I was actually one of the ones who chose this album to be ranked, but truthfully; I really only like about 6 songs out of 17.  whatever. let's do AFI's new album nexxt. |

Yeah... To be honest, besides the three singles and maybe a song or two otherwise, I really don't like this album. It's way too chill and mellow for me to listen to. Not really the kind of music I want to listen to at work and stay awake haha.

I remembered liking the album the first time I heard it, but hearing it again made me realize how bland and samey most of the songs were. Maybe 4 of the 17 tracks were better than a 5/10 for me... even though there are a few tracks I enjoyed quite a bit.

Damn, missed out on this thread until now, Will definitely try to participate for the next round's album.
Despite the strong singles, there's definitely a lot of needless filler. It really should've been a 50-minute album. My top 5 would've been 1. Somebody Else, 2. A Change of Heart, 3. UGH!, 4. The Sound, 5. Paris.

I'm not surprised by this list at all. The 1975 are more of a singles band. Their big singles will most likely be the top songs on this list? There are really no gems lost in the shuffle on this album.
