Another stranger phenomenon, 2 songs having 2 versions on the top 100 in the last 24 hours.

Back in last year when Billboard made an article about how there was no women in the Top 10 for the first time since 1984, they made a minor point about a coincidence concerning one of the three songs that made women return to the Top 10 after two weeks of an all-male Top 10 back in 1984. Here's a quote from the article:

I just saw that Kenny G's Auld Lang Syne was the first new top 10 of the millennium. (Went top 10 in January 8, 2000)

Isn't it ironic that a new year's song was? I mean not ironic that a New Year's song would peak around a new year, but almost never a Holiday single goes top 10 and yet it managed to happen at the turn of the century and with a New-Year single nonetheless.
