I actually thought there were some strong tracks that year, but my God, there were also some tracks that were shi ttier than 2016's worst. Yes, some here I feel are even worse than "Take It All Back". I don't know if I'd say anything is worse than TIAB, but there's definitely a higher amount of songs that I dislike compared to 2016. I'll mention these songs when they are revealed. TIAB honestly grew on me, but the song's quality is still bad We'll start this tomorrow at 9PM Eastern. Also, to clarify, it starts tonight. I forgot it was a new day in America already lol

1) 2 Heads, Sedona, New Americana, Centuries, Uma Thurman, West End Kids, Till Its Gone, Everywhere I Go, Get It, Geronimo
2) 2 Heads
3) Something from Nothing
4) Absolution Calling for highest positive and 2 Heads for highest negative
5) Geronimo isn't going anywhere
I'm sure this rankdown will have me pulling my hair out too. My #1 and #100 shouldn't be a surprise but I wouldn't be surprised if my top ten gets out before my bottom ten there were some SHIT songs that got a lot of love

4) Absolution Calling for highest positive and 2 Heads for highest negative 5) Geronimo isn't going anywhere To clarify, standard deviation is how close the rankings are for the posters. So if many people put a song's ranking in the same region (see TIAB/Trip Switch/We Don'r Know for 2016 Alt rankdown), it's SD would be smaller, but if the results are more spread out (see Roots and the 21P/X Ambassadors songs for the 2016 Alt rankdown for instance), it's SD would be higher.

I'm thinking Halsey, Matt & Kim, and Shepherd are locks for the bottom 10. Matt & Kim's song is likely #100.

1) What songs do you expect to be bottom 10? 2) What song do you think will be #100? 3) What song do you expect to win the game? 4) What songs do you expect to have high standard deviations? 5) What songs do you expect to have low standard deviations? 1) My bottom 10 2) Get It was atrocious. 3) My #1 or my #2... I'm Ok with anything of my top 40 4) Something From Nothing, Centuries, SUAD, Renegades, Exs & Ohs 5) Get It

1) Halsey, Coleman Hell, and "Everywhere I Go" seem like strong contenders. Otherwise, it's tough to say because a lot of songs are polarizing. 2) Halsey, again 3) Shut Up and Dance 4) Stolen Dance, Take Me To Church, Get It 5) Shut Up And Dance, Long Way Down, Lampshades on Fire, Dreams, Something From Nothing, Congregation, Ghosts of Beverly Drive, Figure It Out

1) Based on the posts above mine, I'd be pretty shocked if "Get It" wasn't in the bottom 10. "2 Heads" probably won't have the support that other, similar songs have. We'll see, though. I feel like at least one of the New Politics songs will be there, too...I hope.
2) "Get It".
3) Given the diversity of the voters in comparison to the other Pulse rock rankdowns, #1 will, likely, be a song that has widespread support, both from rock and more pop-leaning fans. Would not shock me if a more rock-leaning song is #1, but I think a song like "Shut Up and Dance", a song with wide appeal, has a better chance.
4) Lots of possibilities for this one, but my guess would be "Renegades".
5) Probably "Get It".

well deserved #100 imo (though there are two others I would have preferred). Just listened to it again from that clip and had forgotten how awful the verses were... "We all sing along but the notes are wrong" fits embarrassingly well. ...also pretty crazy turnout for the rankdown!
