"Little Red Wagon" is great fun. It isn't one of her best and shouldn't have been a single though (except for the music video it was worth it because she's stunning in it). <3

I've always thought that "Little Red Wagon" began the deterioration of Miranda Lambert's radio career. Hard to believe she hasn't been in the Top 10 on country radio in nearly 3 years.

I hate Little Red Wagons. It is literally the only song in this entire rankdown that I do not like so I'm glad it is out early.
Only thing I am surprised about is Hell On Heels being out before Hush Hush. As much as I like Crazy Ex-Girlfriend it does not surprise me one bit that it is out early because it just does not compare to a lot of her other singles

Lol TROLL!!!!! I was like, no way "Automatic" is out first I don't even like the song and I'm shocked/not okay with that.
"Coal Miner's Daughter" isn't a favorite of mine anyway, and I can't say I like this version any better.
Okay so everyone thinks "Vice" and "Tin Man" and "The House That Built Me" is Miranda at her best and I'm like, um... NO! Try gain. Miranda at her best is "Kerosene" and "Gunpowder and Lead" and "Crazy Ex Girlfriend." These are the types of songs I want to hear from her and are what made me a fan in the first place.
"Hell On Heels" is great wish I could say I'm surprised it's out so early, but... I'm not.
Good I don't like "Little Red Wagon" much at all... not really reflected in my raking tho LOL there are just songs I dislike even more.
How the HELL is "We Were Us" still in?!! What a God-awful, atrocious song!

I couldn't agree more. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend is BY FAR her best era. It has the emotions and anger in every song, and that made it a standout in her discography.

I love amped up Miranda Lambert but the title track to her second album is a non-event compared to all the ones that were actually hits for her, and I'm not surprised that's her biggest flop single to date. It's literally the weakest song on Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, too. Should've never been a single imo.
Also, "We Were Us" needs to go very soon please. I'm glad Keith Urban gave Miranda Lambert another #1 since country radio won't let her do it on her own these days but in the context of her discography that song is just weak.

I'm okay with everything so far! I don't really like "Automatic", and even I was outraged and appalled to see it out already, so that was a really good joke! "Coal Miner's Daughter" is probably a very good song, but I am honestly not the biggest fan of old country. So I have pretty much never listened to Loretta Lynn, and have no pre-determined love for this song as a nostalgia piece. This version was a very good cover of it, but in the context of all of Miranda's more modern-sounding country songs, this one sticks out like a sore thumb. Easy choice for #29 for me. "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" is not really a surprise. I enjoy the song quite a bit, but I am not surprised that people feel it is a non-event of a single. It definitely doesn't have as much impact to it as "Gunpowder & Lead" or "Kerosene", so I was fully expecting it to leave before those, even though I like it better than G&L. "Hell On Heels" is alright, but didn't really stand out to me. I had never checked it out before (or anything else by the Pistol Annies... Lol) so I had no idea what to expect. I do remember enjoying "Hush Hush" a LOT more, so yay that that one outlasted HOH!!!!! "Little Red Wagon" is definitely a guilty pleasure for me. I 100% agree that it is stupid, and can totally see why it is extremely polarizing, but for me it is just quirky enough to work! Not surprised to see it go. Now bring on "We Were Us"! And "We Should Be Friends"!  |

Exactly! Y'all's taste on her music is ALL OVER THE PLACE I figured. I'm looking forward to when we have bboat11 reveal the 2014 country rankdown as that one is looking very promising!! Yes, it is shaping up very interestingly indeed! Unpredictable rankdowns are so much more fun  This Miranda one ought to be a blast, just like 2014! Also zaclord 🌈 the clue was all the red in that hint post. Oooo, very clever! Nice sleuthing! It was also the fact that the bolded part said, "Guess what". |

"We Were Us" is overproduced as crap and in my opinion Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert have no real vocal chemistry and the lyrics don't fit the production at all.
The sooner that song is gone the better.

"Me and Charlie Talking" is my mom's favorite Miranda song. That or "Love Letters." I'm a little surprised it's out this early. It's very underrated. Such a cute song lyrically and the production on it is great. No real surprises so far....but I do have to say, I don't get the "We Were Us" hate. I like that one a lot. I really like "We Were Us" also so I don't get the dislike either I like it alright as a Keith Urban song, but not really as a Miranda Lambert one.  |
