I always do the albums submitted. No matter how unpopular the band may be with me? I'm glad I listened to this one. This album really sounds more like ballads than Alt Metal. Not complaining tho. Some of those songs were beautiful. They should release some of those to Alt. You would think they would perform better than the crap; Thirty Seconds... and Muse are dishing out this year? Just saying.
Also. Don't forget "Prequelle" is out in 6 days!!!!!

Submitted. This album was pretty bland, but I thought that when I first listened to it. Their debut was kinda like this too: some great songs, but mixed in with pure filler.
I pretty much knew my list going in: my top four was pretty set in stone, while three of my bottom four were set (one surprised me – not in a good way, lol). Just needed to relisten to a few.

"How Did We get So Dark" is a great song. I put it at #3. I'm kind of surprised it won, but also surprised it hasn't been a single yet? Yah for Metallica. I remember Daryl the Beryl reminded us , that it was now or never, so I'm glad they got their shot. I'm always up for some fierce Metal anyway. |
