Kurt would you consider adding a "Duplicate chart" tool to make it easier for us to post our charts? This could really help since we would just switch the songs to their new positions and add the debuts/re-entries.

The site is extremelly slow now. Part of this may be that it got a bunch of new traffic/registrations today (for reasons I haven't yet figured out), but I've been noticing it too. I'll try to see what's up.

Kurt one of the songs on my chart was around #15 in the 2018 leaderboard and I noticed it's now down to #44. Have you come across anything like that before? PS: It's Dance You Off by Benjamin Ingrosso (82644) in case you want to look that up.

Only when 29 songs are doing better than it. :) Any chance those other songs have multiple artists or are on multiple albums, which may have multiplied their points? Well, that’s a 30 position drop, is that possible? I’m pretty sure I check the leaderboard after every chart update and the song was in the top 15 like three weeks ago. And there’s a big point difference too. Could that have anything to do with the song having a parent album now? Cause it used to be a single release and/or an ESC song.

If it's on multiple, then that might explain it (though I'd expect it to be higher than it should be, not the other way around) – if not, I'll try to look tonight and see if I can spot what's up.

Well, the site is amazing and very useful, but I'd like to know if we're getting milestones (i.e. Artists with the most Top 10 hits, most weeks at #1, etc.), album charts and certifications anytime soon, that would be a reeaally nice addition.

Is the site under construction or something? I was literally logged in as sergejdordij which is extra weird cause he's not a complete stranger, a chart buddy I'd say, and I freaked out lol. Then, I refreshed the page and it brought me to the default log in bar.

Being "logged in" as another user is really a caching issue, probably seen if you're on the homepage (right? or are you seeing it elsewhere?), but it definitely shouldn't happen... Well, the site is amazing and very useful, but I'd like to know if we're getting milestones (i.e. Artists with the most Top 10 hits, most weeks at #1, etc.), album charts and certifications anytime soon, that would be a reeaally nice addition. I'm actually working on some things for these as part of an overall design refresh and tune-up of the site, but based on the amount of free time I have lately to work on it, I suspect we're a few months away from it.

I think the thing I want the most is to see peaks and weeks on for your own chart directly on the artist pages.

This could really help since we would just switch the songs to their new positions and add the debuts/re-entries. This would make my life so much easier. With my internet it takes a while for it to even search the tracks... let alone the time it takes for me to manually search ultra-generic titles like "Ring", "Beautiful" or "Money" and get the correct node every week... That said, still love the site as it is!

I'm loving the improved speed in the website. Everything is so much faster. I haven't done anything to it myself, but I think it's been faster after the server maintenance my hosting company did a few weeks ago...hopefully it keeps up!

Something is wrong with the Clean Bandit songs. Rockabye points are wrong and when I search for Clean Bandit songs I see at least 15 versions of Baby.

It's just on one album (sorry, getting ready for work or I'd check myself)? If it's on multiple, then that might explain it (though I'd expect it to be higher than it should be, not the other way around) – if not, I'll try to look tonight and see if I can spot what's up. I know it's been like three months since this conversation but my leaderboard is now correct! "Dance You Off", the song we were talking about is back to my top 20 and all of it makes sense (apart from individual songs which appear on multiple albums, which I'm going to fix). Did you work on the algorithm or it just happened randomly?

...I woke up this morning and, out of nowhere, think I realized how to fix the issue with duplicated points when a song's number of artists or albums changes. Not sure I'll have time to fix it before I update the site more completely, though. And since I can't view how to get my leaderboard for Jan 2019 I'll just ask here. What's the link for specific dates Kurt crownnote.com/leaderboard/KurtTrowbridge/range/20180601--20190131

My current Top 3 would somehow annoy Leo ✔ lol #1 and #2 is a song he hates, with #1 features the artist he hates at all, and #3 features Julia Michaels. 1. POST MALONE, Swae Lee - Sunflower 2. Panic! At The Disco - High Hopes 3. Lauv, JULIA MICHAELS - There's No Way Sorry bud.

Kurt I keep having an issue with finding certain songs when creating a chart. For example, when I try to find "365" by Zedd & Katy Perry it never shows up. I have this same issue with "Better" by Khalid and had it with Money. Is it that the number of songs that contain the similar title is so great the newer ones get left out? Sorry if this isn't the appropriate medium for asking this but I didn't want to forget?

You can get the ID by editing the song and looking at the number in its URL (it should be six digits for newer songs).

I'm a massive idiot. First attempt at a chart, I have no idea what to do. I've done way too much in a short amount of time because I couldn't tell how the site was reacting to my submissions and I kept seeing errors. Here's how much I've messed s**t up (hopefully not beyond repair): I'm getting this message "The content on this page has either been modified by another user, or you have already submitted modifications using this form. As a result, your changes cannot be saved." whenever I try to press Save on edits to the chart. When I try to view my own chart it says "You are not authorized to access this page." When I go to my leaderboard, it does have the songs I put in my chart...but only 89/100. And the point totals make no sense for my very first chart--the top 5 is 14142, 11548, 10000, 10000, and 8944, and they're not in the actual order of the 1 chart I have so I think all the times I tried to import my chart are confusing the site.
