day" keep at #2 during it's run? Three songs from the movie "Waiting To Exhale" (lol) with "Exhale" by Whitney Houston actually peaking at #1 just week before "One Sweet Day" replaced it. This should go to the "Funny Chart Coincidences" threadSay no more. For the record, those two other "Waiting to Exhale" songs are "Not Gon' Cry" by Mary J. Blige and "Sittin' Up in My Room" by Brandy.

Oh right. Maybe about how its been on for so long with such a low peak? Idk. I found that interesting since it could be a rare occasion.

There are two hip-hop songs in the 1999 Year-End list that have a Western theme to them ("Wild Wild West" at #33 and "Ghetto Cowboy" at #87).

Also, this week's top 10 is apparently brought to you by the letter "K": Kodak Black is No. 2, Kendrick Lamar is No. 3, Kesha is No. 5, Khalid is No. 6 and DJ Khaled is No. 7

Two songs with the word "Down" in its title ("Strip That Down" and "Down" by Fifth Harmony) both had the Hot Shot Debut at #42 in a chart dated in June 2017. They also went down the week after their debut.

Future chart coincidence possible.
Taylor is going 1 next week for sure, but if Bodak Yellow reaches 2 next week and Despacito falls to 3, it will be the 2nd time that Taylor Swift went to 1 to prevent a female rapper from taking the number 1 spot in that same week. Basically coming out of no where. She did it with Shake It Off 2 years ago when Anaconda went to 2.

I don't know if it's a coincidence or not.
Lil Uzi Vert's XO TOUR LILIF3 is #20 in this week's American and Canadian Hot 100, where in America it drops 1 spot (#19-#20), opposite to Canada where it rose 1 spot (#21-#20)

Rihanna's debut single 'Pon De Replay' was blocked by Mariah Carey's 'We Belong Together' If all of Rihanna's blocked songs hit #1 she would have 17 only onr shy from Mariah's 18 (WBT was her 16th)

In the second half of 2002, the pop charts saw the first hits for Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Osbourne and Kelly Rowland. Name me another Kelly who had a hit song in the four decades before that...

Kelly Price had big hits in the late 90s with "Friend of Mine" (#12) and as featured on Whitney Houston's "Heartbreak Hotel" (#2). Migos even named a song after her that charted at #58 earlier this year when 'Culture' was released.

Since all the songs mentioned charted on the Hot 100, let's keep the definition to that, please!!

Is there anyone who would dispute that a song ("Friend of Mine") that spent 5 weeks at number one on the R&B chart and reached #12 on the Hot 100 (and was certified gold during a 20 week chart run) was a "hit"?

The first (and so far only) two Top 20 hits Logic has been involved with so far involve suicide in some way. "Sucker for Pain" (which features Logic) is from the soundtrack for the movie Suicide Squad while "1-800-273-8255" is a song about suicide.

Green Day's American Idiot (the title track) hit #1 in Canada. In real life, the US and Canada are actually known for having close ties and being one of their closest allies

But you still have to admit, it's noteworthy that 3 chart newcomers named Kelly first hit in 2002.
