I thought "Wide Awake" would make it higher. :( But I'm very content with the remaining songs (besides "Waking Up In Vegas", which I really hope doesn't win, lol). I have my 1, 2, 4, 5, 11, 15, and 30 left.

I'm thinking TOTGA and WUIV leave before top 5 anyways, but if TOTGA survives and Firework somehow doesn't, I'd have a perfect top 5 :)

GOOD. RIDDANCE. I honestly contemplated ranking this dead last because I hate the song that much. IKAG caught me on a good day and squeaked ahead of a few other songs with weaker production. But make no mistake, this song is ass and I will never kiss it or like it. *high fives for continued similar taste* If we're ever in the same part of the same state, we should grab a meal and discuss music. Wave. can attest we talked for a looooooooong time about music when we first met. Even I'm surprised I ranked California Gurls at #2. LMFAO, did you submit a troll ranking? Or did you just use the Preference Revealer and post the results?

Closest I've been to you is in Philly a few times, because I have a friend who lives a stone's throw away in NJ. I gotta get my traveling budget up again. I start to twitch when I've been trapped in my state's borders for too long. Oh, I meant to add though, we were polar opposites on Wide Awake. I was quite shocked and dismayed to see that lol

Oh, I have my 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 15, and 22 left. That's not as bad as I thought I was doing, considering three of the top 10s I lost went out really early. I'm not crazy about my #22, but it's tolerable and I'm not expecting it to take the top spot, so I' cool with whatever the result from here on out are.

Even I'm surprised I ranked California Gurls at #2. LMFAO, did you submit a troll ranking? Or did you just use the Preference Revealer and post the results? I dind't use the Preference Revealer until the Shania rankdown. What a damn convenience! Wish I wasn't so stubborn to use before. I actually scoffed "I don't need that!" But yeah, I think my preferences for Katy songs change day by day. Some days I'm feeling ET and Dark Horse and other days I'm not. California Gurls I generally always enjoy so maybe that's why I put it at #2. Just surprised me because I don't LOVE that song. This rankdown made me realize how much I don't LOVE Katy's songs haha. They're always in the moment and then I'm done with them. Like a hookup I guess.

Nah, you stay wrong, its amazing. :) Its much better than boring Wide Awake. I ranked it higher than Wide Awake. :sip2: How does it feel to be so wrong? Wide Awake is epic, beautiful, wonderful, eargasmic, etc. TOTGA doesn't deserve the hate either, but I do agree it's not her best. I still thoroughly enjoy it, though. I wish Wide Awake would have placed higher than it here. Seeing everyone's reactions here, my guesses for the rest... 7. Waking Up In Vegas 6. The One That Got Away 5. Firework 4. E.T. 3. Dark Horse 2. Hot N Cold 1. Teenage Dream

"Waking Up in Vegas" is a song by American singer Katy Perry, taken as the fourth and final single from her second studio album, One of the Boys (2008). Perry wrote the song with Desmond Child and Andreas Carlsson, and co-produced it with Greg Wells, who is also credited for playing all the instruments on the song. It was officially released to US radio stations on April 21, 2009. "Waking Up in Vegas" is a pop rock track about an underage couple getting drunk and blowing their money in Las Vegas, paying homage to the phrase "What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas".
The song reached the top 10 in over eight countries, including the United States, where it peaked at number nine on the Billboard Hot 100 and became Perry's third top ten single, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland, Slovakia and others. The music video was directed by Joseph Kahn and it features Perry and actor Joel David Moore in Vegas partying and gambling.
