I’m not reading any reviews. I’m waiting for the album, so I can be completely surprised.
I believe that if there’s no hype, it’s because it’s her second album after an era that just happened; she not Ariana where it makes sense, or had a major flop era where it would make sense to put out a new one quickly. Nevertheless, I’m excited for new music, and I hope it’s a good album. She’s never released a bad album though.

She puts on a killer show, I saw her last tour. So if you've never seen her, I'd recommend it.
But I agree about those tix, I just couldn't bring myself to buy them this go round, especially since I'm not crazy about the new music.

I was shook at her ticket prices. I love Alecia but girl bye You’d understand if you’ve been to a P!nk show (I’m assuming you haven’t). There are a lot of costly elements in this show. Not saying it’s not justified given the show, but given this bitch can SING I would probably be just as happy with a scaled back production and accordingly cheaper tickets

The Party Tour for M!ss is still one of my favourite tour experiences/shows!

Her song with Stapleton is my favorite, far and away. Absolutely beautiful.
And to those asking, yes: she’s worth seeing live. Probably more than almost any other working musician out there today. Her shows are complete spectacles in the best way. If you can afford it (yowza @ those prices), do it.

Best album since Funhouse for me. It’s P!NK meets Halsey, but P!NK was the 00’s Halsey..so

If I shuffle my top 7 faves off of Beautiful Trauma and combine it with my top 7 from H2BH its a SMASH album! (srsly sounds like some of this is more than just a couple of leftovers)
In order: (Hey Why) Miss You Sometime Happy Circle Game Can We Pretend We Could Have It All Hustle Courage

This is good and I liked her last two albums. It's better than BT. The songs she released sans the title track didn't do it justice.
Hey Why H2BH 90 Days (probably one of the best songs in her career) Courage Happy We Could Have It All Love Me Anyway
My standouts.

I love the album. Way better than I expected, it’s more classic sounding imo. The standout tracks are some of her best ever.
I’d say the only tracks that aren’t my fav are, Circle Game (the way she sings circles irks me), Courage (too Sia sounding, it feels like she laid down the vocals and P!nk imitated it, which makes it sound dated, along with the production).
90 Days almost has a You+Me feel in places. ❤️ Happy gives me a slight Sheryl Crow vibe and My Attic reminds me slightly of Alanis, which I love.
Top 5:
Hey You Miss You Sometime 90 Days My Attic Happy Hurts 2B Human // Hustle // The Last Song Of Your Life

"Courage" reminds me a lot of Carrie Underwood's "The Champion."

When the lead was first released I didn't know what to think? Perhaps a sdtk single? It wasn't bad but sounded very mellow for a first single. It's doing it's thing so that's good. The preview songs that followed I enjoyed more. "Hustle" is good and very catchy but I think I could burn on it rather quickly. "Can We Pretend" is pretty good and I purchased "Hurt 2 Be Human". I also got "(Hey Why) Miss You Sunshine". It has a very slight rhythmic vibe to it. "My Attic" also caught my ear along with what sounds like the Sia track "Courage". "Happy" is another one that's not to bad. I was about to say the only tracks I could do without are the three slowest tracks on the cd. However I liked "Circle Game". I wish it picked up at some point though. Pink isn't normally my "go to" artists but I own most/a lot of her stuff. My favorite may still be her debut release. lol I think "Hurts 2B Human" can stand proudly with her last few releases.

This is much better than I was expecting after the promo singles. Highlights for me are "Love Me Anyway" (wow), "My Attic," and "90 Days." This is one of those rare pop albums where the second half is significantly stronger than the first. Glad I can count on P!nk to interpret quality songs so beautifully.

I haven't listened to the album in full yet but "Love Me Anyways" needs to be a single. It's Stunning!

I don't feel like this album is any better or worse than Beautiful Trauma. They're both her worst albums to date, in my opinion. But what I will say is that this album is a bit more experimental than those pre-release songs suggested. They used some cool plugins and different effects on her voice in a few songs, and that really caters to some of the unconventional melodies and song structures. My favorite tracks are "Hey Why (Miss You Sometime)," "90 Days" and "Happy." I was most looking forward to the song with Chris Stapleton, but it falls flat for me. I was hoping for something a little more soulful, a la "Misery" with Steven Tyler from M!ssundaztood.
As far as singles, I would have lead off with "Hey Why (Miss You Sometime)," and then followed it up with the title track.

^I agree re the Chris Stapleton duet, and your single choices. If only they released Hey You, but they’d never. Ugh.
I think if we went back and listened to the old albums, Funhouse or Try This for example, they didn’t age well and sound dated. IMO the last two ones will age gracefully.

Hustle (Hey Why) Miss You Sometimes 90 Days Hurts 2B Human Happy Love Me Anyway Circle Game The Last Song of Your Life
A bit ballad-heavy but on par with BT and definitely better than what 1/2 of the pre-release tracks indicated (especially the completely underwhelming lead single that I cannot believe was released over the Pop perfection that is HWMYS!). But I’ll be damned if her vocal delivery doesn’t pull me in and make me enjoy the whole album as a continuous listen even when the songs themselves don’t thrill me.

The album as a whole is much better than "Walk Me Home." It's still a little dated and not my favorite, but I would give it another listen or two. Good for her bouncing back from Beautiful Trauma, which I found deeply bland.

She's fucking back.
90 Days, Hey Why, Happy are all timers for her already. Some clunkers, should have been better edited but I could feel her heart and soul on this record.

Love Me Anyway is currently #3 on iTunes. They need to push it at HAC/AC and perhaps even Country. It'll be massive on those formats and could really drive album sales imo. It'll be interesting to see how it does streaming-wise on spotify.
