Ugh, I hate to bring the whole Alt vs Pop thing back but do we really need Pop posters in our album rankdowns too? What, are we gonna tag them in our Top 10's too? Our tournament games? WHERE DOES IT END DARREYL?!?!??!

Don't wanna see no Beiber or Ariana Grande albums showing up You shouldn't worry about them, because I'll reject such submissions anyway. There was a poster who suggested the Chainsmokers' latest album (probably since SJLT was a top 20 alt and AAA hit) and I had to reject it and replace it with another album. Also, multiple submissions of the same album will also be invalid. Submit each album only once! |

Also if you take suggestions for albums to do n the future, I'd highly recommend maybe do BANKS - "The Altar"

It was a challenge to rank the songs on this album because I don't dislike any of them so it's more of a love vs. like type of ranking.

Ooh thanks for the reminder, I should get going on this. I only listened to it a couple times a few weeks ago, but I agree that it's a great album and while the song quality isn't quite as good as on Pure Heroine, it flows much better as an album and is more experimental, which I respect a lot.

I'm so glad I'm relistening to this because I forgot how damn good this album is. There's some real great stuff on here, a lot of which didn't catch me the first time through (Homemade Dynamite, Writer in the Dark), it has a great, cohesive vibe, and there's really no bad songs on here. I think I'll def be listening to this one more after this.

Oh crap, I was gonna partake in this  I actually think Melodrama may have gotten my #1, and the Liability reprise would have gotten at least top 5. I dunno, they're both excellent album pieces that really help build the atmosphere and tie the album together while also sounding great on their own. Not surprised they're both out so early though, and Hard Feelings/Loveless isn't a bad track but is one of the weaker ones so I'm not surprised that's out now either. Hoping the Louve will get out soon, that's probably my least favorite track, even though it isn't terrible. |

Oh crap, I was gonna partake in this I actually think Melodrama may have gotten my #1, and the Liability reprise would have gotten at least top 5. I dunno, they're both excellent album pieces that really help build the atmosphere and tie the album together while also sounding great on their own. Not surprised they're both out so early though, and Hard Feelings/Loveless isn't a bad track but is one of the weaker ones so I'm not surprised that's out now either.
