I went to Target to buy the CD but I ended up buying the high-res version online, it sounds amazing, and it was cheaper than the CD.

I used to get everything from HMV. Or as back up - Walmart and Future Shop , but I’m the last couple Walmart’s I was at, was were getting rid of CDs... |

I am obsessed with "Hey Why (Miss You Sometime)".
I can't help but think "Hurts 2B Human" would have been a solid lead single choice.

I am legitimately pissed they chose the songs they did to lead the public's pereception of this album when the remaining "album tracks" are bomb af. Like, seriously? Lead with mediocre and middling and save the substance? Wth.

I’m dreaming of a world where she went with “(Hey Why) Miss You Sometime” as the lead and had enough time for the second single to come out before and it be the title track. Nobody would’ve been talking about her playing it safe.
I’m loving this album and I even like “Walk Me Home” but it should’ve been like 3rd single.

Really the only track I’m not feeling is “Courage” and it’s just a bit forgettable not bad.

I love those choices too, but I’d throw in My Attic instead of Love Me Anyway. I really like "My Attic" but when I was listening to the album in the car the other day with friends they commented how they didn't realize she was singing "My Attic" and instead thought she was saying "Myattic" like one word. They said it sounded like a disease name or something lol This made me not want to put it in my fantasy single order. For me, 90 days is the highlight of the album. Not sure if it should be a single thou. It's up in my top 3 for sure, and I'm with you on not knowing if it should be a single, I have it in my list as an option. I'd never send out both of my 4th single choices but it'd be a bit of a coin flip as to which should be. Sadly they went with "Walk Me Home" first and it's performance will probably mean we only get one more single unless whatever comes 2nd does wonders. |

As far as singles go. I love Hey Why though so any scenario that gets that as a single works for me. 'Hustle' isn't my favorite but it sounds like a radio hit.

LoL @ myattic. I/we get lyrics wrong all the time, that wouldn’t change my decision; it’s just a pretty song and I think it would sound lovely on HAC and AC. I feel like they’d go with Hurts 2B Human over any other ballad, I just don’t really love the hook.
Anyway, I think they released the songs they did to satisfy all types of fans... younger pop fans can we pretend, her rock fans Hustle, her r&b pop fans Hurts 2B Human. And her typical formula song - Walk Me Home. While keeping the goods for release week and fresh for possible singles. That’s my take on it anyway.

Got her CD at Walmart today and, luckily, it wasn’t edited....however, the lack of a damn photo shoot and pictures pisses me right off. I’m not even upset about her hitting #2, cause really, what effort did you put into this era? Other than two performances, and a music video. Grr. It does not feel like an era, but a Beautiful Trauma part two. And if she sold it like that, than I’d be less annoyed. I do enjoy the album though, so I’m not complaining about new music cause I’m sure it’ll be a while before new stuff.

The album is pulling great numbers considering no tour bundle and it's not being released in Q4. Album sales have continued to plummet since the release of BT as well. The album will likely have legs as long as they keep pushing singles to HAC/AC. I hope "Love Me Anyway" will be released to HAC/AC and maybe a push at country. I feel it could be another #1 on HAC/AC for her. It looks like "Hurts 2B Human" is the next single which is a smart choice as Khalid does well in streaming and should help the song get onto playlists and such on spotify.
