I'm an EDM fan, and there's a lot of EDM (and stuff from other genres) I'd rather listen to. :/ Dawin - Dessert. Hope you love that song.

If somebody else is doing 2011, I'll do 2007. Because if not, I'll start the 2011 thread soon.

Oh, I wonder what new game AZ is inventing. Raccoon Idk, personally cause the songs people hate more will be eliminated first usually. Which will be 7 Years for sure as one of them. :(

Idk, have we even decided if we want to do 2011 next or 2013?
Like I said, I wont mind if we do both those years at same time, but thats just me.

Should I start it now, or do I have to wait or something? I think there's going to be five rankdowns going on, so I would maybe wait a bit. Though, none of them have started posting results yet.

I was thinking we do a rankdown based on the year-end Mainstream Top 40 year-end chart. This one is different from Zedd's because it does not have some of the HAC/AC hits. I probably won't do this now because I'm doing another rock rankdown back at the rock board which will start at the end of the month, but if anyone wants to do this rankdown, you're also free to do so.
This would be the list:
001 Justin Bieber - Love Yourself 002 Sia featuring Sean Paul - Cheap Thrills 003 The Chainsmokers featuring Daya - Don't Let Me Down 004 Twenty One Pilots - Stressed Out 005 Mike Posner - I Took A Pill In Ibiza 006 Calvin Harris featuring Rihanna - This Is What You Came For 007 Drake featuring WizKid and Kyla - One Dance 008 Justin Bieber - Sorry 009 Twenty One Pilots - Ride 010 Justin Timberlake - Can't Stop The Feeling! 011 Flo Rida - My House 012 Zayn - Pillowtalk 013 DNCE - Cake By The Ocean 014 Shawn Mendes - Treat You Better 015 Fifth Harmony featuring Ty Dolla $ign - Work From Home 016 The Chainsmokers featuring Halsey - Closer 017 G-Eazy X Bebe Rexha - Me, Myself, And I 018 Adele - Hello 019 Major Lazer featuring Justin Bieber and MØ - Cold Water 020 Selena Gomez - Same Old Love 021 Ariana Grande - Dangerous Woman 022 Lukas Graham - 7 Years 023 The Weeknd - In The Night 024 The Chainsmokers featuring Rozes - Roses 025 Alessia Cara - Here 026 Selena Gomez - Hands To Myself 027 Adele - Send My Love (To Your New Lover) 028 Kiiara - Gold 029 Twenty One Pilots - Heathens 030 Zara Larsson and MNEK - Never Forget You 031 DJ Snake featuring Justin Bieber - Let Me Love You 032 Daya - Sit Still, Look Pretty 033 P!nk - Just Like Fire 034 Nick Jonas featuring Tove Lo - Close 035 Ariana Grande - Into You 036 Daya - Hide Away 037 Ellie Goulding - On My Mind 038 Charlie Puth featuring Selena Gomez - We Don't Talk Anymore 039 James Bay - Let It Go 040 Flume featuring Kai - Never Be Like You 041 Meghan Trainor featuring John Legend - Like I'm Gonna Lose You 042 Gnash featuring Olivia O'Brien - I Hate U, I Love U 043 Rihanna featuring Drake - Work 044 Charlie Puth - One Call Away 045 Shawn Mendes - Stitches 046 Drake featuring Rihanna - Too Good 047 Meghan Trainor - NO 048 Drake - Hotline Bling 049 DJ Snake featuring Bipolar Sunshine - Middle 050 Alessia Cara - Wild Things 051 Demi Lovato - Confident 052 The Weeknd featuring Daft Punk - Starboy 053 Hailee Steinfeld and Grey featuring Zedd - Starving 054 One Direction - Perfect 055 Kent Jones - Don't Mind 056 Rihanna - Needed Me 057 Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello - I Know What You Did Last Summer 058 Meghan Trainor - Me Too 059 Taylor Swift - Wildest Dreams 060 Ruth B - Lost Boy 061 Robin Schulz featuring Francesco Yates - Sugar 062 Adele - When We Were Young 063 Fifth Harmony featuring Fetty Wap - All In My Head (Flex) 064 Alessia Cara - Scars To Your Beautiful 065 Elle King - Ex's And Oh's 066 Kungs vs. Cookin' On 3 Burners - This Girl 067 Ellie Goulding - Something In The Way You Move 068 Justin Bieber - What Do You Mean? 069 Ariana Grande featuring Nicki Minaj - Side To Side 070 Coldplay - Hymn For The Weekend 071 Bruno Mars - 24K Magic 072 X Ambassadors - Unsteady 073 Troye Sivan - Youth 074 Selena Gomez - Kill 'Em With Kindness 075 DNCE - Toothbrush 076 The Weeknd - The Hills 077 Calvin Harris - My Way T78 Taylor Swift - Out Of The Woods T78 Sia featuring Kendrick Lamar - The Greatest 080 Lukas Graham - Mama Said 081 Justin Bieber - Company 082 Tory Lanez - Luv 083 Grace featuring G-Eazy - You Don't Own Me 084 Britney Spears featuring G-Eazy - Make Me… 085 Tori Kelly - Hollow 086 Jason Derülo - Get Ugly 087 Rachel Platten - Stand By You 088 Fall Out Boy - Irresistible 089 Jason Derülo - If It Ain't Love 090 Taylor Swift - New Romantics 091 Jon Bellion - All Time Low 092 Gwen Stefani - Used To Love You 093 Maroon 5 featuring Kendrick Lamar - Don't Wanna Know 094 Desiigner - Panda 095 Ariana Grande featuring J Fox - Focus 096 Fetty Wap featuring Remy Boyz - 679 097 Shawn Hook - Sound Of Your Heart 098 Lil' Wayne, Wiz Khalifa, and Imagine Dragons with Logic and Ty Dolla $ign featuring X Ambassadors - Sucker For Pain 099 X Ambassadors - Renegades 100 DJ Khaled featuring Drake - For Free

Maybe to avoid repeats, you could do the songs that made the ARIA, UK and Canadian year-end lists (combine all 3 into one single rankdown), but didn't make the Billboard one.

Daryl the Beryl no offense but that's like 75% repeats of the last one we just did/the one Zedd is doing. This is why I'm excited for someone to do 2011. I want a fresh list of new songs. It's not fun ranking the same stuff. I like ry4n's idea for a CAN/UK/AUS combined one that omits the USA entries. I'd be interested in that.

If we combined a number of non-US charts maybe the AUS portion could be the Australian Artists' chart? We do have a separate chart exclusively for local releases.

Zeebz is my new favorite user, finally someone else who thinks Stressed Out is s**t. Hoping DLMD can take it. Bless you. <3 It's so bad and so overrated.

Oh right, I completely forgot about that, yet I even watched that video a few days ago too, lol. There prob will not be too many participants unfortunately, since not a lot of people like this kind of music. Maybe if we can get some Urban posters that post on the CHR Rhythmic forum to play then maybe.

I'm genuinely curious about the hype behind DLMD. Can some of you tell me why you like it so much? Like I enjoy it, but not to make it #1 That guitar and the third drop. First two drops are just okay. Also the Illenium remix for this song is amazing too.
